That's great news!
I also had a sapphire insert trapped inside a 30mm bucket that was locked with a Hurricane Cap.
Not amusing.
I tried torching the bucket and cooling the cap (didnt' work).
Ended up putting the bucket in a well padded bench vise and used some ViseGrips to unstick the Hurricane Cap.
PS I demand Air-Liger Porn upon arrival!

Apparently, they changed the joint adapter design at the last minute and there are less parts involved.

yeah i guess not being pissed off for 7 weeks is worth the extra money lol

I got tracking too. I sent an email to them, with an itemized list, of what I've paid for, and what they have promised. I'm trying to give them every chance, to ship the correct items, all in one box. since I doubt they left the shop yet. That was 9 hours ago. No response. I also DMed them on IG also no response.

Yea, i doubt i will get all the joints and rainbow as i asked. At this point, i just want to get it and move on with my single digit Air. lol smh.

Some obsidian pieces are coming out of the post hole on my bucket. Hopefully it's just the sides and the inner is intact. If it's cracked I'm demanding a new dish. This is a serious design flaw considering the price of what's in the bucket.
Edit: Pryed it out. The dish is split down the center and is unable to be used. Emailing them for a deeply discounted replacement. What a joke.

Just got a quartz insert for my 30mm from an FC user. I dont get why everyone hyped up the SIC insert. Quartz is 10x more flavorful.

LOL no, thats beyond exaggerate unless you're reeeeeaaaalllly doing something wrong, SIC will allow MUCH lower temps that inarguably offer more flavor. IMO, take it slow and keep tweaking your temps.
I had the bucket without an arm attached, with the dish inside, 2x sapphire beads, 2x ruby beads, and the hurricane cap stuck in the bucket. Started at room temperature, torched the bucket with a low flame for 15-20 seconds, and then knocked it on my padded carpet a few times, holding the cap handle. When I tipped it, a small piece came out of the arm hole. I did it pretty gently. I got the cap out by prying a bar through the arm hole, which made no contact with the bucket or the beads at any point. When I took it out, it was split in two. I'm pretty surprised, considering how hard the material is meant to be.

IMO, SIC lacked flavor and tastes more like it dabbing off a frying pan. Where quartz tastes just as expected. In fact I almost sold the liger w/ SIC because my peak and rig tasted so much cleaner. Personal preference, but not an exaggeration at all.
With SIC I either got wispy clouds or black soot in the dish. Necer found a happy medium from 515-650. Quartz took me 3 tries to find the perfect vaporization temp.

Ordered sapphire beads from eternal quartz on July 2nd and they finally arrived yesterday. Wish ruby ones were in stock.
I put one in the liger and so far, loving it. I notice even more flavor out of terpy stuff and everything vaporizes more efficiently. Before, I'd see some pooling at my usual 530 - 540F(PID) temps, but with one bead, there is little to no visible oil in the insert. Just brown-ish residue on the walls when you swab with a qtip.
Question for those who tried using the beads with a torch setup, can you heat up a quartz bucket with sapphire/ruby beads inside without them cracking?
On a side note,
I've had my new 11.4g(57 carat) 30mm sapphire insert for a month now, and I'm not noticing any difference from my old 14.2g(71 carat) one.
I put one in the liger and so far, loving it. I notice even more flavor out of terpy stuff and everything vaporizes more efficiently. Nice, I ordered 20 of the sapphire beads and is just waiting for USPS. Funny thing, I ordered on the 2nd too.
You can torch all sapphire or Ruby inserts or balls through sapphire. You cannot torch directly.
I torch the sapphire inserts, adapters and spheres all the time. Taste better than with coils. Never broke a sapphire using a quartz and torch.
These Ruby or sapphire are a must for dabbers who wants a way more full filled vape. I seldom ever take a rip without at least one Ruby inside.
Once I get my sapphires beads, I'm going to put about 12 of them inside a 36mm bucket.
