When I was a punk...er.. I mean younger I used to put ice in my bong. While that had value when combusting I don't think I would do it with vapor. It just doesn't seem to need that much cooling and the extra surface area inside the bong might lead to more goodness lost in the water.

Cool water from the fridge couldn't hurt but doesn't scream necessity. I use bottled water, but it is room temp.

  1. Ordered my 1st M 3 weeks ago. :)
  2. It never came. :(
  3. Emailed Alice @PuffItUp and learned Fedex screwed up and they would send a new one.
  4. Received first one, pulled the midsection from the tip and a broken O-ring fell out. :cuss:
  5. Emailed Alice to tell her about the O-ring and asked if I could pull an O-ring from the 2nd M before returning it and she says keep them both and will send out a new O-ring. :haw:
They've got a customer for life now.

It's been an emotional roller-coaster, wonder what I should do now.....:p

Hello everyone,

I just recently got my omnivap xl ti and I am loving it. I have not touched my solo 2 or Argo since getting it except maybe the Argo when I walk my dog.

Anyways I tried to research but this thread is so large I was hoping somebody would help me out. I was wondering if there is a wood Vong xl body I can buy to replace the titanium xl body so that I can pair with my water tool. Or will I have to buy a stand-alone Vong piece?

I appreciate any help and would like to thank you in advance.

Holy shit, this thread has its own warp drive.....super busy month for me, 10 day trip to South Africa for a choral festival, then back and worked up a Pink Floyd show with the regional symphony that I play with. One of the best nights of my long musical career.....now back on topic, of the 8 folks who made up the “rock band” part of the ensemble, myself and 5 of the others are now VC users, plus one of the violinists in the orchestra (A mom and attorney by day, plus our personnel director). I noticed that just before downbeat, several of them took a little stroll around the grounds..........

These things rock. So does this little piece of community. Cheers!

Welcome, my dear!
A wodden Vong STEM (not body) is all you need to turn your Omni TI XL into it‘s wooden, water tool fitting, version. Or you use an adapter for your TI XL, like the fat Dynavap mouthpiece, or one if those rubber adapters that one can buy in Shisha/Bong shops. But the Vong stem is clearly the more elegant version.

If she truly has an XL condenser (stem + mp) & she wants to swap out the stem & remove the mp for a vong, she'll need to downgrade to a standard condenser. But if she has a standard condenser with body & mp, all she'll need is a vong stem. No?

Aye, Sir Sailor. Truly, a Sun-daze yours is!

A rainy one, here on the right coast, for the next (monsoon) week, it seems.

Ark, ark, the lark!

An apt rainy weekend to commemorate the centennial attack of the US mainland by a foreign
vessel (U-156) of the US mainland during WWI.

The barrage on the town of Orleans, Cape Cod landed in the marshes.

In the event, one hapless tugboat was damaged, and it’s 4 barges were sunk. Much to the consternation of the tugboat commander.

If only they had VapCaps then. Never again.

All @Jun84m 'needs' is a VonG stem , which she can use with her XL condenser and mouthpiece to assemble a VonG XLS (extra long VonG with spinning mouthpiece).

If she does want rid of the mouthpiece, then she'll need a regular condenser as well as the VonG stem, as you describe.

The other remaining options are:

Buy a VonG BODY, a regular condenser and assemble a regular length VonG S

Buy one of @DDave glass VonGs which would work without a condenser or mouthpiece making things VERY simple.

Make sense?

Edit:
What the heck is that truck @stark1?
Looks like it belongs in Logans Run
