my Extreme is my sleep buddy, a little Indica, a packed elbow, the whip and about 210c. See pic below, click for larger image. The duff on the left is from my PD and on the right from my Extreme. The PD has vaunted efficiency but if you look at my pic you'll see the PD duff is 3 bowls worth compared to the Extreme's duff which is only one elbow's worth - about even if not a bit more in the PD's pile. What is interesting and again my personal observation is that I will be at least 2 X higher after just one elbow on my Extreme vs. 3 stems from the PD.
I use the PD during the day as it is always on and ready to go and because I need to function, but at night the Extreme just works better for me KO!.

Hmm... Sounds cool. I am so glad I found this place lol. I am like 90% sure I'll be getting the extreme this week. I am probably never going to buy a vape again after this one, the next paraphernalia I am going to buy is this OSU bong that's at a local head shop, that's basically a roor with OSU stuff painted on it.
I'm sure I'll figure it out when I get it, but what's the elbow for? Does that come with it?

Hey guys, I finally got some money, and im looking to pick up this vape. Before i finalize my choice and drop the 3 bills i have a few questions to ask.
Basically i want to know what the pros and cons about this vaporizer are.
I'm mostly looking for a vaporizer that ill be using at home more often than not. I'll probably only be taking it out once every 2 or 3 weeks.
From what ive read though, this seems like the vaporizer for me.

Ill did you have a bad experience? I had to get a glass heater tube (mine broke during shipping) replaced it myself no issues just a pain becuase according to arizer if you want to do the repair yourself and maintain the warranty you have to order glass heater cover from them (according to Debbie from Arizer) The part is cheap enough $25 shipped (didnt pay for mine though) the repair is simple enough, the only problem is it is shipped from Canada which can delay shipping outside North America. I line in US and got mine in 4 or 5 days. The repair was simple and done in a few minutesilladelph said:

I did order parts recently from Arizer and got everything fine - it was a bunch of stuff too. "The legend of Steve" (from Arizer) is true! Well, i got the v-tower (first vaporizer) and it's simple to learn and easy to use.minuteman420 said:

the only problem I have had so far is that the temperature displayed isn't even close to what's happening at/on the heating element. I've cranked it up to 395 and it barely wilts my herb. i'd really like to have exact and precise control over what the temperature is so i can control the range of vapor releases depending on whether i want 'light' vapor or the whole spectrum of thc, terpines, cbn, cbd....you get the idea.
i guess i have to just experiment and remember at what displayed temperature i actually get vapor.
other than that, no complaints.
even looks cool on the end table. my wife even said 'it's beautiful' (because of the potpourri thinggie).
in fact, unless they vap, your friends and family won't have a clue what it is. looks like a digital potpourri device - you can even tell them that if you forget to put it away! mine has a bowl of coffee beans in it which actually imparts a nice smell in the place.

The how to was put together so people wouldn't have to read this whole thread to at least get started...plus help to avoid newbie pitfalls that fucked up my first night with it. In addition, The E now comes with a good manual so you could just use that instead.
