Use a straighten paper clip, u can make it even easier by premeasuring the exact length and then bend the clip into a “L” shape. Using this method all your x rings can stay on and you slide the clip in with your condenser, withdraw the clip before you finish inserting the last bit of condenser

Nope, there are no discount codes at DV. There never is, usually the only discounts are on Black Friday and 420 Sales, and the Thursday flash sales of course. If you buy other items with your flash purchase, you can still get free shipping I believe. If I'm wrong, somebody correct me!
EDIT: Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers! Do other countries beyond USA celebrate Mothers Day on today? The UK & Ireland celebrates Mothering Sunday a month or so earlier, so my wife usually double dips if she remembers to. She's no dummy!

So, I finally received my triple flame lighters from China, I can now confirm the button on the front is indeed a flame on lock. I know this because it will slide into the lock position by itself when used at a certain angle.....I nearly caught myself on fire. I have now disabled it on one of the two units I received(the other lock is harder to engage so I will keep it as is).
The cap also opens automatically but you have to manually shut it.
The button itself is quite easy to hold down too.
No tools needed to adjust and easy to see gas level.
For under AU$4 ea delivered to your door, I think they are a bargain.

@Winegums - I have had this issue before. First time I was overpacking the tip by compressing the bud too much - easily remedied by using less. Second time was with bud that still hadn't fully cured. The bud wasn't wet but obviously not dry like it should be and by heat cycle 2 I was getting a that tell tale cinged taste but the centre was still green. But the biggest thing I have noticed is this. Every time I have a toasted outer and green inner it has been with a TRIPLE torch - never with a double or single torch and I think the higher temp of the triple torch may be the culprit.
I liked eveything you said apart from this!
Reclaim + hot chocolate = perfect bedtime drink!

@freddiegibbs - welcome to the club.
Firstly well done. You picked the best vapcap available to start your journey but.... you will definately buy more!
If like me you are an ex-joint smoker I highly recommend setting the adjustable condensor to its longest length. This will give joint like hits as long as you toke it like a joint. Three short strong mouthpulls then inhale. Boom!
If you are a more used to bongs etc then set the condensor half way and draw straight into your lungs for huge clouds.
Never over pack or compress the bud in the chamber to ensure even heat distribution.
Never go more than 1-2 seconds past the click or you will combust.
Never reheat until you hear the cooldown click.
Never leave home without your vapcap!

@freddiegibbs - I forgot to mention the reclaim/rosin. It will build up in the condensor with regular use. Two easy ways to clean and reuse are -
1. Push a tiny bud or some hemp fibre through the condensor and then vape it.
2. Put condensor in a pan with full fat milk, heat it for a few minutes until the reclaim in floating in the milk then make hot chocolate or a milkshake for a different kind of high.

Mmm, love me some creative use of reclaim. Hot cocoa sponsored by Dynavap sounds great. I have also heard that using hemp fiber "filters" helps with general usage as well as recovering reclaim.

I use degummed hemp fiber filters, but not for reclaim. I fashion one into a round spiral shape and put it between two screens. It doesn't seem to fill with resin at all but rather filters out tiny particulates from the air path and it keeps the condenser cleaner with no tiny bits stuck to it. The filter is changed when it starts to taste off and I just discard it.
I think you might be better off taking fresh hemp fiber and pass it through a warm condenser to collect reclaim as it builds up.
I used the hemp wick spiral filter the first time I ever used the 2018M and combusted, chuck filter iso and start again. A couple days later, same thing. So now I just have a titanium screen covered with a s/s screen with no hemp, keeps it fairly clean for now. Once I stop combusting so much the hemp will go back in though, maybe .
