Haze Square Shipping Thread

There doesn’t seem to be any kind of pattern for shipping but I thought all fc members were to be shipping by last week.

Hi Guys

We announced Square only on FC Forum, intended to do preorders from here first but it looks like our discussions here may be shared on other forums or sites by members/viewers since we received more than 3x of the anticipated preorders within the first 3 days. Although we planned on announcing it publicly through all of our channels weeks ago, we are still holding that announcement as of today due to this.

We received very limited inventory and we are shipping orders based on their order as they were received.

Please note that once you finish the checkout on the site, the site actually sends you a confirmation but we only receive that order into our actual inventory system once the credit card processor disburses the payment.

Some payments are delayed 3-7 business days depending on the type of card you used, depending on whether it is an international card or depending on if there were any discrepancy between the billing address you put on the site vs actual billing address that you have on file with your financial institution.

Some payments get flagged as possible fraud or failing billing address verification by the card services merchant processor and they place a hold for few days and release it to us after 3-7 days.

What this means is: Even if you think that you placed an order on say 22nd, we may not have seen it as an order before 29th etc.

This above process has nothing to do with our operation as these are regulated by the financial institutions.

I want every member to be confident that we do not favor one order over the other. We literally sort orders on our end based on their date (the date that it hit in our inventory system) and ship them one by one. There are many members on this forum that have helped us with their beta feedback and even their units are not shipped until April which we would have preferred them to be in the first batch.

The other subject that I want to point out is this: We received a portion of our full order and the other small portion is still in customs clearance as of today. It means that there will be more shipments later next week but as I said that it will not be enough to cover all preorders to date. All preorders are guaranteed to ship by April.

I am hoping that all customers who placed preorders will see the benefits of the incentives that we offered for these preorders and be patient with us. These incentives will discontinue by the end of March and we will be in full shipment mode after that.

Thank you again for your ongoing support and we are working as hard as we can to make everyone happy and meet expectations.

@Haze Vaporizers will our units be shipped to us on April 5th or sent out on that date?

Chomping at the bit here and im taking a month long tbreak to celebrate and its making the wait worse :cry:

I ordered a haze square pro thru ultimatevaporizers.com does anyone know when they will be expecting their shipment or if they have placed their order I've sent them a few email/messages and haven't received a reply back from them .

We are expecting inventory tomorrow and planning for shipments early next week. Ultimatevaporizers must be a subseller as they are not one of our listed authorized sellers so have no idea who they buy their inventory from so i cannot answer that question whether they will have stock or not next week.

Thank you I've already got hold of my credit card company and filed a claim unfortunately now I have to wait up to 10 days before I can go on your website and buy one from there hope there's still some in stock fingers are crossed. I wish I knew of this forum before I bought the haze from U.V. it said in stock and I had saw a review of it needless to say you live and learn

Update: The inventory is in U.S. Customs today for clearance. Carrier updated the expected delivery to us for Wednesday. We are preparing all orders today and tomorrow so they are ready for packaging and direct shipment as soon as the inventory is here.

Hey All, definitely longer time reader do not post often but with the excitement over the square releasing I would like to over a warning over a vendor offering the Haze. ultimatevaporizersDOTcom had been taking money saying the product is in stock since at least early Feb. As it is they still have a verified purchase review posted from 2/13!!! Because of their actions {lying,rudeness, run around,others] they ended up changing their website and creating a 4.7% interest back per week until it ships backorder program.

In good faith I agreed to let them follow through on their apology and offer. I was not even going to mention what happened and give them the chance to make good on their word and apologies. That ended Friday when I inquired about their status with the square and got back the only reply "You should of gotten item already" and no more replies after that. Mind you this is after a phone call from them apologizing and saying 2 employees have been fired because of this which led to the creation of their program.

They have had my full payment since 2/13/2018. This is just a warning for folks looking to buy the Square to purchase elsewhere. This is not to start any drama but a fyi to help fellow forum goers avoid problems over moment some a lot of us have been looking forward to for years now. Gary from @haze-vaporizers-vaporizers was very helpful with this situation and can hopefully relay that I am a truthful patient customer regarding this matter.

I'm having a problem with the same company except they won't return my calls or email nothing they won't even speak with my credit card company it really sucks cuz I was really looking forward to getting one of these. I just now tried to call ultimate vaporizers and their phone is disconnected/not working right now.

I was told today that they are all shipping USPS Priority Mail, not First Class. I was looking to upgrade my shipping to make sure that I had it before I leave for Vacation on Friday and was told this from Haze...

“The tracking number shows items in customs at the moment with expected delivery as Wednesday so we should be good. No need for extra shipping payment from your end”.

So from that I gather I should have mine over here in the Northeast part of the country on Wednesday. Can’t friggin wait! :nod: :leaf:
Could be wrong, but I think that means THEY will receive it on Wednesday.

Which means they most likely wouldn't ship till Thursday...so maybe Fri/Sat look for it in the mail, or Sunday if your PO has Sunday priority delivery.

Nobody is intentionally lying to you. Haze is providing best estimates and these delays are beyond their control. You are dealing with a plant, shipper and customs. Being off by three business days seems pretty reasonable to me.

Maybe you should avoid preorders in the future because this kinda stuff is common and much worse in some cases. And just some feedback for you. You say you are not complaining but you are coming off like you are complaining. Just sayin......

Exactly what @Other Side said. I don't understand this people that goes to preorders and complain so much, specially about this vape. @Haze Vaporizers has been amazing and really clear through all the steps.

I decided not to preorder in the end and wait and see some more reviews from users, so I have 0 interest and I'm not a fanboy. But I really don't understand people sometimes...

Did you read my post at all? They are off by more then 3 days. And after all I am a consumer and I did order a product so I am entitled to be asking something here. All I want is for their estimates to be right. Like I said last week I heard their estimate and called it would take longer, and yet look what happened. All I’m saying is I want to here a real estimate.

Estimate isn’t a guaranteed date.....
They said their stock was going to there Friday last week Monday this week at the latest. Monday comes and they tell us now it’s Wednesday, so either their own estimates are off or they keep saying things. Watch Wednesday will come and there will be something else then.

I’ve ordered things where usps updates and delays the delivery date. I didn’t blame who I ordered the product from, it was simply a delay in transit. Some things are beyond their control. Haze has always been upfront and honest when I’ve dealt with them.

Yes I read your post. An estimate is just that, an estimate. You stated you felt lied to. Haze has been up front on this and have a track record of transparency. THEY ARE NOT LYING TO YOU. They are giving updated estimates and that's better than you would get from some. We are fortunate they are telling us anything at all. Other manufacturers might not share or even be present here to discuss what is going on. There are examples here on FC that are delayed for YEARS after they took money and zero explanation. Just settle down bro. It will get out soon enough and if for some crazy reason, it doesn't, you will still survive. If you are not happy with this I suggest you reach out to Haze, ask for a refund and again avoid preordering a vape in the future.
