am I wrong? I don't see it in the combos you mentioned. Is there a sai solid bucket - like a banger that is just solid that you wipe out when done? I thought there was but now I am seeing a titanium bucket coil. I thought there was a solid bucket insert

Yes, that is everything you need in that link. What @tennisguru1 is saying I think is that your mod needs to have more power than 40w. While a lot of people do go above 40, I’ve never surpassed 27w so it’s up the user. You can start out with your 40w mod and see how you like it. If you then want to step up you can get a more powerful mod and try tennisgurus tc settings.

The titanium bucket you can swab out. The new quartz bucket atomizer is same thing with quartz. Both must be used with the TAF mouthpiece in that link you asked about.

The 40 watt mod's ok, but you going to need a battery charger
and a spare battery if you go that route.
You see what will happen after your battery gets to 40%
it will start to lose the power needed to run the bucket efficiently.
It has to heat the 10mm donut & transfer the heat to the TI bucket.
I couldn't even get thru the day with the 75watt pico without a spare battery.
I tend to think far ahead, so those I help don't waste a large amount of money
buying & then reselling selling the wrong vape for them.
Also just install AF and save more time & energy as all the settings are
there as presets for attys such as Sai, Mole, DTV3, QQ, ect all with perfect
TCR#'s working perfectly.

These Xmas sales are awesome, best time to get a good mod for half price almost.

Got my new sai taf, joyetech espion 200w, quartz cup and Poseidon...and I’m just lost. This is my first mod and wax experience, Not the best with technology and I don’t have someone to walk me through it. does someone know if there is a video that shows how to put artic Fox on the mod, And then how to do the whole beginning set up? I could only find videos in other languages on YouTube about arctic fox. Do you just plug the mod into your computer?

I went to Nfeteam.org
Downloaded the NFE Tools and Arctic Fox from the home page.
I used window laptop if you have problem after you load the NFE TOOLs restart pc then try
Loaded right up the first time

Using the above Arctic Fox you have to set up your coils
But follow the link posted by @tennisguru1 the Arctic Fox firmware is already set up for the coils listed below

Profiles:
SAI TAF- For the Saionara Top Airflow Bucket. (adjusted +100°F at 380°F)

SAI 3TI - Saionara triple TI coils.

10MMDISC- 10mm Donut profile. Sai Donut and older Divine Tribe 10mm coil.

SEG TAF- For the Sequoia Top Airflow Bucket. (adjusted +100°F at 380°F)

13MMDISC- Seq Donut and newer 13mm Divine Tribe donut.

TRITONTI- Triton Titanium. set for the double ti relock the resistance at 68° for the sirous coil.

TRI 1701- Triton 1701 buckets. (adjusted +100°F at 380°F)

QQUEST- Quartz Quest

Usage:

Hold fire button - Fires Mod for up to 15 sec puffs

2 Clicks of Fire button- Select Profile

3 Clicks of Fire button- Edit Profile wattage and display (Press and hold both -/+ to reset counters in edit screen, tap fire button to change between options, hold fire to exit)

4 Clicks of Fire button- Key lock (Locks Temp useful while sharing)

5 Clicks of Fire button- Device Lock/UnLock (Power on if turned off)

Device will auto Lock after 15 min. (Child and Pocket safe)

Press and hold both -/+ to Power the Mod off (Not Needed IMHO as the 0.01 volt per day is not worth waiting 5 seconds for it to startup lol, but people ask for it... so) (5 clicks of fire button to turn back on)

While powered off Press and hold both -/+ to Flip screen.

Press and hold both -/Fire to turn on and off Steath Mode

Press and hold both +/Fire to access the Settings menu. (almost every option of the mod can be changed here.)

To get to TCR setting hold down fire + Plus for 3 sec
go to atty press fire
go to TCR set ect..

The Sai / Pico / Bubbler with this TAF is amazing!

I prefer the Quartz TA Bucket cup to the titanium, better flavor, and heats up faster, as one would expect.

Even when I open it in AF Configurator it says 40 watts power under profile 1

..yeah, I do a conservative 30-35w myself, but it seems to be able to take 40 yeah.

Ok thanks only because on the card that came with the Sai it says 24-28 watts in TC mode

Yes , but that only if you use TCR#'s.
It only ramps to 40 & settles around 22.

It works I just wanted to make sure don’t want to burn anything up.

Yeah I've found the quartz cup requires less wattage / heat.

Did you get to hook up with Brent yet?

I’m using a taf ti bucket with a Kaos spectrum dual batt mod. I cannot get tcr to work passed 4 seconds. Just says atomizer does not match. When I go into tcr it asks me tcr value = blank. With a bunch of zeros. What needs to be put here. Have the resistance at .72 and the watts at 40. But just isn’t working. Thanks in advance

My mod takes that number, Espion 200, but my DNA mod
takes TCR$'s like 0.092 & 0.0092 in escribe.
It depends on the Mods firmware.

@tennisguru1 Thanks but that didn’t help me one bit. Still getting the same error. Only in tcr after holding the butting for more than 3-4 seconds your mod takes what number. My resistance is locked but seems to go up to 1.10 and then cuts off

It should be either TCR315 @37watts resit locked at .0074 or .00074 depending
on what mod sets, temp at 370-420 sorry if we got confused

ok now i have to figure out how to change the resistance on my mod. i can read it but for some reason i cant change it. any suggestions?

It is different on each mod by chipset.
Took me a few days to find it on my off brand mods.
It's there somewhere in your manual.
I'd search the web for it?
If you found how to set TCR#'s then you should be really close.
Set resistance at room temp if you got the TCR t 315 ect..

idk what tcr 315 is haha im so lost. my manual doesn't say anything about changing it. looked at if 10 times now and I cant find anything about changing the resistance. mayb I should do a hard reset and start over

So I have my sai with the QC on a evic vtc mini and I can't get it to do anything more than just melt my dabs... my settings are all set to the ones here and r/waxpen suggests (TCR 315, 40w, 300-420f, etc) and it's just not heating up, I made sure the coil (plate? Donut ? Not sure the right term for the newer plate heaters ) wasn't broken and that the bucket was correctly and tightly installed. My Ti bucket is working fine on the mod so that's not the issue. I don't even really get a whispy hit I just don't get a hit at all, or any effects.

EDIT: I'm not getting any error message either and I was sure to lock the resistance at room temp.
