I found the flavor to be top notch. Similar flavor-wise to the FF, but much easier to get a nice rip. No learning curve really. I found it to be one of (if not the) best tasting battery-powered vapes that I've tried.

I'm really looking forward to trying out the production unit.

Man Stu your making me second guess getting that flowerpot set up before this.

I was a early customer of the Haze August 2014 i believe maybe late July and loved it. I still have my current model and it's going strong.

For those new customers that are looking at the Square. I can tell you from experience they have some of the best customer service in the game. I would compare it with the wonderful service Puffitup.com provides.

Thank you...But we know Puffitup.com owner and i don’t think that any company can match their service and dedication. We are trying though. Thank you again.

Flavor like the FF? with no learning curve, able to vape 4 bowls in one charge and I have read that the pro with usb-c charges really quick aswell. Tell me about the stirring, if it doesn't needs it its perfect!

Great flavor...no stirring...at least I didn't have to. I did find myself giving it a little shake in between inhales. Not sure it did much, but my abv was always evenly baked. Cleaning is an absolute breeze.

One trick I learned is...when you finish a pod, but you're not going to move on to the next one for a bit, don't turn to the next pod, yet. Wait until the heater has cooled down then turn it when you're ready for your next pod.

It's not like it is going to bake your new pod, but I like to not allow them to heat up at all before I'm ready to puff.

Damn, FF caliber flav. I guess that's possible seeing how the heater and bowl are similar in my eyes to how it heats the material. I thought I had made my last portable purchase this week. Then Haze unleashes the beta feedback and now I'm looking at getting one of these. How well does it contain the smell after a session or two? If it's somewhat decent in terms of keeping the smells contained, I think this will be my first Haze product.

It contains smell fairly well, but no where near completely. The hole where your mouthpiece fits in to is exposed, so that would be the main source of aromas escaping. Perhaps a future plug for the hole when not in use?

But, I usually keep my portables in a smell-proof case or bag when out and about...YMMV. :)

You're welcome.

It's really nice to be able to finally talk about this Vape. I guess Haze was mildly surprised that our Beta group actually kept our mouths shut all this time. It's not an easy thing to do when you're experiencing a really nice Vape. This is a quality product and I'm sure the majority of you are going to love it.

I've been playing around with this as well.

I know everyone has been waiting a while for this and I'm happy to tell you I think the wait will pay off.

I have used this in all kinds of situations. Road trips, camping, movies, to the park, on a walk, to the beach, you name it, the Square is there.

Loading up four chambers and not having to deal with reloading and such is so convenient. Push button vapor is the main way I vape nowadays so loving that as well.

Taste is excellent and what you should expect from on demand convection IMO. Is Firefly really still the standard? I have a FF1 and had a FF2 on loan for a while. I don't even think either is as good in the taste department as some of my other push buttons favorites like the Milaana, Zion, Splinter and Tubo. Is the Square on level with those? It can be depending on your temps. Taste is so subjective anyway....

And yeah vapor producution is not a problem and either is even ABV which is a major focus of the unit. I tested a lot of different can and lid configurations before landing in the ones they are using.

I know folks have asked about running it through water. I am sure it's possible and Haze will make a WPA but I have not done it and don't plan to honestly. I just don't think it requires it. The vapor is pretty cool despite the short airpath. Kinda like the FF actually. Lol. That's another I never felt the need to run through water.

I have tried the concentrate pads with and without the silicone lids and I think I prefer it without. It makes a bit more of a mess on the lid but it's worth it In my opinion. I keep one chamber dedicated to trates and put herb in the others.

I'll come back and add some more thoughts when it's not so late but I wanted to stop by and congratulate @Haze Vaporizers . I think you have a winner here and have done well with the performance and options the Square offers. Especially at this price point!

Thanks for allowing me to test and provide input. It was fun!

Yes...we suggested marking the outside of the Square, so that we would know which pod we were using without having to open it up to look. They implemented in on their production models.

I really can't wait to get the production model to see and experience the upgrades. I thought it was already a really nice Vape. Now, it should be even better...

You summed it up great, @Other Side

I'm trying not to sound too enthusiastic. I don't want to sound like I'm hyping it up too much. But, this really is one of the best portables I have ever tried, and it will be the best portable I have owned.

But, the four pods is the best and most unique quality of the Square. It is wonderful to load up a different strain in each pod and just spend an evening moving from one to other. Different tastes, different effects and all without having to reload again. It is spoiling...:)

Oops...sorry for the double...

Oh boy, you guys are some great influencers. Not good for my wallet but it is quite impressive to know I can load 4 and pretty be set for a full day for my personal usage. How is the draw restriction? Not sure if anyone has commented on that yet.

It is very light restriction. I have a mouth problem that makes me prefer convective over conductive vapes. The Square is very free flowing. As long as you don't pack the pod too tight. But then, you don't want to do that with a convective vape anyway.

His is the battery life?
I'm still tweaking my temps, firmware and usage patterns...

I generally take a lot of pulls off a chamber and if you are consistently doing this with high heat you may have a problem getting four chambers out of the battery. "Normal" usage (whatever that is) should be ok.

But that said the pro has a USB connection and charges fast so having a battery backup is handy. Same thing I did with my Crafty when I had one of those.

Awesome. Is it possible to charge with a portable battery. Like the kind used for phones?

Yes that's exactly what I am talking about. Even better and faster if you have one that charges via USB Type C but you can still plug a Type C cable into any old battery backup.
Thanks for the info. Hearing you say it is up there with RBT Vapes makes me seriously consider pulling the trigger on this one. Need something for fly fishjng, want to bring my mi but nervous about the glass.

I really like the low temps but I do find the high temps to be a bit more flavorful with the glass airpath of the other units I mentioned. The Square is probably closer to the flavor of the GH on the high temps in my opinion. Again this is all very subjective anyway and everyone has their own preference and opinion so consider that.
