Regarding miniVAP mesh basket:
can you at least try fitting a miniVAP mesh basket and maybe their rimmed disk into the unit?

I would have been intrigued by this if they put the heater coming off the side like a normal banger/the peak so the glass could flow better with the base instead of having this awkward glass coming hanging off the side and a giant hole/carb cap. To me this is more like a Boost/Dabado 2.0 than a peak copy

I am enjoying the bubbler. I think maybe they designed this way was with thoughts of future add on and had concerns of possible water leakage or a accident with the bubbler sitting on top of main unit? I wonder if something kinda along the line of DDave cooling stem might work?

The more I'm using this the more I like it. I tried stickstones suggestion on nightcap avb use. Really got the body effects I needed. I was even able to got a good 5-6 hours of sleep last night.

Considering before this not I haven't found a great use for my avb. Didn't enjoy the taste in edibles or tinctures. Took took much work for capsules along with needing to take to many.

There was some earlier comments to get the most of the leftovers in avb I be better off just smoking it. I have tried smoking avb. Between the taste smell I just couldn't do it.

I'm not saying the taste is great in the switch but it's for me it's doable. It's by far better than smoking. It has already saved me vaping fresh flower before bed. This will allow me to use what's I been wasting, I feel the savings there will pay for it's self over time.

One last thing do any other user get a little nervous staring down or find the glass nail sticking up a distraction? A loop handle of some sort I feel would have worked better. The glass nail sounds good on paper but finding it more annoying than useful.

The bubble cap replaces the carb cap, not the percolator

I love the device but charging me 5 times when I only authorized 1 payment is messed up

I think I might have a good idea for a flower attachment. I'm thinking of a funnel like cap with a titanium heating element hanging in it. The airflow comes in at the top, goes through the herb, and comes out the bottom of the bowl. You could put elbs in it. I did 2 different bowl designs.

We never keep cards on file. Feel free to reach out to our customer service to see what the issue is. You certainly shouldn't have been charged more then once, and any cancelations would have been reversed back to your card within a few business days (from the cc processor not us)

I can officially say after about a month of using this thing every single day that it's hands down the best vaporizer purchase I've ever made.

It literally has paid for itself already with how insanely efficient it is. I'm taking just as many daily rips, if not more, than I normally do and yet I'm blowing through less than 1/4 of product that I used to be buying, simply because of how little I need to use in it to get way stronger effects than on my other vapes.

I still can't get over how ridiculously fast this thing heats up and the flavor it produces. Haven't had any desire whatsoever to touch my enail since using this produces just as good flavors as low temp dabbing off a quartz bucket but without waiting around for it to heat up or cool down. On the lower temps this thing is basically instant dabbing. And the fact I can crank the temp up when I need to blow a fat dab and it still heats up in a few seconds kills all other erigs I own.

Literally have zero need for my peak anymore. Not to mention how fucking solid the build quality is in comparison. Used to have to fucking tiptoe around the peak just to make sure it wouldn't break on me for the 4th time. Not the case at all with the switch.

I brought the Switch to party and people were passing it around for 4 - 5 hours straight and not only did it handle about 100 dabs back-to-back-to-back with basically zero wait time but the battery was still going strong by the end of the night!!

Coming from having like maybe 15 hits per change on every other erig it still seems like magic to me. Especially since every single other erig needs to be heated more than once in a row just to get a semi decent rip off of it!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

100 dabs back-to-back? I respectfully call nans on this story. Even with the quartz cup this is not a party device. The owner would have to be on cleanup work all night.

Yeah, the ceramic cup isn't really the greatest and I haven't been using it much/at all. Quartz only, and I swab it after every dab. Quartz also kills the instant heat-up, which is kind of a bummer. Hoping they come out with better ceramic soon.

Would definitely prefer a solution similar to the quartz where a separate ceramic cup sits inside titanium. The spray on coating is becoming less and less appealing to me. I don't know anything about "offgassing" but flavor with the ceramic is noticably less good to me than quartz, or my Peak ceramic for that matter.

For what's its worth I am enjoying mine. I totally believe Danksta has some valid points. Out of the box I disliked it also.

It wasn't till after I ended up pulling out the battery twice did it reset. After that i changed the settings to advance mode. Only then did I find it's performances was there.

In normally mode it heats up and stays at the temperature way too long. You end up overheating the load and then stuck waiting on cool down cycle.

In advance mode you can shorten the draw and not cook the material as much. On lower leaf setting you can get some tasty hits without getting into smokey area and triggering the cool down. Granted in the current configeration the bubbler setup isn't optimized for herb as well as oil.

With the power, battery life and it's adjustability I can only see my experience's getting better. I also expect to see some interesting accessories been added.

Couple quick hints..if your unit is constantly going into cool downs try resetting it by removing battery. First attempt didn't work for me. 2nd attempt worked and made a huge difference. I do wonder if that might've been part of Danksta dislike. I woulda been sorely disappointed too if it wasn't for getting it to function better after a reset.

Try the leaf setting advance mode with the 5 second draw in blue light range. Shouldn't tigger the cool down and can do back to back hits. With black cup i pack half way. I do a hit once device hits green. After 5 seconds heating cycle's over and I draw for another 3-4 seconds. If I want a bigger hit i hit heat again and draw few more seconds. Once done material comes out closer to normally abv.


There's things i really like along with some dislikes. Still in the honeymoon stage and like to play with device a couple weeks before making up my mind.

The Switch is not at all a substitute for a wax pen. Granted I've been using one a lot less since getting the switch since I'm getting nice and high off the switch before heading out and not taking as many hits on the go.

As far as pen sized or ultra portable wax or flower vapes I've had several. Ghost, light, Aurora, Puffco Plus, Puffco Pro 2, Pax 3, magic flight, IQ, iolite. All my puffco pens stopped working and needed to be replaced several times. I finally stopped asking for new batteries since they just seemed to constantly break. Surprisingly one of my favorite options for on the go is a ghost battery with a light atomizer. Lasts me weeks before needing charging and the light atomizer produces big clouds and isn't too expensive for replacements. I was a big fan of the magic flight launch box for flower but I mostly use wax pens when on the go now. Volcano and Airizer used to be my go to desktops for flower but find the added portability of the switch over those a lot more enjoyable. I have it tuned to get the flavor I'm used to and getting brown abv with my temp and hold times.

That said, the size of the switch does not bother me one bit. It fits nicely in your hand and is perfectly comfortable picking it up off the coffee table whenever a hit is needed. I'd much rather have it the size it is than having it plugged in all the time. A plugin only unit is so restrictive and forced you to stand or sit in your one designated dab spot or theres messy cords dangling off your table prone to getting tripped over. I've also had no issues bringing the switch out to parties or the park for group sessions, but it's not something I would consider as portable as a pen.

I can't see how seasoned vets wouldn't approve of this device. I know for a fact you never tried advanced mode with a low temp and shorter heat time, otherwise you wouldn't have sold it and we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I've had plenty of enails and while I do enjoy the flavor I just find them too much of a hassle. I don't leave mine on all the time since it's too much of a fire hazard and can't stand waiting for them to heat up so would resort to boost or peak rips instead. Now the peak is completely useless to me with the switch being so much faster and lasting me over a week before having to charge it.

I don't really know what calling nans means, but I can guess. Whatever it means, you provoked @TheHitman into flaming, so do not do that again. If you think someone is exaggerating, describe your own experience and politely ask for an explanation of the difference. You never know, there might be one.

Fair enough. I agree I overstepped

But 100 back to back dabs does sound like pure exaggeration to me. Even non snobs will notice the odor those buckets create. When you go in to take a dab you must be sure to keep the nose closed or that stink will ruin your dab. I guarantee at a party people would notice.

I also think I would get laughed at at a party with this device for all the up keep in between hits.

"I'll just use the enail thanks" would probably be overheard a lot.

I only started viewing this website because it was the first place to get information on the Switch and I only started posting on here once I got my unit and wanted to share the positive experience I've been having with it.

I was honestly done with posting on here because a lot of negativity coming from people but figured I'd let you all know about my experience with it after having it for almost a month.

I've been using it every single day for weeks and like to think I have enough experience with it so far to post about.

I honestly don't understand where your opinions are coming from. Not one person said anything other than that tastes amazing and was impressed by how fast the heat up time was. And I'm not for one second exaggerating when I say it did 100+ dabs at the party. I've gotten over 150 dabs on one charge keeping it low temp and on ceramic. Over 10 dabs a day for over 2 weeks before charging. If you owned one still instead of selling yours after a couple days you'd be able to test that for yourself but you can't so I dont think your opinion on the subject is valid whatsoever.
