Speaking of plants, for the first time ever, I saw sweet baby jane plants sold at the UMass Extravaganja
In Noho last weekend!

A sweet breeze wafted a familiar haze, and vendors were sellling different strains of seeds,
With one selling “pre-rolled joints”. Lots of paraphernalia. But no VapVaps.

Well, tomorrow it will be a week since I paid for my DynaVap purchase and still no shipping info. Totally unacceptable in today's online sales world.

First their web site couldn't handle the sale and they pissed off a bunch of customers. Then, obviously,they don't have the inventory and/or manpower to ship what sold on the sale so you wait forever for your order. This company is not going to last long at all. I know they lost me as a customer.

This will definitely be the last order I ever place with DynaVap. If I ever need anything from them, I'll buy it from Puffitup.

The product is definitely kind of cool but I'll bet a company with better customer service could copy this design and make these, not only a lot cheaper. but actually ship them on time.

Not bashing. Just saying their customer service is totally unacceptable.

My guess is, they don't even read this thread and I will get ZERO response from my post (other than some bashing from other members).

Sad but, I'm probably right.

Bitching will get you everywhere, but patience has its virtues...

My experience with DynaVap is stellar, plus I have gotten freebies which are above, and beyond.

As for the company not reading this thread, I have seen some likes on my postings from VapCap—
must be fake news, and I must be hallucinating, too many green envelopes..

They make a great product(s) but I’ve stated in the past the issues when it comes to communication and service. After a week of no word I just got a refund for my 4/20 order with no notice. So I’ve reached out to see what’s going on...

That is totally unacceptable. Like I said (and as happened) other members will just bash you if you post anything but a good review here. Awesome forum with some great members but to call it a review forum is just wrong. It's a manufacturer support forum. Hopefully, speaking the truth won't get me banned.

Yeah, I am all fucked up with all kinds of mental issues so, you're probably right about being annoyed by it being exaggerated. But, that's my illness. What can I say.

Still, regardless of my issues, a week shipping time in this day and age is totally unheard of and unacceptable. Pure and simple, their customer service sux. LOL Sorry, but that's simply the truth.

I buy something online every single day (manic buying is part of my issues) so I know the difference between good service and service that sux. I order from WalMart and it is on my doorstep in 2 days. With confirmation and tracking prior.

Like I said, the members here will continue to belittle and berate me for voicing my opinion but that does not change DynaVaps shipping times.

It also makes me wonder if those "members" are handles held by the manufacturer's to bash you if you complain about their products.

I order from WalMart and it is on my doorstep in 2 days.
Dynavap is just a hair smaller than walmart..... a lot less employees and basically no infrastructure compared to Walmart. I don’t understand how that was a legit comparison.

I received a $7 refund from dynavap the other day, showing just how hard their customer service is working to go through and FIX ALL THE MESSED UP ORDER TOTALS AND REFUND THE CORRECT AMOUNT. Not to mention combine orders and fix tons of other random things. They have like less than 15 people there, all doing their best AND WORKING OVERTIME to get things shipped and orders correct. They have been more than stellar when I emailed them a question about my multiple orders.

Keep it up George & Co. :rockon:

You're comparing a massive international company (Walmart) that has existed for years, has their own distribution and transport services, and is one of the largest stores in north america, to a small company that has existed for a few years and has one facility and a small team of people. Apples to Oranges.

Your argument is weak and your expectation of zero lead time is a bit high. You make it sound like you've grown used to things being instant and now that you have one thing thrown in your path that you have to wait for you're upset.

This is straight from the Dynavap site under shipping policy.

"We ship items in stock items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Pre-orders and back orders will ship as soon as the products are available to ship. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as the preorder items. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@dynavap.com with your questions."

Did you contact them and ask what is going on?

Hey, I'm usually not one to pile on, and I am sorry you are unhappy with your shopping experience. I happen to disagree with your assessment based on my own experience with DV and my ability to read this thread.
I do appreciate, however, that you prepare us on how to view your posts with your profile blurb. It kinda makes it hard to hold your words against you... Kinda.

I've got one more question for you guys. I tried to heat my cap with a candle (tea light candle) but I failed miserably as it took 2 minutes of me twisting it slowly over the flame and then gave up. Does any of you that use a candle have any tips or can tell me what I'm doing wrong... (I promise I'll keep it down with all the questions)

Good Morning @Lady V. I have only used a candle/paraffin oil lamp, never a lighter, and I enjoy it very much. It takes +/- 30 seconds to the click the first time around, and then half of that or less for the last two or three cycles. Here's another post of mine about that.

So, I have been using the M constantly since my last post and have put 20 odd caps through it, I think.

Wow the cap has turned a pretty purple/gold colour.....what time is it.....I can`t feel my face.....I think it is time for a heap of chocolate then bed.

Hackerman...all will be forgiven after you drive it ...you will probably end up thanking them for inventing/making it :)

I am guessing that the way they handled stock shortages during the ordering frenzy is to simply make more and that might take a few days :)

Candle light? Why not if you like your tips - and fingers - blackened by soot....
In my experience it's all in the way you hold it over the flame. Blackened cap yes, soot very rarely. I prefer the flame produced by a small paraffin lamp, gentler. Tea lights are ok too, better for that than 'regular' candles.

What do you mean they refunded your order? I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else. I placed an order on 4/20 and I'm still waiting, but I'm fairly certain it will ship as soon as they get to it. I don't see why they'd refund random orders.

Hello, me again.

I asked a few days ago about my cap that clicks twice. I believe I was told by a helpful member to heat till the second click, but sometimes, the space between the clicks can be a second, or four, and sometimes smoke ends up coming out the cap.

Also kinda of states like burnt through my bong :( .

What am i doing wrong? :p
