That's the whole foot. The first ones are metatarsal bones, they come before the toes... or phalanges...I just learnt that :D

I did.... I have both now. I prefer OG... but... On the way home from surgery, wife drove, and I was still a bit out of it from the anesthesia.... accidentally combusted in the OG omni... too lazy to clean it right now... and standing is not fun... so I'm using the millennial omni:rofl:

Oof, stop. I feel like I’m back in anatomy and physiology class.

Lol, glad your surgery went well.

Check the cuffs of your pants, if you have any...

Or any gaping pockets...
Dude! Pretty close . It tumbled out of the crease in a towel hanging adjacently - I would have swown I heard it tinkle on the floor ..... could it have ricocheted?
Also, I love that you say cuffs (turn-ups) and pants (trousers) - tomato, tomahto (hmm, doesn't really work written down ) . Anyway, it turned up - they always do :D:tup:

Yesterday I ordered an F2 for my wife because she wasn't connecting with her VC. Tonight she's torching like a pro and blowing huge clouds. I still think she'll enjoy the electronic unit but I'm glad she appreciates the VC now.

Our first VC accident - she was cooking dinner, I was heating the VC. Handing it to her, she somehow wrapped her thumb up onto the cap, getting a nice little burn. She ended up with a ladybug size blister. Lesson learned for both of us.

Side note, we've been using my old Jetlite single flame lighters. They work ok but they need to be refilled frequently and they're a bit difficult to hold the button down sometimes because they're so small. On the plus side, Ronson makes them so they accept the cheap butane. We'll switch back to the triple flame Vertigo torches we got from DV when the quality butane I ordered arrives, hopefully soon.

I got some water finally. OK, holy hell. 2 rips from my Shadow M and I toasted an entire bowl and it wrecked me. Much different than using the M native.

I’m so high right now I can barely move to even type this. The strain for the night is called Ghost Breath.

Just got my nanovong xls and I love it except the cap falls off if you turn it upside down and if I use it the cap will pop off. Thought I remembered someone here saying to squeeze the cap around the tip to tighten it up? I tried that and it bent a little but nothing happened. So I got a rag and a pair of pliers and tried to tighten it up and it's still loose. Is there anything I can do? Right now I've just been taking the cap from my M and switching that cap back and forth between the M and nanovong.

Also I know I've seen lots of nice glass pieces on here, does anyone have any suggestions for any cheap glass pieces that work well with nanovongs?

I have a friend who bought an Omnivong a couple months ago (maybe a few months ago, not sure), and he reports that his cap stopped clicking. I told him that he should message Dynavap about it and he did.

He tells me that they suggested ways to try cleaning it, and he did...but he tells me that they have not been responding to his emails since he reported back after trying their cleaning recommendations with no success.

Anyone know which account I could message here on FC to possibly get my friend some more help?

Squeeze the open end, not the closed end.. should never need pliers. You only need to squeeze a bit to close the open end enough to stay on the tip. Finger pressure should do it.

I believe they are just too busy to keep up right now.... I also sent an email back around black Friday and never got any reply.

Has it been soaked long in iso or other cleaners?

Have you personally tried the cap?

Has he accidentally mixed it up with a generic ebay cap?

Just brainstorming here...

Go to your bank and look on the carpet there. That's where someone else found their lost cap
Yes, and another someone else retraced their steps to a spot under a streetlight, IIRC.

@arb carpet in EUROPE?
Really?
Very astute observation .... in more Northern climes maybe, where I am there is practically no carpet (or wallpaper or central heating or double glazing etc etc.).

I have been trying to reach out to them as well regarding a few things. Hoping it was just the Black Friday push. I know they have always had great Customer Service, so I will give them another week, before I bother them again.

Tell him to stop using that gooey hash, and to soak it in ISO, or concentrated liquid detergent
Overnight. For a thumbs up, borrow the ultrasonic jewelry cleaner from his SO/friend.

& remember to smile. This December.

They sure must have a great customer service, and I tell you that, I made an order on BF sales, got it wrong with payment, did not order anything in the end, and I got an email yesterday saying that dynavap had sent me a package.
So, something is on its way to mines, even though I didn't order anything. I will update whatever it is coming. But if that is not GREAT customer service, don't know what would be then.

When adjusting the cap fit, you must first remove the cap from the tip. Place your fingers near the open end of the cap with one finger on the digger outter end and your thumb on the opposite side squeeze the cap gently but firmly. Test for fit and repeat as necessary.
