What would be the difference between the 'M' model & the ti steel models?

Ill be getting my first vapcap this xmas :)

Besides the obvious aesthetics....

The omnivap has adjustable airflow and the Ti tip itself has deeper grooves and small cutouts to allow more airflow.

plus the Ti heats and cools faster.

Also the omnivap mouthpiece is one of my favorite things about it... Just feels more refined and feels better in my mouth.

Another option is getting the M and a Ti tip. This will give you a less restrictive M for just over half the price of the omni.

But if the price of the omni doesn't scare you away, it's definitely worth it.

If price is a concern you still can't go wrong with a M!

I have owned and sold many vapes, gave a few away free... But my omni and sbM will be here forever. If i go back to combusting for any reason in the future they will become the most badass one hitters ever... A no brainer investment for any one who enjoys herb.

The answer to your questions can be found redundantly throughout this entire thread. But 1st read the Best of Vapcap thread (Link) & read the FAQ on www.dynavap.com & watch dynavap's videos on youtube. If this is the vape for you, whatever decision you make can't be wrong as the fundamental functioning of all vapcaps models is exactly the same.

IMO, I think it's best for 1st timers to go with a M because if this isn't the vape for you, then you're only out a small amount of $ & you'll be able to sell it or gift it. Once you actually experience a vc, then you can spend some time researching what type of vapcap you really want: an Omni or a wood vong/wong from either Dynavap, phattpiggie, Winegums or Eds TnT. You'll be able to make a better buying decision when spending more $. And, if you love it, the M is certainly not gonna go to waste: take this one out & about with you so just in case something happens to it you won't be out as much $; when you party with a friend, let them use the M & then you'll both have one; gift it & turn a friend on to vaping & the vc. Just my :2c: :)

BTW, @phattpiggie, @Winegums & @Ed's TnT all have threads on the forum. For heating, there is a vapcap lighter thread & a Pipes Induction Heater thread. As you can see, besides the 800 pages in this thread, there's a lot to learn if you love the vc as we here do. So, as I said, go slow, start w/ the M.

*You may want to check out the Classified thread. But be sure to read the rules 1st.

Excellent advice, Summer! I agree completely

Anyone else love the Patina on a well used cap and tip?
ywvYnvb.jpg

The top tip is setup for concentrates and the bottom tip is setup for flower. I try to keep them as matched sets so that they have different patterns on them. I love my Gen 4 tips and wouldn't trade them for any other version. I've been sticking with silicone O-rings they wear very slowly and stay supple despite multiple heat cycles. I also really dig the red colour, something about it makes the whole setup feel retro scifi.

I laughed so hard at this I dropped my taco, twice. You made me remember similar adventures in my own life. Which led me to use the last bit of my sweet baby Jesus OG :leaf: and put all of my 420 brain cells work together to create this :science:

Incredible to think that my stoner mishap inspired stoner snowman-building on the other side of the world :rofl:

Picked up a Magic Carbon Fibre Expanding Cigar Case for my longer stems.
150mm stem with the tip and cap comes in at 179mm so when the seller had it down at 135-165mm I thought at least my 100mm stems would fit. Pictured with a 150mm Goncalo.

I pulled out one end and got the 165mm

I was at a Halloween party and we were enjoying the vapcap being passed around, but even I went to leave I must have dropped it, cause it didn't go back into the dynastash. :( Folk are looking for it in their house, but I think it might be a goner.

I guess I'll be selling off my red mallee burl dynastash if my Woody doesn't show up. Sad day.

Very sad story. There IS good news tho. No need to part with your DynaStash. I have it on good authority that Dynavap has more VapCaps. Look Here... https://www.dynavap.com/

He's selling it so hard can upgrade to an xl stash with a xl omni.:brow: Just been having my M along with my bocote stash for just about a week and already I'm thinking of upgrading to either a xls nonavong or a xl omnivap. Decisions decisions :\

I'm in the same boat. Sitting with the M and wanting the TI tips from all of the others. I'm thinking of going with a nonavong because of the ability to out of the box go on my water pieces. Plus the wood looks super pretty

That's how I feel along with the spinning mouthpiece just sounds so useful but the idea of the omnivap adjustable airflow and general looks definitely put a good run for its money. But there's about a 80 dollar difference between the two

I don't care too much about the adjustable airflow since there's carbs on almost every single dynavap there is, that's how I feel about it until I actually watch videos about it.

Then again, I don't really want to fork out the money to get a mouthpiece. But that's my opinion

Nice value set, @phattpiggie.

Am wondering if you can source the German carbon fiber tube for
less than the ~ C-note they charge. Need deep pockets. $100 would buy about a
six of Goose Island Bourbon Barrel Stout.

Funny. My favorite of my VapCaps is my Blackwood Woody S and I have thought about turning it into or getting an XL along with it, but since it is the one I carry around I would have to get a new XL stash for it, and that has discouraged me. I'm sure some time I will cave to an Omni XL either for home or taking about, and I suspect an XL Stash will have to come along with that, but I am not there yet. The Woody works so well I hate to fuck with it. And my VAS is pretty quiet these days so good herb has a higher priority. After all, to paraphrase, good herb will get you through times of no new toys better than... Oh you know.

I think everyone who wants to use their VC with water should have a Nonavong. It really does make it simple to just drop it in. I moved my xring to block the air hole so I don't have to hold the VC when in glass. So, with this config, and a JarHead, getting altered is a simple quick potentially one handed process. Sealed with a smile... :D

I'm currently on a T break, and trying to quit cigarettes...the omnivap is helping... I keep it unloaded but suck on it here and there when i get cravings. Even empty it really helps. Just going through the motion seems to reduce my cravings for both weed and cigs... I'm down from a pack a day to 5-6 cigs a day.

Still a ways to go... But I'm trying!

Happy early birthday to your son!

Thanks bro!

I want me an omni xl one day. I do have an extra Ti tip... So maybe I'll just get the xl body and condenser at some point and save a few chips...

But then i start thinking... Do i really need a 6th vapcap??? All the ones i have function great... But the newer omni style is growing on me more and more.. Being a bit longer would be cool too... Damn.... We all have issues

If the dynavap BF sale was 20% which is a good sale, the Omni XL would cost $148 + $7 ship so if shipping is included with the used one it's the same $155 price. The difference of used vs. new is merely if you want to wait a month for the sale or not. As long as the cap has not been damaged, the body or condenser should be in new condition, or at least like-new. But I'll yield to the more experienced members to chime in & confirm.

Are there any extras included like extra o-rings or screens?
