I wouldn't bother. These are stainless steel so there isnt a finish you need to burn off. I would just throw them in boiling water for 5 mins.

I just got my 15, they're shorter than expected. You can judge from the photo above. Four fit very handily in the 5ml centrifuge tubes. I'll dig out the camera later and get a photo of that.
FWIW all the 'paperwork' (email notices, packing list) show 5 units only. But the system works fine, I got 15 in the bag as expected.
Now to wash and dry 'em and see how they work.
Very promising at this point.

Edit: Here ya go:
That's four pods fitting into 5ml Centrifuge tubes (they're too big for the 2ml size as expected). Notice the four in the closed tube weren't fully dry, they 'fogged up' the tube in my shirt pocket.
The one I dried fully and loaded worked fine. It's smaller by a lot than 'native' I think, I'll try to measure how much later. For now it looks like the capsules hold about 50 mg of ground herb (the stuff I'm using anyway) so production volume is a bit less, but still IMO quite useful.
Worth the wait.

Hi, Thank you for the question! The FURY 2 dosing capsules will not fit in our upcoming FIERCE. The FURY 2 has a 11mm chamber and the FIERCE has a 13mm chamber. And please do not be concerned if you left a message in your order as instructed - you will be receiving 15 capsules. The email stating you would be receiving the normal 5 was automated.

@almost there those plastic centrifuge tubes are 30 for less than two dollars shipped from China so we might be sunk in any effort to share them unless we all move to the same neighborhood.

Naw, way more than that. They're a few cents each on EBay if you poke around. I've used them for years in various sizes in both round (generally more useful) and pointed bottoms (better for oils, waxes and such in the smaller sizes. You'll find one here with my VapMan (an excellent and recommended vape, a personal favorite) filled with ground herb:
In the net on the cover of the case there's concentrate screens for the VM, some toothpicks for loading, and 2ml tube with some nice oil:
In other news I broke out the calipers and calculator to figure out the relative volume of the capsules. I measure the inside diameter at .350 inches and .400 tall. The chamber is .420 dia by .510 tall. The capsule 'rattles' inside and the lip on the cap sticks out further than the body. The cap also has some 'lost space' on top (there's rim over the screen).
So the volumes are .0385 cubic inches for the capsule, .0706 for the chamber. The capsules are half the volume, give or take. And probably a bit less considering dents, packing and so on. Still an effective amount (about 1/20 of a gram), but some might like a second capsule sometimes?

A very very initial cap report:
They fit in the F2 easily and rattle just a little bit. The hits are tasty and I'm getting nice clouds. I don't notice any increased draw resistance.
The little bastards are HOT when they come out. Duh.
But they come out easily and I can see how you can swap em' out pretty quick as long as you have a place to put the spent ones while they cool down. The heater chamber is nice and clean.
More to come. Had to stop experimenting for now. 2 high 2 continue.

For a powerbank I always get Anker. Great customer support too. Their chargers won't damage your products, the one in your link has shoddy reviews. I have an anker powerbank for my phone and iPad for the past 2 years and they've always worked.

I got my dosing capsules iso cleaned and dried and I've worked through my first capsule.
I was about to get 0.1g full - no pack or tamp or anything.
First impressions - performance is good, flavor is good, the vapor density is maybe slightly less but not like it doesn't still put out huge vapor... All in all I am pleased with these caps and I definitely understand why they were such a pain in the ass to manufacture! I certainly appreciate the dedication to finding a vendor that could deliver such a peculiar little cylinder with such tight tolerances.
The only downside I can see initially is that they do reduce the bowl size, which is already pretty small.. I think the loading capsules for the upcoming Fierce will be a better pair and I'm definitely looking forward to those! Luckily you already found the manufacturer!
Edit: I should add that emptying a capsule reveals a perfectly even brown extraction - not that I expected any less.

I just tried a cap of Banana OG and I'm pretty happy with the extraction and effects given I went with what are very low temps for me. I'd like to see more vapor BUT I only tried it at 380° and 390°. I'll see more vapor soon.
One thing the Fury 2 should get more credit for is having such a punchy heater. Paired with the low draw resistance it really puts the R in HR.
Oh, and the size reduction is actually a win for me because a full pack is more than I need for a session.

Yeah, if the aluminum gets into your blood that is bad but there would be nothing wrong with an Aluminum basket if it was pure alumninum (1220 F melting point). The problem is contaminated aluminum as is more common than contaminated SS. Also meshes can be made too thin which can cause lower melting points. I've burned through a cheap SS screen after a few months of use with a regular lighter. Here though we are vaping so there isn't a problem.
