NV have 'health stones', dunno if anyone has tried one in the bowl with convection dabs tho. I have assumed, potentially completely wrongly, that they are more for conduction dabs tho.

I have a question! The two rings on the upper part of the adjustabowl... do they have any purpose or are they just part of the shape?

@Vapologist Entirely depends on the dab size, my attempts were using only one screen, I kept the dab size conservative and found no dripping or reclaim, all vaped off.

@steama has had some dripping but hes using bigger dabs and multiple screens, he may be able to provide more info. I only have one of those screens to hand so cant try out more options.

I was lucky enough to snag the new Ti cap so now I've got all three. Last night I was about to pull the trigger on the threaded loader and a double weave screen but luckily I stopped myself because the new bowl should be out soon if what was said previously in the thread is true. I'm really excited for the new bowl and it's multiple screen placements. I want to have a titanium double weave at the bottom and a normal ti filter at the 1st or 2nd spot.

Speaking of this thread... What are you guys doing to me? You keep making me want to spend more money to improve what I already thought (and know) is the best vaping experience at least specifically for me.

I forget who it was but thank you for the tip regarding a screen on the showerhead to prevent blowback through it. I've got a few pieces of glass that were literally unusable before because of the blowback. Once I had the Ti screens in, and actually managed to turn it off, I installed it right away. Was able to start using some of my other pieces, again.

Can't thank everyone enough for all the testing and ideas you've given me. NewVape has taken my itch away from buying glass (hence the name) and I foresee another dual set up in my future especially if there are any improvements on the showerhead. Saw one really cool idea about it



I'd love to see a tamp of some sort. Maybe on the end of the New Ti cap instead of the top screw hole? Seems that most prefer the side location. Would love to have the threaded loading tool on that type of cap for the ultimate tool set up.

I've got a ton more of thoughts about everything, but there's also a million more thoughts also on my mind with how busy I am. Will probably lurk for the most part but will try to chime in on occasion and sorry for the opening book.

A few ppl mentioned this but its certainly something I have set up and have posted a pic of. My reason for replying tho is that I've been looking at new glass options and have decided against a few pieces due to seeing the water settle after a draw is taken and thinking 'nah, that would cause too much blowback'... Completely forgot I had this screen installed that stops all blowback! HA!

So, now my glass options have opened right up again :D Thanks for the reminder! :)

Me three! I guess i will have to join the Showerhead club sooner now this bowl is out.

Showerhead and nut plus adjustable bowl plus 14mm stubby too(gotta have this) along with a couple Ti DW screens and a couple of dabbers should complete the order for Nov.

Until the glass bowl is release and ill have to get that!

They are okay... but will clog surprisingly faster than expected and allow some bits to pass by. Then adding a sexy double Ti screen below it would stop those bits but then defeat the originally intended purist purpose.

@Danksta I'm still with you on team quarts parts. You and I think alike on many levels sir. Oh and sapphire is to die die for!

Yes.... try it all run wild through the candy store. You've got to get that 14mm male stubby it's far better in performance and size when compared to the 18mm male bowl from my lengthy testing experiences. :myday::science:

The perfect paring for your tasty vaporized meal is and I highly recommend are those Ti screens. I'm loving my double mesh ones from Errlectric. Cheah buddies!!!!:rockon:

I had a feeling that might be the case. It's still too early for me to say with confidence, but I do feel the flowers are getting me higher and taste better. Unprocessed terps is the way to go it seems.

This is an old heads dream vape. You don't have to dab processed oil to get that dab effect. Just vape those clean flowers as nature would likely prefer. :D

I was thinking of putting the screen on the bottom with the quartz on top. Not as pure as we'd like but at least the oil would not initially be touching the Ti.

Its amazing, isnt it. How long we've all had these devices and still we can change the way we use them on an almost daily basis, and it still delivers :D

I honestly havent known a vape like it (but I havent tried that many desktops really either)

For me the most taste, effects and flavor bloom comes by way of flower for the win hands down. Yes rosin and terps are highly flavorful and effective too but they're not full spectrum like flowers are and have also been previously manipulated by heat or compounds to extract/produce thus leaving out things that add to the full bodied/spectrum experience and affects. Our bodies fully take advantage of every little bit of those available compounds in that beautiful flower. It's just plain fucking amazing, nature and science for the ass kicking win! :freak::rockon:

Ps. Don't get it twisted I have been loving those various errls for years too. :cool:

Everything I am vaping now has beem patiently cured for the past few months. I somehow did a superb job so far despite initiallt trusting inaccurate hygrometers. All pretty much at 62% stable, some with humidipaks but all smellinf lovely and the potency has noticeably increased in the past 4 weeks, as well as taste and smoothness.

Eventually, in the ideal world with full legalisation, we will get it together to only ever use properly cured weed which will be on tap like beef jerky. Just a shame IMO that so many people use uncured or badly cured weed virtually all of the time.

Specifically: the adjustablabowl was developed as a solution to male joints sticking in the glass. My question is: is the intention of this product to solve this issue by releasing the top part so as to empty the bowl with the bottom part stuck in the glass or does the entire assembly no longer stick due to the two piece design?

How's it supposed to work?

Sticking!? MOOT! A WIGGLE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND IT'S EASILY UNSEATED. I would rather have a tight marriage between the male bowls joint and the female glass joint than a undesirable loose fitting set-up. Call me crazy though but I'll own it.:brow:

I mean is life that tough that one cannot give something a little wiggle in under 2 seconds of time. :rolleyes:

Then dont buy the new bowl, simple answer.

I wouldnt call you crazy, but I would say that you're only viewing this from you're own personal perspective and not putting yourself in the shoes of someone with mobility issues, hand issues, hand strength issues or even just ppl wanting it in the first place.

Theres a myriad of reasons why someone might need this, or just want it.

If only it were that easy! :(

On many of my female-joint pipes, the male bowls stick from thermal expansion an/or added FlowerPot handle+head weight, and can't be unlocked for removal for sometimes up to 2 minutes. This has been widely documented on this thread by myself and several other FP users.

My female bowls do not stick like that... and I've used them on every male joint pipe I own.

I, for one, am overjoyed by the new bowl offering! ;)

Yeah, I don't even try to remove my male bowl after using it. I just leave it in there until the next load 'cause I know it's welded into the glass for a good while and I don't have patience to fiddle with it.
