That was the idea behind preorders. These issues are addressed but we will eventually get to the stage where you guys make suggestions on new ideas. Example: @paytonpenn gave us several good ideas. Same as @MinnBobber and @Volteric, @Stu and many other valuable members here. We will work on adding new ideas over the time and come up with V2, V3 and so on. Dual V3 is a very different product than the original dual. All ideas/feedback comes from you all. Any customer who invested in Haze, gets to enjoy the upgrades and new versions without spending more. Some people see the value in it, some don’t and we respect that but the select handful of enthusiasts who are supporting us here and other platforms are all we need to keep bringing innovative ideas to life and improve them.

I'm gonna check my mailbox today but since I didn't get my ez load tool in my package I should look for it in the mail yes?

I'm missing mine, too, plus a few other accessories from my original order. Hoping to hear back tomorrow when Haze is back in the office.

Where's all the gadget geeks with usb-c battery pack recommendations ? I'm getting an itchy trigger finger while I wait for my square to make it's way through Canadian customs. Maybe a usb-c accessory purchase to tide me over in the meantime.

Any one know what the Mah rating is on the square batteries? For some reason i'm remembering 2600Mah.

Would it be safe to say a 10,000Mah battery pack would charge a 2,600Mah battery 3-4 times ?

The good and the bad.

Figured out the issue with my unit. The latch screw was really loose causing the unit to not align. After tightening, great seal and alignment.

The good, loaded 2 flower and 2 oil. Started on the lowest setting. First hit, super nice, smooth, flavor full, decent cloud, felt it instantly! Another hit on that bowl, same results. Switched to next bowl, different material, good hit but not as good as first bowl. Switch to both oil bowls, nothing?

I believe my heating element is burned out or not heating for some reason. I can turn it on, have it blink and vibrate as if its ready, but you can touch coil with no heat.

I think the concept of this vape is awesome and the performance from my 3 hits was really good. I don't use vapes normally because they usually dont pack enough punch, but this one does. Once they work out the kinks I think it will be a great device.

@Haze Vaporizers please make the App phone compatible or work on other versions of windows. I do not have nor plan to upgrade to windows 10 any time soon.

I think the app should have a usuage counter. But that’s just me.

I would be one of the few on the GNU Linux bandwagon wishing to avoid a VM. (Leave Windows nightmares for work.) Wish the app could be ported over. Wish I were a developer to help!

In the meantime, I could live with an Android app connected thru my USB-C OTG cable. Wishful thinking...?

Thought I'd share. Received mine last Thursday.

Initially experienced leaky draws much as others, and also combustion events in each of the first 2 bowls. Reviewed this and other threads. Pulled out the micro-tools. Of the 3 Allen screws on the powerpack/oven half, all 3 were loose and took an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn of gentle torque.

Reassembled, tested a bowl. Combustion. After a sip of apple pie to cool the unexpected harshness in my throat, tried simply briefly squeezing together on the "bottom" side of the unit before drawing. "Bottom" side meaning opposite side of where the oven is...logic presuming that if the oven's too close to the pan squeezing the opposite sides should move the oven slightly apart from the pan. Seemed to work, finished off the bowl nicely.

While disassembling to fill another bowl, noticed that the latch on the bowl side of the unit also has an Allen screw. That one also took another 3/4 turn. That made it feel a bit tight..opened it up and backed it off 1/4 turn.

Now I'm getting only good draws and the occasional combustion. Seems if I remember to just squeeze the halves together on the bottom side before drawing, no combustion. Of the times I haven't done "the squeeze", most still don't combust. The combustion events are definitely rare now.

As to charging - my charger seems to work about the same as the others. One thing I wonder regarding the delay in seeing the flashing red - when my square is cool and I put it on the charger it starts flashing in seconds. When my square is hot and I put it on the charger there is a substantial delay of minutes before anything happens. I wonder if there is some battery life preservation or safety feature that simply doesn't allow charging if the battery is too hot?

Very pleased with Haze's presence and response to these issues and questions. Curious to see more response regarding Haze's thoughts on whether the combustion is also related somehow to the seals, or some other theory?

Probably gonna wait a couple weeks for the dust to settle and get more reports in to get a better 10,000' view of everything going on, then might send it back in if it seems like something might be done to idiot-proof it for me since I may not always do "the squeeze" to avoid combustion.

That's my $0.02 tossed in.

I think you are right about the charger having a hot battery safety feature. I take the lid off my just used square now before putting it on the charger to cool it faster.

I hope combustion issues are only due to the seals and so forth and that these issues are not related to user error. Cause I’m really thinking about getting an order in the next few weeks.

There is a safety feature to prevent being able to touch the coil while it's heating.

I have the original charger and I have no extra delay for the unit being too hot.

I have experienced the highs and now I have experienced the lows. I messaged @Haze Vaporizers multiple times because I kept trying different things and reporting my results but I saw the message that they would get back to all pm this afternoon. I am waiting to hear back as I believe I am the first with my issue and wanna see if they have a fix of any kind but haven’t heard back and my haze square is pissing me off now..lol..but yeah I was in love with this baby and I still am but I can’t use it now..so we shall see. I will report back hopefully shortly.

What is the first flash of blue for?

It's unknown. My unit from February does it. They can find out once they receive that unit from me.

Has anyone had trouble getting their app to detect the square pro? On top of combustion problems and charger problems I can't seem to get mine to connect.

No issues with the app. Please ensure that you are running the latest Win 10 version (apply updates). Please make sure that your unit is turned on and using Haze supplied data. able. If you still have problems, PM me and we can troubleshoot for you.

I don't have time to check right now, but pretty sure it was mentioned and acknowledged as a known flaw on some units. Mine does that as well. For a while I thought I was pressing too fast or slow, but it's completely random.

The only time it's a real annoyance is when I'm using it as a true On-Demand and only taking a single hit.
