I got to about a 45 second inhale, 3 minute hold, minute thirty exhale, and a minute and a half breathless. Also got pretty fucked up. My friend, who's a swimmer, could actually do the whole ratio (1:4:2:2) from the base minute and a half inhale (he's got insane lungs) said it got him messed up, but felt it had more to do with just breathing in such a matter.

I disagree, and will try it again later to keep working on it. We did not use nostril exhale cycles and went for about a 20 minute smoke session (where we had to get inventive when we "lost" the poker). Anyone else have experience with this?

I always enjoy working on breathing technique when vaping; getting high is a mini-workout for me anymore :)
