So happy right now. Finally get to order the long awaited Cloud. Kudos to the VapeXHale team....hope you have a long, prosperous run in the industry. SM55 is there any way you or someone from your team can post pics of the Hydratubes from Sov, SGW and Vertigo here so I can see which one I want? Or do I get the one I signed up for in the pre order? I have no idea which I originally signed up for???

Hey guys, we noticed our credit card processor is not capturing information properly. I am speaking with them as we speak. Once we get that taken cared of, I will approve the rest of the people that registered. Sorry for this delay, during our testing it was working fine but as they notified me, testing and real world results sometime vary. Will be back shortly with more info

@Bio, I wouldn't worry about a confirmation email. I didn't get one either, but I have a confirmed order number, so I'm sure it's all good.
@HAL, Check your spam/junk email. Both my original notification email and my "go ahead and order with your ID and Password" email went into my spam folder. I had to hunt for them, too as I get lots of spam.
