Where legal to do so they hook up veterans low on $ with free or reduced cost medication. I know that for many gardeners giving away the fruits of ones labors is not happening. But if you are a legal gardener and below your legal capacity? Please look into it.

In am a very low consumption licensed medical user in NM. I get free meds from the secret Lizard People grow operation on the dark side of the moon. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). They ship in in through Roswell. This is legal on my end due to a loophole in NMs laws from when we first went medical.
They didn't have much in the way of grow.orgs or dispensaries so it was legal for licensed medical users to continue to procure meds from the blackmarket.
However, it is not legal for one medical user to transfer medication to another medical user. So under NM law it is illegal to donate medication. Gotta love the logic on that one. And if they catch you giving away even a joint? You lose your medical card.
Given my very low consumption, free meds, and the inherent risks of even a legal grow? I'm not growing. I would like to; I enjoy it. But giving it away let alone selling it could cost my a lot.
