No harm beind done eh? And Im with you 100%. No regrets at all buying and trying: SV3, Showehead, Symphony (all not to be for me sadly), but I wouldn't change anything and am so glad I got to try those vapes. And many others too.

And my mum would not be converted into the OAP (ex-hippy) Showerheader now if I hadnt made the excellent acquistion. She would not even be vaping at all, except maybe a dozen vapcap loads each summer. When she uses the Flowerpot, her arthirits vanishes. She never experienced this with any other desktops in the past.

The Herbo Ti I also bought, sold, and will be buying AGAIN! (Sound familiar @Zow237 ?;))
So that was a triumph, and has proven to be the best tolerated for my of the lot.
And if I had just kept it last year and settled down (with kids lol!) then I might not be set for the digital version in the Spring.

So Im really glad for every single vape purchase I've ever made, good and bad, they have all served me with an education and learning which has led me to this point in my life, call it destiny, no point having regrets anyhow, just try to accept things as being how they ate supposed to be for my own mysterious path through life and beyond.:nod:

Looking forward to your impressions of the Showerhead Zow.

Sorry to bring up an old topic again:horse:. But has anyone tried using the Divine Tribes Hydratube Attachments with the Shower Head?
They look like they may work. I may pick up a couple just to try.

I dunno...shape looks almost right, but those welds don't! I didn't see any OD measurements on the site...they might need to be a little more robust for FP usage. Second one looks like it has bubbles in the weld. The first one looks the best which is good as that might be the most common for FP users, but the others looks straight out of the shadier parts of Shenzen. Maybe its the angle of the image making it look funky, but as a former glass blower the welds are the first thing I look at for any piece. If you can see a line in the weld...move along!

Want to get some tasty rips and meds, WA setup go to 550F and carb cap with 0.1gr load. You'll notice the herb is still a bit green even after a couple draws and a stir! Crank it up to 800F and uncapped take a draw. Not much vapor... The herb is yellow now. Little flavor, not so sure on the meds but seems according to the vapor to be close to finished.

I'm sure many already know this but I'm sort of rediscovering the WA again.

BTW, I got a thermocouple that I've compared with my IR gun for accuracy and it looks like the SiC Halo runs about 450F in the center of the trench with the controller set at 550F. This is about 45F off from dnail's temp calculator but I am sure they are using a slim base or something without much mass.

Checks all the boxes, and it's 14mm like many are asking for.
The outside diameter is a touch small, but it covers all SH holes, and has such a flat top that it's easy to seal the vacuum. :)

Don't bother with the 18mm version though... the O.D. is too large unless you invert your ShowerHead.

685 on my hexnail gives me a read of 491~ dish temp, using "standard heavy" tuning and seems pretty accurate, maybe a little on the warmer side? According to the dabbing experience and residue left on qtips... But I don't have a thermocouple to test unfortunately.

edit: fuck i'm not using the dnail halo. I forgot most people using WA are using the dnail halo, not the newvape one. Not sure how much differently these 2 will operate.

I dab. A lot.
I'm about to pull the trigger on a Flowerpot! I just have a couple of questions.

Is quartz or SiC easier to keep clean? Mostly going to be focusing on the dab options because I dab a lot.

What the hell is a shovelhead and a panhead? I'm assuming that they just have different bowl sizes and heat sink options.

Why does SiC taste better than quartz? Heard it's a better option for flavor.

Took my Shower Head by a "Vape / Smoke" shop to find a glass bowl. I didn't find any bowls but I found a couple globes that fit.

Stuffed a screen in these and they did ok but the screens need to be cleaned up and I'd prefer a male adapter.

Anyone have any issues with their sh turning white? Calcification of the ti? I got a shower head off of @bellas and noticed the top of the head is covered with a white crust on the holes. Anyone else have this issue. Anyone know a quick fix to that?

For comparisons sake, I put the sic halo on dnail slim base and set it to 550F, thermocouple read dish temp at 425F so what I had initially thought the WA setup runs a bit hotter.

The goal of this is to keep the dish temps below 450F as to not oxidize the terps yet still vaporize all the medicine thus preserving as much flavor without spending forever to get medicated.

I've reported spots/marks of oxidation from dabbing splatter that i've never been able to clean. Almost looks like tiny little spots including rust? But never have I seen anything white. And never around the holes, only on the outside rim (where dabs could splatter over I guess).

I posted a link one page back I think of the exact same bowl, but they only offered it in 18mm which doesn't work as well as the 14mm (needs SH inversion). I guess I just haven't looked hard enough... figured it would all be hammered out and done in this thread already, but it seems like some of the glass bowl hype has quelled.
