Also, I’m curious as to hear feedback on the storage chamber on the silo. Is it useful? Not useful? Other suggestions?

I've liked it when I've used it, it's just too small for most use cases, so I wind up carrying a keychain container anyway.

Have you considered making just a cap? Cut down the extra length and make it a bit smaller to carry around.

I understand you can use the do adapter either way... to increase the size of the chamber for an XL vapcap, or the other way around, to increase the size of the stash section..?

Can @InterplanetaryTanner (or anyone else for that matter) give me an idea of the overall size of the stash end, if the adapter is used to make it larger... I get the 5/8 diameter won't change, but what's the length of the stash compartment when used this way?

The XL Adapter is 10mm long.

Honestly, I’m not much of a fan of the herb end these days. So currently we’re considering a new version that just holds the VC and has a magnet.

The overall length with the extender is just a tad over 2 inches. - so it has about 1.75 inches worth of useable space when you account for the ¼ or so of an inch of threading

Unfortunately we’re not a huge company. So things like this sometimes take longer than say, if we had millions of dollars in backing.

Agree, not many places take off 30%. Tanner has good sales all the time.

I liked my SWII enough that I bought a second one when you had the pink ones on sale so I'd have a spare.
I have a number of grinders in my signature. The SWII is the only one that I two of.

Come commenters may seem like an "I'd like to speak to a manager" kind of customer that's more trouble than they're worth.

Just got my silo xl in the mail and i could not be more impressed!

only thing that bothered me was that the dynapvap shook a little bit, but i put some hemp fiber in the bottom and it fixed it

would you consider putting stickers as a product on your website? they're really awesome

We’ve had the stickers on the website before, but I don’t think we sold any.

We also used to send them out. But then it got to be too much work. But eventually we’ll get some sort of sticker system worked out for each order. Or we’ll start adding sticker packs in the future or something.

Interplanetary Development: I second the Silo with the magnet implementation, preferably on the tip or somewhere it could be used! If it is in the case, it will stick to the cap and pull it off I would assume. Looking forward to others ideas on the XL silo with the magnet!

I ordered a launch pad and some smell proof bags on Black Friday. Received package 3 days later (Monday).
Love the launchpad! I just leave it on my coffee table, it’s waiting for me when I need it. It’s also fun to stare at the ridges after a session. Mesmerizing

The launchpad is one of those “why would you own a vapcap and NOT have at least one” things.

Adore mine. Have one for home, one for travel, and one in case I lose one of the afore mentioned two.

I have several, and gave a couple of them to my VC vaping friends as a Christmas present last year. They make a very nice, inexpensive gift or stocking stuffer.

i got a couple things on BF from ID.

I got a pink SWii and it shot to the top of my list as my fave grinder. I bought a new SLX around the same time too and just like using the SWii more. amazing deal for this quality grinder.

I got a couple of launchpads just for the hell of it. initially I thought, meh, I don't really like the idea of have a thing specifically for resting it on magnet but whatever i'll just throw in a couple with this order. I was wrong. These are very nice to have around. one of those devices you kinda shrug at, but then when you have it it becomes well worn and used all the time and you'll miss it if you lost it.

I got a couple of siloXL's too. This was the only kinda disappointment, however minor. The inside of the device side on both of them had like this caked up brown rust looking stuff in the bottom. The material side was fine, just incomplete finish, but not the brown stuff. I tried cleaning it out best I could. qtips came out gross, but still stuff on the inside. gonna just stick some cork or silicone piece down in the bottom to cover it so nothing touches it. need to do that probably anyways to prevent rattling around. other than that the outside looks cool and sleek and low key as you'd like. seems to seal good.

all of the things came in the ID bags that you can reuse. got some sweet ass stickers too. I really love the aesthetics of ID. the graphics, artwork etc. top notch. shipping was very quick.

I was thinking about getting some of those sweet jars too, but now kinda annoyed i didn't with the BF coupon.

I've not long got my Launch Pad, didn't realise how much I needed it in my life.
No more burn scares for me .

Just want thing, I've noticed mine has some scratches on the surface and was wondering if that was normal? I have to admit, I am a bit anal sometimes.
