@Danksta & @nosmoking it was about 40 degrees out and it worked well in the wind the one time I used it in the cold. The bowl started out room temp however so it may be different if the bowl is that cold as well. I think with the quartz bowl it’ll be fine, but with the ceramic bowl I think it may need either a higher temp, or two heating cycles if your device is at or below freezing.

I ordered a quartz bucket from eternal like 10ish days ago. It was supposed to ship out last Monday but I still haven’t gotten it. He also appears to be real behind on his DMs. If anyone else has ordered and gets theirs in let me know. Tryin to figure out when I’ll have mine.

I commented on his post today and complained and he dm’ed me 10 minutes later and said the last size of tubing he had wasn’t quite right and I’d have my tracking number today. We shall see. If that’s the case I’ll update when I get it tonight.

Showed a friend of mine who has a little more disposable income this device and he is now on the reservation list. I’m excited that I’ll be able to try it and report back without having to make the substantial investment. I’m excited to test it out and if it comes close to the hype I’ll be getting one for sure.

I have historically, and honestly still do prefer vaping flower to concentrate and my grasshopper is my constant companion and I'm a dedicated fanboy. That said I LOVE using the peak. Great flavor and awesome user experience. I find myself grabbing the peak most often now when I'm at home.

Since I got my peak a few weeks ago I have not touched my Dab rig. Its just too easy to drop in your concentrate, click the button, and 30 sec later have a great dab.

Just got my quartz bucket in. Serious upgrade to me. It’s so much more efficient and the flavor is incredible. The peak has completely surpassed my expectations and with all the people working on it already I think this is only gonna get better.

Post a video, definatly a nice trend towards simplicity.
Now just fix the price at reasonable, I'll get one at $200
price point after all bugs out.

Yes, post a video please! I am in Florida right now so I can’t test it unfortunately. Does it have a recessed bottom so it can sit and stay on the ceramic plate, like the original ceramic cup has?

It sits right on the ceramic plate and the cap holds it in place perfectly just like the ceramic cup. I’ll try to get a video made soon but he’s got a short teaser one on instagram

I think new vape is well under way developing a portable flower pot. That's what I'm waiting for unless I get a really good deal on the peak.

I don't know about that. The Puffco Plus pen has been out for a long time and it still has not been copied correctly. The closest attempts are out there, but even they took almost a year or more to come out.
Dabado has been on the puffco and eternal quartz instagrams stating this is a must have! This device should be the biggest competitor for Dabado along with Greenlight and Dr. Dabber, yet he is praising the device. I would think that if Dabado was planning on making a knock off, they would not be praising the sale of thus device so much. Just my opinion tho.
Now Dr. Dabber has something coming out. Perhaps it is similar in that it uses crucibles but I cannot confirm this. Perhaps @stickstones can enlighten us as he is the only one I know of to see or touch the Dr. Dabber Switch. The thread on that device has a picture that says it is coming Spring 2018.
Then there is also the Triton due out this month or next.
I don't know whether the Triton or Switch will be anything similar to the Peak, however I am sure they wont be replicas. Perhaps they will fit the same niche at a lower cost. In fact, this is exactly the reason why I am procrastinating on getting the Peak, however I feel like Dabado is right...MUST HAVE!
