Ditanium vaporizer

So boiling the hand piece works well for cleaning. I was having major issues with the screen getting gummed up quickly. It still gets pretty dirty but I find boiling some water and pouring that down it + just letting it boil in the pot cleans it super well without actually removing the pain in the ass screen.

Hello.
I have a Ti handset.
In my personal opinion overall it's almost unusable.
It fits on the heat exchange perfectly..looks nice...except the overtly long glass handle,..and the screen gets really clogged.,..really fast vs. Tthe standard glass piece.
FWIW...standard SSV wands work really well except you need to hold the wand to the heat exchange...the wand slips over the heat exchange nicely and brings your product much closer to the heating rod,..but for safety you need to hold it there,..like an SSV...this let's you turn the heat down considerably so you don't scorch your oils when your stacking it,...
Also the knob/dial pulls right off and can be swapped with a more ornate & solid knob from 7th floor vapes...same w/ 7th floors great colored tubing.
My unit is black,..w/ a blue under lamp.
Using the SSV standard wand and some blue or black tubing really takes the unit to a differant place.

Has anyone actually tried the titanium handset? How well does it come apart? The glass wand is a major pain.

As usual opinions can be vastly different on the forum. If I had a close friend that was bent on buying a Ditanium I would tell them to be sure to pick up the titanium handset.
I am a 90% flower user with dabs happening maybe once a month with my poker group.

I was getting ok success with the glass wand. I would at times struggle to get a nice hit other times it would be no problem. I kept messing with that knob, messing with my packing.

I went to Champs, picked up the titanium handset. For me, it was a big improvement. I'm getting nice hits from the beginning.

I did find the screen clogs easy, as mentioned previously. The guy at the Ditanium booth made a point of letting me know that would happen and that it works much better unclogged. He showed me how the titanium handpiece unscrewed giving easy access to that screen which I brush off before my next load.
He also showed me to feed the whip all the way down the glass holder and connect it to the titanium tip.

Liking mine so far and very pleased with vgoodiez.com great cust service fast as hell shipping highly recommend.

I do much like the Ditanium, and the unit itself is one of my favorites of its type. Ultimately the heater element is nothing new, it is how it is packaged that is unique.

My biggest complaint is with the whips. Glass one will be a pain to replace screen and ti one is quick to clog and doesn't seem to function as well. So the small glass piece with no screen is supposed to go on the end of the titanium piece? What is the point of the extra glass? I have just hooked the whip right to the titanium and am confused as to the glass purpose?

I like the ability to do dabs and flower both with little need to adjust. Whip is my biggest complaint as i felt Vapor Brothers had better ones back in the day. I know there is some glass and ceramic ones that seperate. Anyone have any of tbose they have trieed?

...I actually slid a 14mm oil rig dome over the hose and up to the Ti headpiece...which is a 14 M so the dome F end fits great,..the domes maybe 2.5-3" long so it's just enough to use as a handle.
I always knew the mountain of useless domes I own would have some sort of use down the line.
.. .the o.g. glass handle that was w/ the units I noticed were frosted,..and a good bit shorter, for whatever reason now they're clear & longer.
..I pretty much got this out of curiosity tbh,. .to see if a unit put out today could be more advanced or better somehow than its closest competitor...which I would say is a Da Buddha...
...its the added nail that sets it apart, .and it's easy on the eyes as well.
....I'm going to have to look into toolin' around w/ the Ti handpiece's screen or something to see if I can improve it...it fits the box really nice and the screen change is a dream vs. most.

My titanium hand set showed up yesterday. I only got a chance to run one bowl thru, but I think I'm going to really like it.

It gets the load right down in front if the heater and cuts the bowl size in about half...... perfect!

That bowl vaped quickly and efficiently with one or two stirs. I'm guessing it's all I'll use moving forward. I don't see the screen and it's setup as a negative yet, maybe more use will change that?

Still really liking this one, leaving it on all day makes it very convenient!

I've tested out my Ditanium. I initially had a few "teething issues", partially user, partially mechanical both were easily resolved. Before I talk about that though, I really want to give a shout out to Adam at Ditanium. This guy is truly amazing. I emailed the contact page with some questions/concerns and he went out of his way to help, even though I didn't buy the unit directly from him, but from PIU. He didn't have to do that - he could have easily said "talk to them" but really went the distance to answer my questions, address any concerns and helped find the mechanical issue (the center column support had gotten knocked a bit at some point and wasn't totally level with the bottom panel. One small push/adjustment and it was great). He suggested some technique changes as well to get the best bang out of it. So I wanted to publicly thank him!
Now - the Ditanium hits like a damned freight train, even with someone who has my mutant level of tolerance. VERY impressed with it. I can see that one moving up the rotation now.

As someone who works in customer service themselves, I love hearing about that kind of good customer service from a company

I picked up the glass mouthpiece (the J-hook looking piece) from Sneaky Pete and it is great. The bowl is a bit smaller, but it puts the flower right next to the Ti heat tube and it blasts some clouds. I'm really loving the Ditanium. With this setup, it has been usurping some of my daily drivers.
