Think I got enough?

The 1ml CCell Select carts stick out, but it closes, unlike prior fob. Funny, you can hit it closed.

0.5 ml cart installed in picture, the most pocket friendly size

@ChooChooCharlie if she's a keeper I think I may be interested in VASing one as well. I just picked up a second Puma Mini and there has been a complete redesign where the seating collar has been moved down deeper into the recessed cavity and now a bigger thicker magnetic collar can be used. This means that even big 1g carts fit perfectly, and with using the slim low profile collar, small 1/2g carts can JUST have the tip sticking out. Just more flexibility and versatility!

Glad I saw this one. Been looking at that model but was skeptical.

Reading the post, maybe I missed it and somebody said this already but it says temp control on stainless steel coils. My big vapes only tc certain coil types. Are Ccell oil carts stainless steel wired? I don't think they are. Maybe im wrong

They haven't invented drunk-proof tequila bottle caps yet, so I've got a substrain called DVAS.

You can help me with my affliction by gifting $10 to a certain PIF user here with a note, ChooChoo sent you. (his name starts with same letter as Victory over Victim-hood)

No buying, no selling. Just happy stoner gift giving

He will see the note and email me your email address. Then I will email you for your shipping address.

(Note to PIF user and mods: Easier to ask forgiveness than permission)

I gm Select carts a bit too tall, lid doesn't close. Half gram OK. I try these gizmos so you don't have to. Why can't these battery designers buy a few carts for size? Sheesh

Waiting for CCell Silo, saw this one with flip-up lid. The usual, preheat function, three voltage settings.

Diameter is fine, though. Went out this morning for half gram carts, got Brite Labs and Rove for a change. Lid closes fine. This is another one with magnetic connections, and you must use the style supplied with 4 air slits, it won't draw with Palm connectors. The Rove cart is different, with metal-like tube style mouthpiece.

I'm a fan of Brite Labs, their oils feel very full spectrum to me. Hitting their Lemon Kush right now!

I've been wanting to try Rove's new "Featured Farms" single source oil with cannabis derived terpenes.

Hope the few readers interested in these cart gizmos forgive me dumping them all in this thread. Shout out to vapepartsmart dot com for once again killing it with rapid response. Ordered CCell Silo Sunday, received Wednesday, with quick email response from Nathan.

Silo is beefy. I still prefer Palm's thin size, it fits in that little coin pocket in jeans. I've also left it in back pocket and sat on it for a while, no problem. 1 gram Select cart in center pic, too tall IMO. The half gram Rove cart looks sexy though.

Think battery designers and cart companies are trying to tell me something. Stick with half gram carts. I should anyway for a few reasons. Less time sucking out clogs, they fit better, only have to put up with an off tasting cart for half the time, and the better manufacturers seem to favor half gram so more selection.

Expecting another one by Kandypens. These things are like tribbles at my place

The mag adapters came in odd foil package:

Couldn't agree more, I only go with the CCELL TH2 1/2g carts myself.

Thanks for sharing and feedback on the Silo... really appreciate all that you do.

Got another one today. Took it out for lunch

C-Box-Pro-lunch.jpg

Kandypens C-Box Pro. The Pro designation is important as it accommodates CCell sized carts, the original model was too narrow. Select brand half gram cart fits very well, as shown in pics. Looks and feels good in hand, nice quality finish, not cheap and plasticky like several others. Button activated, 4 voltage settings.

My neighbor likes it too. Stay classy San Diego

Thanks for keeping tabs on these little mini box batteries. I read all three pages and I'm curious if we have an obvious vv front runner or anything that compares to the ten dollar twist pen batteries on ebay that go up to 4.8v.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Push-Butto...oltage-510-Thread-Cartridge-LOT-/142870823698

I prefer the shape of the box ones for my pocket and I'd like to still have the flexibility of vv with a setting over 4v.

i also would like to know what material the wire is.

I think it's gonna be my next purchase. I use CCELLS on a Joyetech Evic Basic and love the power control with .1w increments so this seems perfect.

hey my man, i just was given a CCELL cart full of distilate today. ive got a DNA and couple of evic minis to work with and looking for a recommendation on where to start setting wise. ive read this thread, but didnt see anyone address DNA chips with this atty. or even specific settings on joyetech chips.

i know this is a metal coil embedded in ceramic so it leads me to think the DT donut way. for those using the stock temp control settings, the Nickel setting is recommended for the donuts. is that the same here? or do we know the wires material? is it SS?

also i see you are enjoying that .1 watt encriment adjustability. what wattage are you starting at when running CCELLS on your joyetech chips?

I never had great luck getting the Ccell to work in temp control. I was running my Evic Basic in power mode for ccells at around 3-3.5v. Usually around 5-6 watts to get to that voltage.

EXCELSIOR!
The Yocan Uni has replaced my Puma Mini. Something about that slight airflow restriction that I really like, and 10s preheat. Just wish it had the same 1000mah battery.

1.Have you determined what is the best battery for a ccell cart
as I look to you as the foremost expert researcher in the field.

2.Have you got to test any of those new top air flow ccell carts yet?

3. Also do you have the ccell gold Select Elite carts in your area?

This is the best combo I have found in a pen taste wise, draw wise
and last the longest. An Mod with 1/10 watts adjustment 5.2
With Select Elite Thick oil 90-95% thc cleared for pesticides.

If you have found better or different, pass it on lol ty

That was my preferred setup (Jupiter Ccell on Evic Basic) until I got my Pax Era. The Pax is cool cause it has all the control of a box mod (and then some) but the form factor is way smaller and more portable like a typical stick battery.

Thanks man, but i'm just testing what I buy.... @ChooChooCharlie has way more battery experience than I do! And @invertedisdead knows his shit proper!

I have actually quit using 510 carts and batteries as I don't like the flavour, vapour quality, and experience compared to my quartz banger. I don't need the portability so i've moved on.

Never even heard of them!? My testing is limited to TH2 carts (all sizes and mouthpieces lol). I dislike the CCELL PALM and M3 batteries due to the static 3.7v. It's WAY too hot IMO and flavour suffers, ESPECIALLY for co2 or honey oil.

3. Also do you have the ccell gold Select Elite carts in your area?

Negative!

Actually my Pico was the best mod/battery i've used for the CCELL TH2. Not as portable, but the ability to adjust the voltage to less than 3v is huge IMO, and there was something about its airflow...i'm not sure, but it was smoother/better than any other battery i've ever used! If I NEEDED the portability, i'd be grabbing that Pico again with a TH2 cart.

If you have found better or different, pass it on lol ty

I think @invertedisdead has! :D

Dude i'm so jealous! Weed is legal but no Pax Era!?

 pretty much any compact box mod should work well for Ccells, only thing to look out for is some chips won't fire under 5w, the Joyetech, Eleaf, and Wismec stuff as well as others can go down as low as 1w.

I'm sure its right around the corner!

We are lucky now in Vegas, competition is rampant lol!
Pax is way out of line here, $60 for a 1/2 gram?
Do I look stupid, oops don't answer that, hahaha.

Got two buddy's have the Pax, gave it up for the Select Elite
carts & Mod with 1/10 wattage control.
Evic basic running af I think
They now use the Sai Ti cup when home &
now see how much oil they were going thru on their pens, lol.
Just a matter of money vs identical performance.
The Select Elite oils are Awesome from 85%-95%
taste great, clean, available in 1 gram & 800 & 500 mg
I get the 1 gram for $62 that's $74 tax out the door.
All glass & SS ccell. No brainier
$144 for a gram of Pax plastic cart or $74 for same.

PS( my buddy Mike, pulled of the arbor press top & refills
his before it gets to top of holes once with co2oil.)
So I get your view but it really varies as to how & where you
are being ripped off by these dumb ass corrupt politicians
who were against it before but now that they got their greedy
hands all over it are now messing it up with drool, lol.

I shop at Jardins as at Shango the same 500mg carts are $60 lol.
Buyer Beware of GREEDY Snakes in the weeds.
