Great tip...Updated the document with this. Here is the link. We will start adding this brochure to every box.

Thanks,
many people I assist get confused as they are used to vapes that just turn on like Mighty, miniVAP, Herbalizer etc.
The "new drill" of holding down and when to keep holding or release needs emphasis, especially when new.

Nice that you can update info so fast! Thanks

Once again, it’s hip to be square!

@Magistra you're sounding like a "square"peg...…...lol....next

Do they fit all the way down to the bottom of the pod??

No they ride on top....perfectly.....keep air path filters cleaner....mostly oil build up on filters.....no large chunks of bud stuck...I like em alot...worth it imo...

I'm looking forward to the micro-dose pods, for sure. And yes, nicely done write-up on the "how-to".

Okay, here's one for you all. I just got my baby back because the base died when I tried to update the firmware. Before that, it was a problem with the heating coil. NOW, the light on the start button lit up twice in succession and then turned itself off. WTF???

Is it charged? Mine does that when I have drained battery fully...like less.than 10%...

You were right, Dj. I looked it up on the web and nothing described it, but I finally got the app to read my device and the battery was almost empty. Now if I can just get the heating coil properly situated I'll be in good shape.

Do I need to worry if the ceramic casing around the coil is broken but intact?

Thanks!

As you mentioned in your earlier post, you received a brand new base. What makes you think that ceramic is broken or your coil needs to be situated? You should not be doing anything with it other than charging the device and vaping.

I did get a brand new base. However, the heating coil died and would NOT light up so I replaced that first. The ceramic is broken because it cracked in two places, though it still fits tightly. After reshaping the coil, everything seems to be fine now. I'm still too scared to try to update the firmware on my PC, though, since that is what caused my unit to crash last time.

You don’t need an updated firmware as these are all the latest versions. We check each replacement before shipment as an add on QC so ceramic or coil should not be broken or dead. Are you sure that the unit was not dropped or damaged in anyway? The broken oven explains the coil issue but I don’t see how it can get damaged in several rounds of bubble wrap in shipment. If you prefer, we can take this to PM.

Oh that's good to know! I wasn't complaining about the broken ceramic since I cracked it myself when trying to get the original heating coil loose. It was totally my fault. I do wish, though, there was a way I could get and replace it myself. I have not one single complaint with the customer service I've gotten from you all.

After haze received your unit, how many days did it take to get your square back.

We made a video with your unit, addressing all your points in the RMA and demonstrating how it works real time. I will share with you in PM but we will be posting a general best practices video on our social channels and to our website either end of this week or next week the latest.

P.S: Please PM me if you have further questions or concerns so we can show it with your unit while it is here. If no more questions, we can get this shipped to you today.

I use this to save my sanity.....when changing preset s ....we all hate renaming our presets when changing in app....what.I do is... load my preset and I put a 1 in name field and if you have already used 1 ......use again and override previous.....your pre saved stay the same and all you gotta do is put in a 1 everytime...hope it makes sense and helps..

I watch the video that haze made for me with my RMA... it looks like when they pack the Pod that they press down pretty hard (more than a light tap).

I will try that when the unit returns they fixed or replaced a mouthpiece o-ring and changed my heat settings back to normal preset, and tested unit for vapor production.

The technician believes It's a Grind/fill/pack issue

And so it’s been confirmed. Need a good back. Not a light back.

@Djsleepy very hard to understand your post for pre sets. I know I have a hard time loading pre sets.

The tight pack is for users who want more visible vapor at low temps. For example: You mentioned that you could not get vapor at 455F and you noticed in your video that the tech got mouthful of vapor from your unit at 360F and none of the higher settings were above 400F.

If you don’t care about visible vapor, no need for a tight pack or full pack. You will be well medicated, use fraction of the herb and get great taste on top of it but we are now gearing towards preparing tips to show how to get more visible vapor at low temps since it looks like considerable number of our customers look for visible vapor.

P.S: Micro dose concept also addresses and closes this gap.

Literally just tried this for the first time - full pod, solid tamp down. Finished the pod and it was evenly vaped, and I was getting huge clouds. Before now I was rolling with the pod filled a little above the top, and my concave screens with the curve down. This time filled slightly over top, leveled off, tamped down, boom huge clouds.

I'll test this method a few more times but it seems this one is king! Thanks @Haze Vaporizers :sherlock:
