Frankly, though, if all you're waiting for is a shipping confirmation, you'd be wasting Ryan's bandwidth if you're asking him to restate his detailed communication about setbacks and delays.

420vapezone is the way to go if he has been missing your emails. He logs in there often. He used to have his phone number listed on his website to call not text not sure if it is still there.

I do a few minute warmup.....my mod times out at 10 seconds so I still need to get use to it.

I'm going to try a higher wattage and see how it goes.

I knew as soon as I vented I would feel bad I actually wrote that post way before I saw the rant on his website.

Frankly though when all the information provided was that there was stock on hand to fill the wait list orders when the invoices went out and the last email recieved from RBT specifically stated the waitlist was and I quote 'an ordeal but is now complete' I just thought it wouldn't be completely unreasonable to ask for an update.
Oh and by the way thankyou for suggesting that your use of Ryans time is somehow less of a waste than mine especially after saying

I know that you will emphasize 'as soon as he can' its just I feel 2 weeks is quite a long time to not find 2 seconds to smash out a 1 line email to let me know what is happening, when there has been time to email yourself and let the world know the wait list is finished! Sorry rant over I'm just antsy looking forward to getting my splinter and didn't really need you or any one else getting their back up at the slightest hint of angst towards rbt. I love my Milaana and have been an RBT fan boy since right at the start (was early on the pre order there too) and sincerely hope he succeeds.
I don't even hate the idea of Chinese made units, when designed right and the right quality control there are some reliable items from there. Ryan could even make small batch limited edition US hand made ones for a premium

Doesn't his email or rant say he tried handmade but it turned out to be waste of time and resources? And the people he hired weren't doing good enough work ? (Work he can't do himself apparently) .. either this is true or a marketing ploy , I find it sad for him to beg people for support when he's been ignoring most of you guys and being a douche , either it be here or on other platforms .

@TheRobbo , you are right , he had time to talk to a select few , write up rants , post stupid shit on Instagram yet there was no time to answer clients .. no excuses for that . Same like blaiming others rather then himself .

Yes considering his effort to meet the needs and wants if so many customers, and other factors well known like the death of a good friend also providing some help in the business, efforts to build alliances like with Dynavap, the China glass debacle ... most of this already known to the public for some time ...

I DO feel his time is worth more than yours, or that of anyone simply waiting for product, including you, me, and everyone else.

And yeah, Ryan has good reason to respond to me, an accidental overpayment, not "is it in the mail yet ... is it in the mail yet."

I got my invoice (2x!) for a longtime pre-order but didn't pay it bc I asked him to put some more items to it and send me a new invoice. That's more than 2w ago he already could have had my money - and more of it if he needs it so much. Despite my sympathy for his special situation it's pretty strange to suggest - even though I appreciate your constructive efforts to help - to customers using different mail adresses and social medias to have a chance getting in contact to him. Are we playing "battleship"?

I didn't say he paid me the money back. I had an alternative solution, one that required immediate action. And boy, did Ryan deliver!

I also happen to be a on-steroids repeat customer.

Ryan has never misrepresented the scale and scope of his operation, and has been quite forthright about his challenges and limitations, particularly for those buying direct. The folks holding him to volume retailer standards are just poisoning the well.

Been running out of herb so I picked up the easiest thing for me to get from a friend, a gram of live resin for $35. Amazing deal, stuff smell so incredibly strong. I open the paper and my whole room smells like a gas can.

I've been placing a little dab in some hemp fiber and ripping on 40W. Hard to get the dosage right as I'm not used to oil. When done properly, flavor is overwhelmingly gassy. Highly recommend some oil in the Splinter, handles it much better than most.

Also, it seems I got accepted in the medical program here, so I'll be diving into oils a little more! Off topic, but if anyone is part of a medical program and understands prescription dosages and mg and what it all translates to, please shoot me a PM

Also I feel for anyone who has been patiently waiting. I highly recommend you call RBT. I just checked and his phone number is on the contact page. He's super easy to talk to and might end up holding you for 20 minutes of convo (or 2 hours in my case once).

I've had the Splinter for a very long time now, and I'm still absolutely loving it. Wow looks like it's been over 8 months.

For those still waiting, I have lots of Splinter vids up on my YouTube and IG if it helps pass the time. Looooot of milks. Lot of clouds.

I have several quality devices to choose from. The last four days this splinter set up is what I have grabbed first and used the most. I'm very happy with it.

What's it actually going to take for PAM to be banned from at least this thread?

He constantly skirts the line of the rules. He knows he toes them and does it on purpose. I'm frankly sick and tired of coming to threads related to Ryan and seeing this PAM liking anything negative about RBT. He has an obvious agenda. And this before Ryan lashed out publicly.


Also, I know I should PM you about this. I know I'm breaking the rules posting this, but I'm sick and tired of it and at least a few people will see this and understand where I'm coming from.

Don't care what happens to me. Unfortunately I feel like all the threads I follow on this forum or any others I look at have just devolved into talking about shipping or lack there of. I feel much the same. And this has been going on for a long time. @P.A.M. and @Andreaerdna in particular have been trolling Ryan for no apparent reason. They obviously have no interest in buying any RBT products but have much to say here on anything remotely negative towards RBT. They constantly pull threads off topic (to bash RBT) and others who respond are deleted.

I have been doing what FC asks us to do for a while now. In the past I would at least get a response from the moderators but more recently I get nothing.

I have pointed out on several occasions where the RBT haters are allowed to post and drop their snide remarks. I have responded to several of those. My posts get deleted, theirs remain.

I get it. Ryan's choices on how he runs his business are not for everyone. He brings some of this on himself. And for new folks learning about this then fire away on your remarks once/even twice and move on. But these other guys have been doing it for years and for the most part FC has done little to stop it. I have seen plenty of people get warning points/banned for less but for whatever reason this is let go. It's gotten to the point that I have used other forums to educate people on these tactics...some of those places have done the right thing and banned these folks.

I am sure this note here will get deleted as well. Or maybe I'll get a warning point or even ban from FC. If that happens I would be disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately it would only validate my statements here.

It seems like forever since I withdrew from moderating RBT threads because I was accused of being biased towards RBT and even being a shill. I volunteered at the time to recuse myself in order not to bring FC's fairness into question. There were four moderators then, but now there are only two of us active. All of your accusations are therefore directed at @Stu, and you are well aware of this. I feel this is an unfair attack so I'm forced to speak up.

Your characterization of deletions and thread bans is inaccurate. Posts from both sides in this shitty feud have been deleted, just not the ones you would like. While some of your posts were deleted, we also got reports on plenty of your posts that were allowed to stand without moderator action. You don't mention that some of these deletions were done to avoid giving you warning points. Then there's the other side. "RBT haters" (as you call them) have had numerous posts deleted too. People have been banned from RBT threads for trolling, yet you continue to accuse FC of anti-RBT bias. For some reason, despite having this explained to you many times, you refuse to accept that there has been any attempt at fairness. The irony here is frustrating.

Finally, you resort to the cheap trick of trying to put @Stu in a bind: he either has to give you a point and "confirm" your accusation, or let your false account stand. You got your point and you know you deserve it.

Don't bother responding to this, it will be deleted on sight. Send all the PMs you like, I'm used to it.

For those reading along: FC rules have been applied fairly in RBT threads, but both sides refuse to accept this and have engaged in a furious PM campaign to prove that we're biased towards the other side. You're just seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Tried some live resin on a bed of cbd flower. Man what a great mix.

Still sitting on 430 degrees in TC, this has been my most consistent setting yet. I just get huge clouds fast with good flavor on first rip, and bowl done in 3 rips.

@AJS, that looks beautiful. You say TC mode so I assume you mean tcr not tc as in ss? So, what is your set tcr value & what is your coil resistance showing? Now is this FJ or AF firmware?

When I say TC I just mean temp control instead of wattage.
