So at first I had the OG core (accidentally) in my cart and it also gave me free shipping
But when I changed it to the Peek Quick core it charges me for shipping?
And for some reason, USA is not a shipping choice...come on, take my money!
Oh well, still an awesome deal but kinda weird.
Wondering if I "need" the MV power adapter too? I might just wait on that...

Don't worry, just contact them and they will most probably honour the deal. As long as its before the end of the promo I can't see why they wouldn't extend it if you guys are having issues?

They're out of work atm, just missed them by 2h, but a deal is a deal...

You can always add a Teflon + Decarb kit and it will add up to the same amount?
Just make sure tomorrow they send a GC?

What's the best setup for someone that really appreciates flavor, but it isn't his only consideration. I enjoy me some clouds too some times!

The original teflon for those that appreciate flavor IF you are ok with a longer warmup time---which you can work around. Turn on mV first and THEN get a cool drink, grind your bud, add warm water to your bubbler, pick your nose, and it's good to go.
Original at 445 F with a full basket can crank out clouds too.

There's no bad choice here as all have great flavor, orig Teflon just has the GREATEST flavor ;)

If you really want a harder hit BUT you really appreciate flavor, the PEEK Quickcore with decarb kit IMO would be better than your glass with decarb kit ----which is the hardest hitters but not necessary to get the job (clouds) done.
PEEK without decarb kit would be closest to Teflon for flavor. But PEEK plus decarb kit would be closest to glass core hits so it has a good "range".

So the new quick core units are PEEK? I never knew that!
Just ordered a QC Glass core heater!! Now i have all 3 versions of the mighty MiniVap!

For some reason I prefer to not use the decarb kits with my units.
I find it alters the pure flavor slightly and speeds up the session considerably.

I just tried this and you're right, for some reason whenever I tried to click on the US site from my firefox browser it kept redirecting me to the EU site for some reason also. I tried it using Internet Explorer instead and it worked using that instead of Firefox and let me place my order in. It also worked fine on my phone browser, it was just firefox that acted up and wouldn't let me use the US site, weird stuff man. Hopefully that helps a little.

Anyways just placed in my order for a brand new spanking glass core! Can't wait to see how it fares against my Teflon.

Using Chrome it went right in, well, eventually. I tried to buy while at bowling and it wouldn't work on my phone. I was worried the sale would be over before I could get to it. Not tonight people!

Just got the full kit peek with decarb in blue, @ataxian I'm looking for your flavor my brother! When you stopped coming around the Evo thread, I figured I was missing out on something!

Now's the race, what will get here first, my Nomad, or my MV? This is going to be such a fun holidays :drool:

I use the mini vap because I have baskets!

Wow, I can't believe I just bought a MiniVap for $184! Just happened on this thread almost by chance and saw @lazylathe post about the 50% off sale. How often is that gonna happen? Boom, impulse buy at 11:57 PM. Not my usual style!

I'm a little concerned about the size and weight and I hope the vapor is cool enough to use without water. Oh well, I've always wanted to try one of these critters. If it isn't right for me, I'm sure it will be right for someone else in the Classifieds....

My favorite way to use the MV has always been dry with an 18mm steamroller to help cool the vapor, you just need to get an 18mm adapter from delta3d for the thing. No water helps maintain that perfect flavor and the longer air path cools the vapor down more than sufficiently.

I don’t know if anyone makes something like this anymore but some of us in past were able to get a Delrin adapter that fits on lid. I use mine with glass J-hook and it cools down the vapor tremendously and the flavor train reveals itself

I do not believe they make them anymore.

If you have a teflon core get yourself a solo glass on glass adaptor. It can replace the lid and mouthpiece. For me this is the ultímate minivap set-up, making it compatible with j-hooks and glass pieces!!!

Happy some of you are hopping on the flavor train with us, it is good here:p

I have an extra one of those Delrin adapters to let go of. I'll be posting it up individually or with a Teflon MV package that I will be listing soon. I became a new owner of a glass core yesterday thanks to everyone sharing info here. If anyone is interested you can reach me direct or be on the lookout in the ads.

Darn, I am trying to send mine back for repair.

I wish I saw this 50% sale, I might have bought a third one. Just in case. I hope they do it again for black Friday.

50% off on this just makes it hard to pass up. I do need to buy a smaller portable soon.

You'll enjoy the extra power of extraction the QGC carries! Please give a try to my setup, use the HA's teflon mp as a bowl (the one which fits watertool). I'm just vaping some rosin (from amazing kief) wrapped in hemp fibers and got terrific clouds... at the first hit (with a good 10mn preheat of the core but didn't heat soaks the bowl at all)!!

Enjoy this deep discount, I got my glass core through a 50% sale too but I'm not thinking I wasted my money when I paid full price for my original teflon core (recently upgraded to a QC).

Just to mention, when I upgraded my original MV they sent it back with the removed teflon top ring... I don't know if it's possible to re-install it ourself of if they sent it back only cause it was supposed to be my ownership....
