Thanks for that link...it’s interesting to read.
I’m just wondering, has anyone here done a measurement of what our vapcaps can hold at each level in the Tips? Such as how many grams are in a full tip, half-full tip, quarter-full tip, etc?

Yes. I measured the amounts and have a link to my findings below entitled 'How Much Herb?'
My tip can accommodate the following loads of Super Lemon Haze, stored with a 62% rh bodeva pack. This is according to my scale so it could vary +- depending on other more accurate scales and the amount of moisture in your bud.
Screen in bottom groove - .07 grams
Screen in middle groove - .05 grams
Screen in top groove - .03 grams

There have been some reported measurements, but they were quite a ways back in this thread. My normal pack is around .05 gm (5/100's of a gram) loosely packed in the full tip, although I don't weigh it anymore. I used to for awhile, but it was about the same each time. So I get about 20 lifts per gram.Thanks for that link...it’s interesting to read.

And here's my VapCap tale of the day... Going back a few months I got a dodgy Cap. (Nod dodgy as in off the back of a truck . no, it took ages, like over a minute to get to the cool down clicks and I (obviously) combusted loads of time3s and the good people at DynaVap n(obvciously) sent me a new cap. Now, my intention was to throw that no good cap in the trash but....I find it hard to throw stuff away,,,,and today I found a SHINY NEW CAP. So I thought I'd give my barely used Sandblasted M a run, using this NEW SHINY CAP (because I can't bring myself to torch the sandblasted cap). But, it turned out that it was the old, defective cap , which I was supposed to have thrown out, so I combusted like a 10 year old (dunno where that came from). So, TO GET TO MY POINT, I pulled the condenser out and rinsed off everything in ISO, but then I just reassembled it WITHOUT THE CONDENSER. "We don' need no stinkin´condensers'! WHOOOSH! But vapour, not filthy smoke Closest thing to a single.batter evah!

Yay! My new Omnivap XL Blue Titanium and an OmniVong XL Cocobolo have been shipped today!
I am soooo happy that it worked out fine in the end!

Doh! I never imagined that they would have them in the dynabuilder when by omission from the parts page they are sorta implying there's none in stock. Limited supply, I know, but still.... I needed only the cocobolo stem and XL condenser/MP to build my Nonavong and was disappointed that I could not purchase cocobolo at that time. I did get a cocobolo MP, but it is essentially all black LOL.
Soooooo, I guess I could surrender to the inevitable and order the coco Omni sooner than later

So I am almost set to purchase a gold omnivap xl, I am in the cart and it asks if I have a coupon, is there any coupon currently available?
Edit; I think I will wait for the next lot of sales because with postage and the poor Aussie dollar, it was over AU$300 for me to get today.
A few tokes on the M will cheer me up, still flogging the 2 flame Honest lighter so I can report on it.

Well then it’s your lucky day, hit my man @Sander with a pm, he has a nice 2 tone cocobolo stem he’s willing to part withDoh! Same thing happened to me when I ordered the cocobolo MP. I get this solid dark one. I had recently considered ordering another one that perhaps mine was just a dud.
I see all these other great multi-colored ones posted here and of course in the advertisement. Wasn't worth the hassle to me to send it back so I use it. It still looks nice just wasn't what I was looking for or thought I would receive.

So I'm thinking about grabbing a gold omnivap. I have the original M and like it very much. Is there any reason to get the XL omni over the standard or is it just personal preference? I plan on giving my M to a buddy to get him off combustion.

The XL just feels like the right/normal length. I think its more in the handling and confort (lighting and pulling) but most have said the impact on vapor is no different.
