Did you swap out the black Viton orings with the grey ones it came with? I think I might do that...
It surprises me that George would go to this effort for a one off. And clearly, as @Summer suggested, I would think this product would be a winner. The only reason I can imagine not keeping it in the line would be if it is too time consuming to produce or too hard on his equipment like the LEtip turned out to be...And, can confirm, the Shadow M is limited edition, same as the sandblasted. The ad design was not a clever trick

Well spotted @cybrguy I have used and unused so it's easier to keep up.
The new grey O and X rings are great, slightly softer than the black ones and tougher than the red ones.
@almost there people like to collect.
The more people that buy and enjoy VC's the more people will be looking for the parts that are no longer available.
I recently told a friend if he was in no rush then he should hang on to a pair of unused 4th gen tipped Cocobolo crowned stems.

I suspect both the sandblasting and the anodizing are easier, less time consuming and less expensive to do. The Damascus steel is a bigger deal, but I think they did only a few pieces of that, not a whole run of 100 or more. They are gonna sell the shit out of this black one I think...Same can be said for the Sandblasted M, or the Damascus steel, or anodized parts

I think limited releases are smart from a business perspective. Lots of quick cash for the business. People rush to pay from fear of missing out. People will pick this purchase over some other black Friday sales because those things will still be available....

This live feed is turning into some sort of a production - never mind collectors, this is turning into a cult . One thing I'd really like to know is just how many VapCap users there are, worldwide. Does anyone know? I haven't got Reddit or Twitter or Instagram accounts, and it's nearly bedtime in Ye Olde Europa, but if any of you are chatting to George n' Josh later, could you please ask the question? 
Edit : I mean, up to now I'm guessing the vast majority of sales have been direct to customer so it should be easy (I presume, for those IT boffins
) to crunch the data and share the demographics with "The Dynaverse" BTW, did you see how easily Josh used that term, apparently without irony........? We are the Dynaverse knowing itself
