I'm more familiar with Jeff's zanfirico stuff but that murrine work is gorgeous! Looks like a sweet retti on the bottom of the can too!

What's the size, about 8 inches?

Love the fixed downstem on that beaker, my mini beaker has a removable downstem which I find slightly annoying with the enails weight, as it creates a little bit of wiggle when Q tipping the banger. ... And now I'm wanting a new tube! :D

Got the Purr 10" honeycomb tube in the mail today.

Gangster Glass NC02 14mm Nectar Connector

C-150 dual female 14mm joints

Hello! I've been hanging out in the EQ thread since I've been here. Venturing out just a little.
I'm loving the glass. Sweet tube, and the nectar connector is so pretty I could cry. The C-150 looks like you could drink a fun cocktail from it. Bet it's more fun the way it's actually used...

I already managed to break the glass tip on the nectar collector! I ordered a new quartz one and it came with a titanium tip as well, so I'm not out of luck. I managed to get some water into the quartz tip by accident. Just a 'little' medicated, I, for some reason blew into it. I had just heated it up to take a dab, and it immediately cracked once the water hit it. Entirely my fault. Still works great with the titanium tip. I think I like using the nectar collector bubbler for dabs more than a banger.

The Purr tube is amazing. The honeycomb perc is super smooth. And it's easy to clean with iso. Wand packs with the @DDave mod through the honeycomb perc are my current go-to.

The C-150 also comes with a whip. You can remove the black glass mouthpiece. Dual 14 mm joints. It's like the MFLB Orbiter, minus the stand and cheaper. Makes great bubbles. The small globe, with removable mouthpiece make this my preferred travel rig. It comes with me whenever I overnight anywhere. It fits in my kit bag perfectly.

Both the tube and the globe both work great with bangers.

OK, Since figuring out that I can rebuild my own Peak atomizers better than stock I am in love with this device even more. So I decided to have an actual custom piece made for it. I don't have it in hand yet but I couldn't wait to post as soon as he sent me pics! lol

Got this visual confirmation from EHLE yesterday, should be on its way to me as I write this! The Boss himself made this for me and his wife, Frauke was just brilliant as the project facilitator/translator! The whole process was an absolute pleasure and that’s entirely down to her.

I’ll have 5 downstems with different styles of diffusion for this thing, four from other people + one arriving and 2 mouthpieces coming from EHLE + one from OGB. The straw-like mp in the photo isn’t one of the two I specified but I really like it and I’m a bit irritated with myself for not thinking of it. Maybe they might throw it in! Now before you go “what’s the big deal? That’s nothing fancy, an ashcatcher with a base!” (and who can blame ya?) just know that I sketched out maybe 10 technical drawings of different bubbler shapes, dimensions and with various volumes but I kept coming back to this admittedly very simple idea.

This is all after owning a poorly-made herborizer XL Bubbler and, briefly, a RooR Vapor bubbler. The RooR tube is perfect imo, but given that the mp sits quite high (~15”), I found it was best using it on the counter while standing up. At the time, I had a few episodes of passing out while standing & vaping. I know the medical reason why now but at the time I was terrified of breaking it. I got a great deal on the RooR and sold it for twice what I paid(!). Bottom line for pixel jockey is I gotta sit on my bottom whilst vaporizing my brains out and the RooR Vapor was just too tall for me to use comfortably in that scenario. So this gives me approximately same volume as the Vapor but with even more versatility with diffusers and different styles of mouthpieces.

That’s a 55mm tube, 5mm thick walls and the base is 140mm; not sure exactly how tall but it’s built for 165mm downstems except for the two made by Americans, they’re 6 1/2 inches. :haw: The mouthpieces will be around ~8-9 inches high. And look at those thick, chunky joints! I really need to thank our esteemed @gunmetalshark for sharing his custom EHLE pieces here, I never would have thought to ask them or been brave enough to ask. Now here I am, ridiculously excited for a guy my age and a little amazed that I will have a piece made by Thomas Ehle himself in my little collection. Crazy! :mental:

Nice any closeups of that red base?

@arb No sir, not until DHL delivers it. But I certainly will get one for ya! Every EHLE bong has a little red embossment, a red dot like on those old-timey wax seals on documents? So I asked him to match the red along the rim. I nearly got a rainbow wig-wag in the bottom of the tube as well but decided against in the end. I have often thought about having some work done by scratched glassworks if I had something special. So I may ask Mike to carve something trippy on it sometime down the road. Or maybe something classy!

It was great to be able to specify details like the red rim & bistabil joints and the small sandblasted logo. Also the walls on the tubes for the mouthpieces are thick, like 2.5mm-3mm. Over time I have come to distrust thin glass accessories, especially those bits that are essential. At first I was hesitant but I thought, “I’m paying for it. I should ask for what I want”. And of course EHLE was agreeable.

Lol, you asked a simple question and got two paragraphs! I gotta calm down!

Great man, my transactions also have always been a pleasure and I love to hear that
its the same for you :) I dunno why but only the middle picture is working for me, first and last not :(
I too love bubblers, always have the wish to own something like a king-but or a dub-bubwith peyote perc
for my FP..who knows...I just know it sucks big time that Frauke quits there... :(

Yeah the retti has nice pastel colors that I like a lot. It’s actually just under 7”. It’s on the smaller end, but big enough to balance the enail just fine.

I’m happy with the performance, too. It’s surprisingly smooth for a two-hole diffy.

Be careful with that GAS. I wasn’t in the market for a new piece. But here I am.

Absolutely love @MangoGlass710. His engineers and sculpture work keep getting better and his recycler function is great.

Love the Orion too. :p I have the same one with the abalone panel. Love the color shifts on it.

Yeah I love mangos bits too, got my recycler on the cheap too for a bonus too...

Had any wicking issues with the Orion? I tried to follow the italian YouTube guide to thin wick down but tbh still have to let air in tank periodically to stop dry hits. If I could fix that orion would be my perfect daily

By no means perfect but this has become my favorite so far... Cools the vapor effectively and at the same time retains flavor very well... Straight Fab with SOL perc from CCG:

Perfect timing! I’ve had my peepers on two larger very similar pieces from CCG and BOROtech. BOROtech is either a parent or subsidiary of CCG as i found that to be the name they referred to themselves as on the CCG shipping FAQ page.

I will use strictly with the EVO or the Plenty, plus an adapter setup, so not sitting on vertically. ONE of these would be my 3rd and largest piece (and the last) giving me S/M/L variety.

BOROtech left (1ft tall $70 for scientific) CCG right (1ft tall $90)
I’ll very happily take suggestions!

The one on the right is basically the bigger brother to my 8" Straight Fab Egg with a 14" joint. I would recommend that one as it has the well regarded laser cut SOL Perc.

Thanks! I was just to ask your thoughts on this lil guy!

My mind blown by some water last 24hrs. N I'm just using the microbandit with maybe a tsp of water. Lol

Just ordered. Perfect size I think for my first official glass piece

I think you'll enjoy it.
I love that it's modular on both joints. So many potential configurations.

I definitely prefer the glass mouthpiece, but the whip could be really upgraded with some silicone tubing.

It's a low enough volume of water to not really add a lot of drag. You do get a bit of splashback if you overfill it.

It's very lightweight, so you can't leave a whip attached to it. It will roll over.

But all in all, I really enjoy it.
