I spoke to Haze and it looks like the plant sent the wrong USB Type C. So they are expecting another shipment tomorrow with the correct ones. I was told everything else looked good so far. So hopefully tomorrow these will ship but it is somewhat contingent on when the USB cords arrive. I know they are eager to get them out and everyone is eager to have them but I applaud Haze for being so thorough on this and catching the error. They want things to be perfect for everyone.

I am pretty sure there are enough units in this shipment to cover any preorder left out there and probably open up the site for new sales. Patience people. We are almost there!

No idea on that. Just a quick update. It's a busy day for them and I didn't want to bogg them down with 50 questions. I suspect @Haze Vaporizers will make it back over here soon enough to update everyone on that.

Aww man..the dagger!! Wrong cord..im cool with it and all but wrong cord? Thats crazy..i guess it could have been wrong tweezer or wrong tweezer material or the dreaded wrong off gassing material on the brush :smug:

just trying to lighten the mood..we will all have a haze soon enough..

Yes they sent a USB Type C 1A instead of 2A. Which basically means you would not be able to charge via computer if they sent out the 1A. I am actually impressed they even caught that!

Other Side, Thanks for the update. Hopefully, next week sometime. I can wait, just don't want to. Ha ha, Haze has our back, I'd rather get the correct set up, than get it in the mail and not be able to charge the unit. That my friends, would be frustrating!

Just got my shipping email, ordered mid January. The email from Haze containing my shipping information was in my Spam folder, so make sure to check that just in case.

Yupyup all my stuff from them been going to spam for some reason. This is just pre shipment though, but they are clearly on top it! Still hoping the steel pods came in too lol

I got my tracking number as well. Hopefully movement is tomorrow

Update: We finished counting/booking inventory as well as did spot check QC and started shipments as of yesterday. Looks like our inventory got seperated at customs somehow and although all the units came in, the accessories are still on their way and it should be here by Monday. We will continue with shipments today.

@Haze Vaporizers when you say accessories, does this include the preOrder incentive Easy Load tool (meaning all units won't actually ship until at least Monday)?

We are sending all units and will ship the extra tools and accessories seperately to those who purchased extra accessories. We had very little easy load/clean tools in stock and those are shipped out yesterday and shipping today. All others will receive their cleaning tools seperately next week.

To further clarify, full kits are shipped now. Complete box. Incentives and extra purchased accessories are getting shipped seperately
