Very sorry for your loss @Dynalowrider, there are many of us here carrying you and your loved ones in our thoughts. I don't mean to be OT, but I have a brand new Fury that I am happy to send you when you are ready. No charge, and it is an awesome vape that will eliminate any risk of flame. Please rest and recover quickly.

I also had a difficult time passing up the new M offer from George and the crew. Stardust just sent me his latest creation, so that makes it easier to miss out on the DV sale.

If you don't have an induction heater and want to stay with your Lego collection, let me send you my skelator. If you only heat till the first click, chance of combustion is very low to nil. You have to push it past the second click to get the big huge clouds and darker abv.
That or a log vape set low.

I couldn’t agree more. I was a fence-sitter on the vapcap due to the butane. I dove in anyway and glad I did, but my PSIH really upped the experience for me.

And last night I tried a PP sesh with my 18 M tip in a 100mm stem whilst I reheated after every mouthpull until I cashed the bowl. WOW. I don’t think I could have done that with flame.

I can’t wait until DV’s IH becomes available.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and health complications. It is times like this when it is hardest to stay strong. I am sending you positive thoughts and I do hope your health improves with each passing day.

In your situation, I think that I would take a break from vaping and try a bit of edibles or even maybe some Rick Simpson Oil. Keep your Vapcap collection for the day when you are off the oxygen and well enough to heat a cap once again. In the meantime, you can still admire your Vapcaps, Woodscents, IH and lighters.

It hurts ME to read about your week and I am just looking in from the outside. I am very sorry for your loss, and for the fates interfering with your grieving process. It doesn't seem fair, but sadly fair doesn't get a vote. I hope your physical heart improves quickly and your emotional heart improves with time.
Losing a friend, human or animal, takes a toll that only time can lessen. And sometimes not even time...

@Dynalowrider ...God bless your heart...just want you to know I saw your post and can empathize with your sadness over the loss of your precious pet. That’s a hard thing to deal with and especially since you are suffering as well.

Edibles for sure, unless your pulse ox is staying above 90% when off the O2 and if so, I’d take a 5 minute break from the O2 now and then when needed... but then that’s prolly not the best ‘medical’ advice (just speaking from experience). Just ask your doc? :) They are finally coming out with edibles like the Gummys that are dosed correctly and the only drawback is its taking a while to kick in, but sure better than nothing.

You sure have a lot of friends here you lucky duck! :) May your heart and your body heal quickly!

@phattpiggie I just need to say thank you for sharing the "sip and dip" technique using an IH. It's the fucking bomb. And it really makes me appreciate the SS tip. I tried the technique with a TiVong with the chamber at its smallest setting and it wasn't nearly as eye-opening.

But with a PP stem, some Amnesia Haze, and a PS IH it's the perfect way to start the rest of my day. It tastes great, my ABV is very even and maybe a little lighter than a normal session, but it sure hits harder than a normal session. :shrug:

The one click and dip gets me stoned while three hits I get with the glass get me high.
I'll check my ABV next time for a comparison.
