Discontinued herbalAire

$5.99 — that's quite affordable! I've broken innumerable Air/Solo stems, and they each cost around $10! I actually still have a couple, but I don't think they'll fit my HA (I haven't tried though).

HA users,

How do you guys usually vape temperature-wise? Do you
A) start at a lower temp and then raise it a little,
B) vice versa, start hotter and then cool it down a little bit, or
C) don't change the temperature throughout your session?

I used to practice B), but now I do A): start at 360–365°F and after a few hits raise ito to 380°F. Anything wrong with that approach?

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I don't usually change the temp on mine, but I really treat mine like a session vape. I hang the tube by my head and use it over 5-10 minutes while I'm on the couch watching something or playing games.

I don't think there's anything wrong with starting at a lower temp to get the best taste and then turning it up to make sure you extracted everything. I'd do something similar if I wasn't so lazy with it.

Depends on what i am doing!

A) for when i am just chilling and relaxing! Starts with awesome flavor and then the clouds come as you up the temps.
B) Never... Herb does not work that way imo.
C) Only when i use it with a WT, start at MAX and it never changes. Works best with the puck method.

Super cool, thanks a lot, lazylathe! Now that I've gained some experience I realize that B) is really not an option.
Thanks for your input on C) as well, but what is puck method? Is it the same as the espresso method (packing unground herb as tight as possible into your cruicible)?

I know some people are not happy with the whip that comes with the HA, has anyone thought to get a female whip attachment for the Hydro Brick?

Like the ones on the outside of the pic?

I got the hydro brick attachment for my sticky brick og and it came with one of those, I'll try to remember to try that when I get home. I know you can put the ha in glass and it's pretty stable, this might pop off easily though if it doesn't fit really snug and/or there's not weight on top keeping it on. I know in a pinch some people just put a silicone whip over the whole thing.

I think I'll be using the sticky brick whip instead of the native whip, and the dry evoxhale mouth peice for direct draw

204Markie,
Thank you for your help, my HA won't heat up anymore, the lights turn on but never go to green anymore. Anyone know if there is anything I can do? I'll post this question here on fuckcombustion.com and in an email to ha, I will let everyone know what their support can do. But in my experience in the past they have overcharged me and never responded to emails in the past.

If it's not heating up, that is another story... Needs to be sent in for repair.
Or look in the classifieds for a second hand one.
I have the OG and the Elite.

@fcombustion33 if the unit is less than 3 years old we will repair it for free just send us an email at info@herbalAire.com and we will send you instructions on how to send it in. We will also comp you some free accessories for the hassle of shipping the unit. Sorry about the lack of response we may have been attending a trade show or something.

HerbalAire Ltd

As requested in the email I have listed the serial number as R1301560. Also I remember ording some crucibles and/or white tips with screens where it connects at the top, I was supposed to be given a monetary discount, something about where it was being shipped (North America) or whatever, anyways I never got the discount or refund, I don't really care though about that issue, getting my beloved yet non-working HA to heat up again is all I am concerned about, dear ha staff, thank you for getting back to me, your willingness to repair it for free is heartwelming and a true honorable testament to your customer service, quality of product, but I am living paycheck to paycheck right now and understand that your business is your legacy, therefore thank you, but no free products are necessary, (unless you want to regarding the white tip, or bong attachments, because it is my birthday this month :p)

Once again a big special thank you to both HerbalAire Staff and the members of Fuckcombustion for your support in helping me deal with how to correct my HA Products Malfunction.

PS. I will update everyone on HA's customer response and when I get my new HA! :D

Thank you HA for making this a Birthday to remember, I will promote HA and FC on my site to all my affilates, like I've said before and I'll say it again, Long Live FuckCombustion. (Of course I'm going to change my signature to (Long Live HerbalAire and FC after my birthday. :p

PS. Do you have any review sites I can give 5 stars on?

no comp. fuck them

Okay, that is one solution for some...
How about using that there tablet or phone you have in your hand and send them an email requesting help?
Seems pretty logical to me since today is Saturday and you will not get a reply till Monday, get it in early and they will sort you out.

I will also summon @herbalaire to come and help you, although the company does not live on the forum, so email is your best bet!

You are free to do as you please.
I have never had an issue with them as a company, i still own an original unit that works and an Elite.
Sent one in for service and the communication was excellent for me.

I guess it is all in how you approach it...

Now we've lost you too. You have repeatedly been warned about attacking companies but you persist, so this point is your last.
what aggravates me is they have no clue how to run a company. thats why no one's knows how awesome their units really are. last time I sent them an email they took weeks to get back. probably worst cs in the vape world. well too bad for them, many other choices out there and they lost me.
