I picked up the Skunk small 10" smellproof duffle. Fits in my backpack, under my carseat, is lockable, and is smellproof. Has plenty of space for the Haze, a small jar for ABV, a poker, and a tube of ground weed (or another loaded tray when ai finally get those in). Works great

I recently returned my pre-ordered Haze Square due to persistent combustion problems, the o-ring seal on the mouthpiece always falling off, and the unit constantly buzzing and flashing while off and fully charged.

I followed the steps for returning the unit, and tracking shows the vaporizer arrived 2 days ago, but I've heard nothing from Haze since initiating the return process a week ago. Is this normal?

Unfortunately i wish i could say the same, mine smells so bad! especially if ive vaped a pod or two!

Don't worry about the o-rings, they don't get ruined so easily :)

I do this also, q tip or a cleaining stick with iso on in and out does the trick :)

Darn you @Easywider ya beat me to the test -but i can confirm....... you guys need to try this!!!!! Wow!!!! Great results, little bud, and a good day.....thanks again to @MinnBobber for info. Stay hazed!!!!!

Edit: I have tried the sandwich method and the top only i prefer just 1 screen separating pod material and air path filters. I seemed to get less air restriction and better flavor same amazing high, kind unreal for that little. I used .75 inch screens and they were perfect fit!!!!

Hey guys, I’m in this game since 1,5 week. I have the feeling that the square wastes my material because I don’t get it worked. Tried so many grind consistency, filling and different pulls.

Had 1 amazing hit (370f, was really surprised, second hit was combusted)out of 7 bowls...
Somehow I get only a lot of vapour when I’m on 440f. 430f and no vapour. Really strange.
The hits on 440f aren’t good but I get extraction. Under 440f subpar hits and I can still use my vapcap for complete extraction.

Troy and Bud can’t be wrong on this device, or can they?
Next To my vapcaps I have an extreme q... have experience with pax2, crafty, Tera...

Have you checked your coil? You may need to reset and realign your coil. A few of us had to do it a few pages back and have been getting excellent results.

Okay, I just took my coil out and tried to align it to the ceramic circle. Seems worse than before now xD But now its more on the bottom of the ceramic heating chamber.
I check tomorrow how the coil works now

Having the coil sit on the bottom of the ceramic housing is what you want.

I never go above 395 for temps. 365 is my go to night time temp.

I haven’t touched my app since the one day I changed my settings once.

I hope more comes to the app. I don’t see why they can’t inplement more features. I hope they do. I understand we are truly at the early stages of this products life.

What's happening
New to the vape life.

Ordered the Haze Square pro on the 15th of June, as well as a Plenty. They will be my first vaporizers.

Looks like Haze indeed pushed shipping start date back a week to tomorrow.

So far their CS team has been great. I initially ordered a standard but for car charging reasons I wanted to upgrade my order to Pro. CS team reaponded quickly and charged me the difference VIA paypal.

Looking forward to sharing updates on my road to acquiring and getting acquainted with the square pro phase 3!

Well you didn’t chose a bad vape to start with for portability. It took me a few weeks to probably get it working in that I was not drawing properly. Once you learn how to use it, the vape is unreal. The only one I’m using.

Welcome @O-G-Reg , testing update here ....if you need or want microdose 1 screen method works good but if you have enuff bud then fill and tamp like normal for more of those tasty hits!!!!!!!!

Glad to have options!!!!

Third day. Same bowl. Just got 4 hits. Nice vapour. 365F. Taste is awful. The high is very minimal. May finish off my other bowl that’s still in there before I pack fresh ones tomorrow haha.

Yes the bowls are big. But damn I can get 3-4 days out of a bowl. Not getting super wrecked and unfunctionable like the their weeks. Have a nice high. Conserving weed for sure. I barely put a dent in the battery in a day and when I’m done I slap it to charge before bed.

Anyone knows which number is the firmware on the website? Is the same one as phase 2? Just wondering if they have fixed the infamous first combustion hit bug

The re lease date is 6/4 for firmware all phase two should have been done prior to shipping per Haze. @b0 Have you checked your coil? A lot of us have found db l trpl press causes warping which lets coil ride up toward top of ceramic housing. I have actually matched up spot of char with raised spot on coil.it's simple to remove and adjust. Hope that helps!

Coil is not the issue, this is a bug of the firmware only happening on the first hit when you turn on the square. Quite annoying when you high and forget about it...

My unit right now seems to not be working properly, but the amazing cs of @Haze Vaporizers is already taking care of me. First time I'm in a pre-order/testing that I'm feeling good about it, and it's all Thanks to the awesome cs :bowdown::rockon:

Well first firmware had a bug so why not The second lol!!!!
