Any serious beer drinkers in forum?

This Hoppy bitch scratched my itch. The local Columbus hops used in it from Washington are smooth like glass.

What's right up my alley here and after my heart even more so with this one is the fact that it's unfiltered and unpasteurized.

This one could be recommended for a virgin new to IPA's. It has a very easy and balanced overall body to it. No surprises what so ever besides the fact it's delicious. Cheers my friends.

Gotta tell you...If you can find the Epic Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist, it's quite good. It might be better than Goose Island Bourbon County.

Founder's Canadian Breakfast Stout comes out tomorrow. Not sure I'll be able to find one but here's hoping. It has been 6 years since they last released it and it's a pricey buy ($25 for a bomber) but, it's one of those holy grail beers. If I can get more than one, I'd hope to find a trade for a Pliny the Elder or a Dark Lord!

2017 was the year I discovered a medicine that called my stomach enough that I can live and eat normally. It's also the year I discovered I love bitter, hoppy beers.
I've been drinking a lot of southern tier 2xtangier and hop nosh. I love you have a beer a day. Two beers is nice, I rarely do more than that. A lot of beers I like are 7% abv or higher.
The lady complains from time to time about my beer consumption but never about weed.

There were some beers on sale at my co-op, so I picked them up. Got some magic hat #9 and magic hat hi#9 which is a hoppy version of their sweet classic. It's good, it's like an apricot IPA. Also got a bunch of southern tier Tangier, which is great. Got a sixer of golden road wolf pup session IPA. It's made in LA. Never had it before, but it's light and refreshing and not very bitter with a floral-citrus aroma.
Variety is the spice of life.
Man I had one grapefruit sculpin and isit super delicious but Jesus it's expensive. Same with hoptronix. It's so good I don't want to stop drinking it but it's 15 bucks for a sixer. That's stupid when I got these other six packs for 2 or 3 dollars each

Hey @Mr Mellish, did you ever get a hold of this? It was good, but not $30 good.
I preferred the Stone Xocoveza, which immediately became a personal favorite, but I'm not usually a stout guy.

My tastes run more in line with @Diggy Smalls, judging by his last post. I've been into citrus-y IPAs.

I haven't tried Little Sumpin yet, had this one last night.

I did get a couple bottles. I like it better than KBS, which is very popular. Actually, I might like it more than Goose Island’s Bourbon County.

Just found this thread today. My girlfriend and I love our beer! She doesn't do weed (never even tried it) but is completely on board with mine. And we have completely different beer tastes......she loves her German styles, especially a good Pils or Wit. I've turned her on to Goses and Sours, and she'll do an occasional Pale Ale if the profile leans toward her palate. We also have some amazing cideries in our neck of the world. And it's pretty much brew heaven around her in what we call DMV (DC,MD,VA)

As for me, I love big beers, big flavor, big mash bill, big hops........having a nice stout this morning. I love a good stout when the winter weather turns nasty. I'll get three hours out of this slow sipper.......

Cheers to all......a day off with my chosen tools! A lovely local (3 Stars out of DC) stout brewed with Dutch chocolate and Cocoa Nibs. I really love the way a good stout opens up as it warms up. A toast to great beer and great weed!

Only thing that's going to save us is temps, we're right on the line. I'm stocked up!

Sounds like you're in an area where you can also get Dark Horse Barrel Aged Plead the Fifth stout. Worth a try. In my opinion it beats KBS (and last year's Goose Island Bourbon County). This actually surprised me, since I like Dark Horse but I've never felt like they had a real standout.

I'll keep an eye out for it next time, another good one is latitude 42 brewing a double chocolate stout called Lucifers cuvee, and a petosky brewing super trooper coffee and doughnuts brown ale very good. I drink almost only Michigan beers but my cousin om California turned me onto ballast point brewing, barmy it's called. Apricot honey ale at 12% its a killer

Lucifer's by Latitude is good and the barrel aged version is even better. Their standout for me is the Red Beard's. And if you like coffee, the Founder's Sumatra Brown is quite good.

What's that squat little guy next to the epic beer?
That’s an Underdog Micro. I bought along with big brother to its left. I have a Banksia Pod pair like that also.

Epic has good stuff. If I had to rate, I’d say:

Big Bad Baptista is good.
Big Bad Baptist is better.
Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist is very good.
Indeed, had the triple on tap at my local Whole Foods this past week!
