Only 1 reply to my cleaning inquiry? Is everyone just re-loading it without cleaning after each dab? :(

I haven't bothered to clean mine yet simply because there's not a ton of reclaim taste/etc. When I do clean it, I'll just drop it in the plastic container it arrived in with iso for like 30 seconds, as instructed in the video.

It doesn't seem difficult or annoying to clean, in addition to not really NEEDING to be cleaned every time. I actually think this is a pro rather than a con. I'm really not trying to take a 5 min break to clean my tiny dynacoil after every 0.1 or 0.05g dab, to be honest.

I've had mine for a week and cleaned it once. I can't really picture disassembling it and cleaning it after every single load. It seems to stay pretty clean, I wasn't noticing any bad reclaim tasting hits. When I cleaned it I noticed more buildup on the inside of tip than on the coil.

I like my Nonavong. Got me through some rough-and-toumble times in the wilderness, a chunk o hash and fidgeting with cheap torch lighters at -10°C, it was fun.

After 2 months though some buildup came out the mouthpiece, I never cleaned the innards, and had been using almost solely my various glass pieces (which it really milks up nicely) so I hadn't actually set lips on the mouthpiece haha.

I use a small bit of cotton for concentrates. I may try the dynacoil but I don't think I need it. I only use cotton because I haven't found any hemp fiber yet. But I will.
I only use the cotton bits once but I keep them in the hope maybe someday I will learn to make something of it? Maybe soak in alcohol? I am not really looking forward to it, it's more of a last measure you see ...anyway...

My M lives in a quiet, dark place most of the year. I take it out for vacations. I spend all the other high times with an omni and a sds xl. I really enjoyed getting re-acquainted with my M several weeks ago in Palm Springs. I even was able to click it with out being able to see the flame in the sun. It seems I can anticipate the clicks from years of clicking. Good job George. I enjoy all my caps.

I feel like most of us probably haven’t cleaned them much yet since they just came out. I soaked mine when it came, probably quite unnecessarily, in the little Dyna-wax container it came in with some iso. This has worked well for my @Squiby method s&b pad in the past.

Agreed! This and another stem from him ( @davesmith ) and a @phattpiggie stem or 2 are all that is needed to complete my collection LOLOLOLOLOLOL I tried to get through it with a straight face. Anyway, I need stems from those two artists yet.

My collection will never be complete while DynaVap exists, and or artists are making stems and accessories for DynaVap components.

Plus I still need the ever elusive unicorn, a silver mouthpiece.

As in sterling silver? I am curious why silver over titanium.
Silver tarnishes and scratches so easily and I imagine it would have a bit of a metallic taste, no?
Ah no. It’s a special mouthpiece DynaVap only bestows very rarely. There might be 5-10 in existence. I’m actually not even sure what the material is, or whether I would actually use it regardless. Maybe once on principle, or for special occasions. It is silver in color, with geometric angles.

It’s likely to be the one hole always remaining in my collection. The chase continues...

George said he only made a few. I'm aware of three, I think, out in the wild. Because there are very limited quantities and not easily obtained, as they are not sold but rather awarded; such as the prize for the Haiku contest, they are sought after. The material is sterling silver, a precious metal mouthpiece, made for the sake of it.

Ahhh. Thanks so much for pic - I either never knew or completely forgot about those sought after pieces.
My apologies @-dab8- for questioning your wishlist! Who wouldn’t want something so beautiful and special?
