Also @cannabis.pro is the man! Probably my 4th order or so from him and always service that is above and beyond. A real asset to the community

I concur with MAbud's observation - cannabis.pro offers top-notch advice and service in my experience(s.)
Thank you both for the kind words. We appreciate the opportunity to provide service and advice on such an amazing product like the Milaana & RBT's tech.

Excuse the noob questions...

1. Do I need to remove rhe guitar pic or just slide it out of the way? If I have to remove it do I take off the washers as well?

2. The rim of the screen is larger than the stem. Does it sit just on the outside of the stem? Or am I supposed the jam it in in some way?

If these are the new rimmed screens from RBT they sit outside, just to keep the screen from falling into the stem.

If you do decide to remove the guitar pick (I rarely take it on trips, so I removed it day one), leave the washers. They keep the copper plate even with the battery. Of course, that is just my preference, if you don’t mind it tilting a bit, you can remove some of the washers.

Hopper is playing silly buggers Mi is gonna be getting more use. Anyone got link to DD 14 mod and these joooooced up bats I've read of weeks ago? Might jooc her up a bit

Running three LG reliable site and 3 Samsung decent battery, I'm sure my Mi is cold + now running evo basket (would love identical but more shallow) which works great but long heat up really sucks the battery life, think it will work well with these newer better batteries.

RBT has rimmed baskets available @420EDC. Also some run the Sony VTC5's and say they are a bit hotter, than LG HG2's from what Ive heard.

Does anyone have an ideia how many grams fits in a fully packed stem? And how many bowls do you guys usually do?

I usually do 1, but I will try to get 2 or 3 today in an hour and would like to know how much I’d be vaping comparing to a regular joint. Would 3 bowls be like, half a joint?

Thanks.

This depends on how far up the stem you place your screen. I place screens in basket style, pushed in just far enough that they are flush with the lip of the stem. I find that loosely packed, I will get about .07 g in a bowl. As for my daily consumption, one bowl will last me all day. I just hit it once or twice every couple of hours.

We are out of the rimmed screens and trying to get more. We have Song VTC6, LG HG2 and Samsung 30Q in-stock. VTC5 will also be available shortly.

While my consumption is a little greater, my pack is very similar to Pak <g>. Depending on grind and moisture content a bowl weighs out somewhere between .06 and .1Gs for both Mi and Zi stems.

Interestingly this is similar to the other 2 vapes I regularly use, my VCs and my Lotus. So ALL the vapes I regularly use have average bowls ranging .06 to .1Gs. And I usually consume 3 to 5 of them a day, usually after the sun goes down.

This WAY better economy of consumption than when I combusted, BTW.

I concur on the .07 g per stem, basket style pushed all the way up, medium grind, bit of a tamp. It's hard to believe that .07 can deliver so much, but it does. I have a high tolerance, so I wind up doing quite a few stems per day. And that's a dried out, pre "grind". I don't really grind, once dry, I just break it up with a funnel into a doob tube. To me, it's what Milaana excels at.

One reason for micro dosing is I hate letting a bowl die and trying to fire up again later. It gums up, never the same. I wanna take every bowl to completion in one session, so I load small, and sometimes it still goes on for awhile.

Hey, when folks talk about a power adapter for the Mi, supplied by Alan, are you talking about Alan @ Heat Island? Please post the source if there is one, I'd buy one today.

Only about 3 stems in...so far, the flavor is incredible! Almost like unobstructed is how I would describe it. However I am getting no visible vapor and my material is certainly not dark or toasty. Do I need to ride the button harder?

Yes. If all you are after is flavor and lower temp terps than you don't HAVE to use more button, but I suspect from your post that you would rather have some visible vapor and bigger hits, and you get them with more button.

I tend to go all the way to coffee brown, but many might prefer light brown. I also like dense hits. It's all a matter of taste, and economy. I like to get as much goodness as I can from my product.

you should, definitely, see some toasting near the end of your session. You may want to play with ridding the button longer. Maybe, even, try to combust just to see. If you ride the button too long charing is going to happen. The trick is to find that middle ground where you get what you want without charring.

Hmm. So I might be the only one who likes his screen pushed all the way in to where the stem meets the 18mm male end. I find I can really roast a load like this. I probably stir one time a load. Sometimes I don't stir at all though just depends on where I'm medicating. I have done the screen at the tip like others like it. It just takes more patience to get me where I like to go.
I guess I just like the flavors I get more putting the load further from the heat source.

So the vtc5/6 the Current top performers? Loving it while I'm afraid to use GH, but evo bowl will kil a bat in two loads just like GH (wayyyyy big load though obviously) but three loads and a quicker heat would be greattttt! Easily 10+ seconds on new battery fresh bowl

Once you learn to control the heat, it's nice to get the load as close as possible. So the natural progression is to push it closer over time.
