I was playing around with 725 last night and got insane milk like you. If you pack the bowl right you can kill it in one hit. Holy head rush!

I love that stand! :)

Any benefit to having the coil cover on 'upside down' or just a thing that happened?

Is it upside down?! To be honest I never read the instructions just put it together the way it looked like it went.

EDIT: Ha! I see it now, gee, well yeah it works upside down pretty damn well. Just in case I am cooling it down and changing it to see if things can get better :hmm:

Sorry this is your quote I was referencing @Baron23
"But no, its not the alpha and omega of vaping for all people, IMO."
In your opinion what is the alpha or omega of vapes?
I promise I won't ask why, or challenge your opinion.

Well, at the risk of incurring @Stu wrath, I don't believe that there is an a vape that is indeed the alpha and omega "for all people".

And again, Edwyn....best for whom, best for what, best in what situation?

Fro example, I have a Ghost MV-1 and its one of the ones working quite well (well, for the most part). I like it. I would never recommend the MV-1 to my friend who has Parkinson's as the current crucible/lid design would send him over the edge. But he has a very low tolerance and does like to vape, so after showing him a number of different vapes, he bought the one I suspected would best suit his needs...he got an Enano and no, and FP with an enail coil and controller sitting on glass is not something my 74 y.o. buddy would find suitable....quite frankly, neither would he like an EVO with HT.

There is a new vape that will be coming out of Israel that has titrated doses in a magazine. Not something I'm interested in. But for a person late in life who just got the big C diagnosis and is on rads/chemo, has no desire to take up MJ as a life style, and just wants the anti-emetic effect of cannabis in controlled doses like all of the rest of their meds, this may be wonderful. Or perhaps for the Mom with the child with seizure disorders. Not a vape for me, but certainly may be something that she would love to have.

I love my FP SH. Works great. I vape at night for pain and sedation and like that hard hit. There are people who micro-dose (.005 g and no, I didn't add an extra zero) through out the day for anxiety or other issues and just want a very low, fairly constant level of cannabinoids in their system. Many of these people like a vapcap or an enano for that purpose and situation.

Last night I sat down to watch Monday Night Football (that rookie for the Colts is going to have a GREAT career, I think). While I love my EVO, not the vape for that situation. I took out my MV-1 because it is on-demand (as is the FP, really) and portable and the load size was right for what I wanted so I sat on the couch with that vape and watched the game (well, most of it).

Many like the IQ for a number of reasons but for some its especially the stealth. Stealth is not a requirement of mine at all and I didn't like the draw resistance. Doesn't mean other people are wrong, just means that it suits them and their use case and preferences better than mine.

As I said, I don't find the term "better" to be very useful...though I admit using it myself. e.g. I think the Mighty is better than the CFX. But that's such a general and broad statement that is not really accurate. And the CFX is really a better vape, perhaps, for someone with a limited vape budget.

Talk to @Vitolo. Its always surprising to me what his med patients prefer in vapes and its often not what we constant FC'ers would think. Its a very wide market and with expanding med programs its only going to get wider.

Out of my great respect for you, Edwyn, I replied even though we have been cautioned by the Mod to move on. But I do agree with Stu....we need to leave this sub-topic behind. Nowhere in this thread did I bash the FP and for good reason, I love it.

Can we now just leave it at that?

Thanks

I just inked a deal with Bradley Miller for the development of a GLASS flowerpot 18mm bowl with handle that uses a 3/4" screen. Please check out his work when you have a moment. newVape's been machining his dials for his buckets for a while and we have a great working relationship. https://neglassart.com/
Between the glass, and adjustable titanium bowls, i'm confident sticking bowls will soon be a thing of the past for the flowerpot.

Holy shit , this is amazing. Can’t wait to be able to see my flowers vaporize through the glass let alone the flavor it may provide.

P.s.: his work looks really nice , please ask if he can maybe make me a Quartz dish to drop into my sh , I don’t mind if it spins .

I'm excited to see what the FP grows into a year's time from now.. don't see myself buying any other desktop anytime soon since the guys at NV keep releasing upgrades for the FP :brow:

Can someone explain the potential benefits of a glass bowl? Just improved flavor?
Seems like it will be quite fragile?

I already have a glass cylinder 3/4" screen bowl that fits the FlowerPot perfectly. I got it with a $17 piece of Chinese glass. I do not notice any difference in flavor, but I am not that level of vape taster that I can really tell any difference from Titanium bowls with Titanium screens... at least not yet...

I would say that yes, it is definitely more fragile... but some users here might like it!

Hell... I'll probably give it a go just to have another great FP toy to mess with. :)
