I usually leave mine on always so heat up time was not a question I was prepared to answer, but this morning I went ahead and started from cold start to find out for you. It takes 2:22 seconds to get the temp to read 497 but it will overshoot a few degrees for another 62 seconds when it stabilizes at 497. Even though it reads 497, the dish is still not quite ready until about 5 or 6 minutes and even then it is still not going to perform as well as a long heat soak. Keep in mind this was with an ambient temp of 50F.

I notice the temp can change up to 7F during a hit. I think it drops up to 7 degrees and then overshoot up to 7 degrees then stabilizes. Or vica versa?

I tried many combinations of the 8mm and 6mm pearls and have had plenty of them jump out...somehow this is where I settled and just how I keep it now. It seems to work well. One reason I thought about mixing up the size of the pearls is due to the contact zones. The larger pearl is going to make great contact at around 4-5mm mark up the wall and on the floor away from the wall. If you have a spinning cap you can sometimes see a trail from the pearl. The smaller pearl is going to make contact at around 3-4mm mark. Its ridiculous that I am breaking this down like such small variance can make much difference...but I like science!

Loving my 710coils axial coil with 25mm opaque banger, for now hooked-up to an auber controler.

Ordered the auber after finding out my dhgate controler is wired differently, so Shane suggested the auber. I was doubting this at first, ordering from the States to Spain can sometimes be a pain in the ass because of the customs(had them send back packages, charging more then the actual price of the product, holding packages for weeks and so on...).

But, we are a week and a half later, and I already received it, and have been really enjoying it.

Started of at 520, but gone down to 500 now. 520 was my temp when using the liger banger v2.0 20mm with SIC insert.

The liger has already been tucked away, that says it al. It had been my daily driver from the day I got it, and I never thought I would replace it.

But then @710Coils came along, and I am glad I came accros Shane and his products. I am now officialy an octopussy addict?

Flavor at 500 for me is spot on. I am using one pearl. I notice there is a lot less reclaim, and clouds seem to be denser. It seems to be more efficient.

I had to wait to write while not medicated since this setup is so efficient! Big shout out to Shane for his excellent communication during my order process as well as just being an engaging and knowledgeable person to chat with.

A temp from 500 - 520 has given potent and flavorful results from rosin pressed on a @dabpress.com press.

Rosin did a great job getting the banger dirty so I was able to test a few cleaning techniques. A cotton swab soaked in iso did very little to clean the banger and seemed like a waste of time. Using a 5 minute burn off at 950 did the trick effortlessly and I came back to a nearly perfect cup and pearls. After the burn off there were still a few little balls of char which easily swabbed out.

The post office is holding my Dhgate order hostage meaning I don't have a bubble cap to use. I was able to replicate the effect to some degree by using a shot glass as a makeshift carb cap. It worked but I'm sure I'll get much better results with a proper cap.

Dark crystal cleaner has been the best thing for deep cleaning. Haven't tried iso and the simple green soak works, especially with the candle warmer, but its kinda a hassle.

I've got no rosin so mine stays relatively clean after a hit, but about once a day after some buildup gets on there I turn the temp down to 270. Then fluff out one side of a q tip, dip it in the dark crystal and just wipe the banger out followed up with a dry qtip, looks brand new. I use another qtip with distilled water in case any is left behind, but the stuff is non toxic. Best thing yet imo and I can leave the clips on.

Also, yeah, you need a bubble cap

Here are some pics of the opaques spinners I have coming in. These will come with a set of straight tweezers for easy removal








These will work best in the 25mm banger. But do also work in the 30mm banger. Should have these in a week or so and will put them up on the site when it gets closer to them landing =)

So I see everyone seems to prefer the opaque over the clear quartz ? Does it stay clean? I just feel like it'd have more tiny spaces for oil to seep in and get stuck, but I've only used opaque quartz of questionable quality. I personally prefer the look of the clear, but I'm not buying it too look at it haha. Has anyone tried both the clear and the opaque from 710 coils? I'm lookin to get a coil banger and cap but still trying to decide on 25mm vs 30mm and opaque vs clear

@Kanna_Kult Clear is by far the sexiest. Especially when its clean and you can see right through it. But the opaque is the hands down winner for bringing the flavor and producing vapor. The opaque can get dirty faster. But cleanup is not bad and so most that have tried it are willing to deal with a bit more of a cleanup regiment. Personally I am a gluttonous dab pig ad prefer the 30mm opaque for those big boy dabs I do. The 30 can look obnoxious on smaller pieces. But is the preferred ride up in my dab dungeon =P

Im happy to say Im now the proud owner of a lot of a 710coils setup. Coil, 25mm opaque banger, cap, pearls, more pearls, clips, more clips.
Time to start experimenting with some tangie kush live resin.

What temperature ranges are people liking? Some light browsing of this thread points me towards 500-520.

Before even using the product...
I am super satisfied with the customer support, quick and concise responses to all my questions.
Quality looks to be top notch in both packing, shipping and feel of all products.
Community (newly found for me, repping that underdog vape from FC AD) seems to be awesome and helpful.
Very satisfied customer, doubt that'll change after use, based on other reports found in this thread.

With the 30mm I'm at 500 with terp pearls, I'd probably go 515-525 without them.

I am at the same temp with the 25mm opaque bottom and 2 pearls. I was also at 515F without the pearls. Great temps to go by for clouds and easy clean up!

Also, anyone familiar with the 14mm leisure incyclers? That's my daily driver and I'm leaning towards the 30mm, any opinions on if that'd be too big for the rig? I don't think weight will be an issue the rig is pretty hefty for its size

@Kanna_Kult Leisure incycler would totally rock a 30mm. It has that nice solid base and will feel nice and stable. That paired with its function is a guaranteed savage dab session =)

Maybe just lighten the internal lines of the pus, it makes them look busy when they are so defined.

I agree. I think the definition looks great on the stickers but doesn't have the same effect on the shirts and hoodies. On the stickers it almost makes the octopus look 3-D, but on the hoodies and shirts it just looks overwhelming and unnecessary. Maybe lighten or get rid of the internal lines all together.

Just wanted to drop a friendly PSA to always watch your dab station while it’s on. I set mine to a self cleaning cycle this morning while I was working and came back at lunch to find this :

I've noticed that since @Shooby has left the building there has been a lack of 710Coils Porn (other than what Shane posts!) so here is my contribution with the 30mm opaque+ quartz pi cap!

This is my daily driver setup and it is the best damn experience i've ever had with cannabis to date!
