Underdog Log Vapes

Really sorry to hear this sad news for underdog and all the other people affected.

I was intending to donate 20 or 30 bucks to the gofundme, but then I had a thought, leading to a question.

Is it better for underdog if I contribute some money to the fund or buy an underdog package that I don't really need (but suspect I could probably find some kind of use for...) obviously both would be ideal, but you know, life, bills etc.

I also see that underdogs now come with a vvps and are compatible with my local power supply. I don't think that was the case last time I looked. Anyway, that means I can now recommend this to a mate. I might give him the hard sell on the weekend.

Good luck with everything.

I think in the short term, CASH is probably the thing they need most to get back on their feet.
Either way, it sounds like you're going to find a way to contribute, so cool :)
Get your mate on board too, spread the word!

Hey folks!

Dave said it is kosher to share their webpage, gofundme page on your social media, I'm going to post on my FB and IG pages, whatever you use, post! Spread the word :)

Many thanks @looney2nz !

Either would be super helpful to us and absolutely appreciated! If (as for most of us) life, bills, etc is a concern I'd say don't bust your budget on helping us. $20-$30 bucks and/or spreading the word of our situation would be just as helpful and just as appreciated as buying a full vape package.

As far as power supplies go, we change what comes with the kit fairly regularly based on feedback from customers, what's available on the market and what seems to be the most reliable at any given time. Usually any of our power supplies will work in most countries (50/60hz, 120v-240v) but will need a physical adapter to adapt the USA style plug to whatever local style is used.

Hey guys, thinking about getting a log vape, specifically the enano (is this the right place?)

I'm coming from a S&B Plenty vape & I'm concerned about bowl size.

How many bowls does it take for veteran, high tolerance users to approach a 10?

We make a mean Log Vape too but ours is called the Underdog, the E-Nano is another brand.
You can check out the E-Nano thread over here: www.fuckcombustion.com/threads/e-nano-from-epicvape.7844/unread

Enjoy!

I thought i should give an update on my earlier post.

Well, they say people see what they want see...

And...What i saw in @Underdogs reply to my post was a beaming green light to go ahead and buy a new vape. So i did. The spalted Ailanthus had my name on it as soon as i saw it, i must confess.

Plus i recommended the underdog to my mate, and no hard sell was required. He was in for a figured walnut after checking out the website.

Looking forward to trying it out.

Good luck with everything @underdog

The Underdog community is the best I've ever seen. I am wishing the Underdog family the best for the holidays. Life is precious. Don't worry, everything will sort itself out. Please keep your patience and your hopes high. I am really wishing the best for Paradise and the whole of California.

Received my package from Underdog, it's fantastic, lovely presentation, great little extras like the stem holders and a muslin bag, and even a free direct draw glass stem! The whole thing is great!

Was wondering what kind of temps/ power people are using for their Micros vs their full size dogs? Mostly pretty much the same? Or does one shine with more power than the other? Obviously lots of very scientific testing will be taking place for my own conclusions :science:, but it's nice to know what the rest of the Underdog family are doing!

Thanks for all the well wishes and kind thoughts everyone, we're super appreciative of them! We're still in limbo here in Sacramento, still not allowed back into the fire zone unbelievably enough. Recent reports say we can go back in 'around Christmas' but we'll see. If we can't get in by Christmas we'll probably just have to leave and head to our new shop space in Oregon empty handed. I'm really hoping I can salvage some tooling out of the ashes though otherwise I'll have to remake it all and that'll be hundreds+ hours of precision labor all over again. Fingers crossed!

Lovely lovely. I really enjoy using log vapes natively at 12v, there is something in the simplicity there.

I tend to only run my logs in the evening when im using them anyway, so the micro wouldn't be on for overly long periods of time anyway.

Dogs made in the last 2 years or so tend to run quite a bit hotter than previous ones. There is variation in heating cartridges but for the most part the whole product range has gotten hotter. Many will combust before 11v now. We moved the default heating range hotter to make sure most users could get the max temps they wanted with a stock 12v power supply and dimmer instead of having to use a higher voltage power supply. A little experimentation will be in order for new Dogs, I'd say start at 10-11v and see where that gets you and adjust from there.

I really don't need any more vapes.

Still, who doesn't enjoy looking at them? So I was idly comparing log vapes, just daydreaming, when I came across Underdog's request for help.

Buying a vape would help good people get through one of the biggest tragedies of the year? How could I not?

I was especially psyched to see a madrone version. It's on the way.

Not sure where to post this but:
Just a thought: Whether health or sheer laziness I am too lazy to sell my used vapes here. When I'm done with them or accessories I put them in a box and send them to Vitolo. Most of what I have left are on-demand vapes including a couple from triihouse, a never use supreme or logs. Would anyone be willing to accept some of these to sell for money for underdog? I tend to be a hoarder but I will never use the butane vapes and my VAS seems to be endless.

DIY Log Dabbler 😁🪵💪💨💨💨
My beautiful Tigerwood Special puppy (center) finally arrived safe and sound this morning and already feels right at home with my DIY log (to the right)
Even their respective accessories are fully compatible with each other, which is quite an asset, when you don't live in the US

Big thanks to @underdogette and @underdog for making this possible, despite all their recent misfortune  Your little puppies are really quite some awesome works of art! ;pd;

Big thanks also to me mate @Megaton, without whom the puppy's delivery to its final destination would also have been nigh impossible
