I wanted to order, but the website says "Cart declined" after entering all data and hitting the "place order" button. Quite frustrating... :(

//Edit:
Order went through with another colour. Not exactly the one that I wanted, but still happy... :)

I just placed my order which included extra plates and it all seems to have gone through.

Great job guys

After a very kind email saying pretty much the same thing they said here, my order also went thru! Cuz I needed the extra plates too

But in the end, didn't have the guts to change the colors of the plates, it's all emerald green for me!

DV, you should have just waited until you're preferential color was available.

Listen, @Summer, with all given respect: You had the chance to get an impression of my personality during the last months over here... What gave you the impression that I would be able to control my impulses? I cannot. ;) I was waiting so hard for the GFL to finally get released that I simply could not wait...

But here are the good news: I have been contacted just minutes after my order whether I would like to change the colour because they saw my first order not getting through. Now that's what I call excellent customer care! :)

Dynavaper, so happy for you getting your 1st color choice! It's a lot of money so you should be as happy as you can. What color did you choose?

I didn't think it had anything to do with impulse control, rather that you can afford the things you want, & if you want it, you go for it. For me, lack of funds is a good impulse controller. :(

@Grinders for Life, the website looks terrific -- font & all! Only thing I can see is getting rid of that 1 "test" review under the coarse grinder.

You are probably right, but rest assured that I know well how lack of funds feels like. The last 2 years have been mighty good to me and I am aware that every mountain is followed by a valley bottom. I am just enjoying the descent as long as it lasts. No appreciation for good times without bad times, I guess. One love!

I would buy this grinder if it came with 1 extra plate. $40 CAN for the multiple grind consistency experience that was shown to us in all the previews and pre production info seems a little steep to me. Maybe a bundle deal for Black Friday would get some people like me on board. Love the idea, love the feedback and the performance looks great. But with an SLX, SCS and a space case the multiple grind consistency is what intrigued me about this one. Too bad I don’t think $100 plus American for a grinder is fair when it’s made out of aluminum. There are full stainless steel options available for this price.

I am really excited for this grinder. I had no business buying it... but yeah well, FC is just one big ENABLER.

I got Sky Blue Med Grinder
Hematite Fine Plate
Rose Gold Coarse Plate

Hopefully, this will be my last Grinder purchase for many years.

Almost there...
I have recommended a new package option to them for a whole set of plates at a possible discounted price.
Site is still new and any feedback is recommended to help this get off the ground with all options.

What other options are there?

1 - Grinder with all plates FC discount?:brow:
2 - Grinder with one plate plus one extra at a discounted price.

Plates would remain $40 if bought individually but possibly less when bought in conjunction with the BC Grinder?

Any other thoughts for @Grinders for Life

NOTE: These are just my thoughts...I have said this in PM on IG already.
I like options and making a super cool, different color for each section grinder sounds neat!

Is this grinder 2 new for reviews? I'm not seeing any actual product reviews.

The prototype reviews are in this thread & over on VLF. This final edition has more improvements.

I think you said it all @lazylathe. My only suggestions are to add purple, red, pumpkin & maybe a copper color & to send one to Randy at puffitup for review. Otherwise .

I keep going back and forth between a fine and medium grind plate. Any beta testers give any input on their favorite grind for most vapes?
I'm not sure anyone here has tested the final design yet?

This is a premium option, and it's probably not a bad idea to wait a bit to better choose between the different plates, if you plan on ommitting any. The advantage of the three-in-one design allows for later purchasing, but it's still always a one at a time set up.

The use of two or three mid-plates interests me as I already use multiple vapes, so being able to set the grinder up for the sesh will be great.
My vapes aren't too fussy with grind style, so generally I'm happy to use whatever grinder for whatever vape I'm using. The BCG will give a bit more flexibility so I can discover what's best, and I'm keen to share what I find.
For one thing, I'm hoping the consistency is perfect across the plates, and that alone I assume will be more significant than the actual grind size, though surface area will make some difference (how much, I'm curious).

I do think the whole package is a bit rich, even though I'm yet to see the value of it in person. In terms of strict comparison, my current grinder, the SLX, is of the same grade of material yet quite a bit cheaper. And it's very, very good.

For 140 you get the BCG with a second plate, but that price could easily obtain two complete grinder set ups from big name brands.
I think it's something to consider, for GFL and for the consumer.

But, I expect that with the lack of threads and the overall design, the BCG is easily the best of the best, and I don't necessarily think they should shy away from a premium price.

I think the thing that will most seriously impact my perception of value will be the physical size.
Knowing that it's smaller than my last two grinders, I'm not sure what to expect ergonomically, and that will need to be exceptional to have the retail price reflect properly

I'm like the medium & coarse plates. I'm partial to a coarse grind for the vapcap.
That's interesting - I expect to be all about the fine plate for my M.

It does alright with a medium grind, but with the pixie dust from the MFLB finishing grinder, it's pretty awesome.

I mean, the VC's work well across the board. So it will be fun to see what happens with even more grinder choice

I definitely prefer the fine grind in my Dynavap vaporizers. The medium grind, I use in some larger vapes, but the fine grind is perfect for my Dynavap vapes, as well as my log.

I'm really happy to see the @Grinders for Life website is up. Everything looks awesome and I'm glad to see the excitement with people placing new orders. This community is fantastic.

I'm looking forward to seeing the difference the new teeth make on that fine grind.
