Thanks for your response, that's about what I was expecting. $200-$250 is what I would expect to pay for this thing by itself. I am very interested in the VXH, and I can't wait to buy one :)

I am painfully aware of how expensive decent glass is, which is why I don't see the point of buying a glass tube with a joint on the bottom that I can only use with a VXH. I already have tubes I can use with it.

Your point is understandable, since apparently you already have some nice glass. Wait is what you'll have to do though, since initial sales will be the hydratube and vape together.

I'd also hate to see this model start getting referred to as the VXH, since it's really the Cloud, and there will no doubt be other models for sale down the road. VXH should really stand for the company name, rather than the vape name.

Vapexhale website is loading slowly, occasionally not at all. Hope it's from high demand!

I flailed and chose the wrong tube when reserving yesterday. SM can you help me out?

I also thought about waiting for the cloud to be sold as a stand-alone. My hunch though is that it wont be much less if any than packages A and B. Pretty sure it's a no-brainer to reserve now.

I agree. But, either way when other models come out people will differentiate them. I call it the Planet of the Vapes Thingamijig or the Monkey Machine.

I tried to rack my brain for another vape in that price range that compares to the Cloud, but couldn't even come close. I also think you are underestimating the ease of use factor for the hydratubes (they look quite comfortable to use). I feel that it is a great promotional move for them to make it so insanely cheap at first, and a great sign that they have the confidence that its popularity will grow once it gets out there. However, I could easily see the stand-alone vape being in the 3-500 dollar range (officially 5, but cheaper most places  ), and similar pricing for the different types of hydra-tubes (with packages being cheaper). I think you made a 'mistake' (sorry, I couldn't help myself :p )

I agree. Welcome to FC, Xian22.

Toke it easy.

I agree completely with the middle portion of Progress' post.

Haven't posted since that last vid, everything's looking very nice. Its great to see the Cloud in action this way, it looks incredibly easy to use and the quick vapor production is an often-sought after goal you seem to have achieved nicely. The ability to dial down to a low-temp and have the vapor rush out like that is like a dream-come-true :ko:

I'm sure time is limited but would love to see a couple hits at different temps as well...is your usual session one that keeps the Cloud at a consistent temperature or do you dial up as you go? Personally I'm all about preserving taste so I'm particularly intrigued by the upcoming smaller/conservation bowl piece.

Everything looks great, take your time and best of luck in the final (but what hopefully becomes the beginning) steps.

Hey SM.. completely "out of left field" question... what did you guys end up deciding on about packaging? I know you had asked about hard cases at one point and I sent you a link to a Pelican knock off that I use for my Volcano.

Is there going to be a storage case available for this gem?

The Pelican style cases won't be available during launch but we've been working on some extremely bad ass packaging that will do the Cloud justice.

No problem, send support@vapexhale.com an email and we'll get you taken care of.

We are switching over to another server, just hired a SEO consultant to help drive some additional traffic to our site and it's definitely having a positive effect.

Thanks for the support!

I'll see what I can do as far as putting out a new video. I'm a little pressed for time these days as we are tying up the loose ends before our launch.

Good news is 4/20 will be extra special for a special few VapeXhale devotees :D

Emails will be coming soon for those that have pre-ordered. You will then have to input your payment information and your Cloud will be shipped out in 2-4 weeks.

All three hydratube models are ready to go, right? I recently read a post about the Sovereignty pieces coming later than the other two, but that was from last year and assume this no longer applies. Sorry if this was addressed, but I've followed this post with every login from the first time I read it.

Thanks for the response SM, I can imagine that a day-job, a product launch and a young child can be a hand-full. Take some time to enjoy where you can (probably the latter two more than the first :D ). No worries on the video.

I'm stoked were getting this close to the launch. I haven't had an all glass hit since my VRIP died and I can't wait to take my first cloud hit.

I'm so glad I decided to hold out and not buy another vape like the SSV while waiting for the Cloud. It should be well worth it though. Can't wait to get my Vertigo hydratube and hook the cloud up to my double perc'd RooR!

Any news on a UK model?

UK model to follow shortly after. We have been testing our unit over the last few months and we want to make sure all the kinks are worked out before releasing the UK model. Inevitably, there has to be one or two things that we overlooked but with our staggered release, we should be able to fix models that we shipped out and prevent future models from having the same issue. As you can imagine, taking care of international units will be much more costly from a logistics standpoint which is why we are not having a simultaneous release.

SM, do you have enough units and hydratubes on hand to fill the preorders? That is, of course, assuming everyone who preorders actually takes theirs.

Ok, so in a couple of weeks some of us might get to buy these. I guess we don't know if we are on "the list" until we get an email. I know I pre-ordered, but I am not sure which glass I selected. Will we be able to change the glass option when we pay? I probably ordered the Vertigo, but I think I like the other one better because of the joint, and it's ability to stand up. I guess the Vertigo has a better diffusion system, though. Maybe I just take whatever I get. I could always get the other one later on.

I am excited to get one of these. I do worry that my Q will become a doorstop or something, however. I love my Q. I also worry that many times, when buying something that is brand new technology, there might be bugs or problems that get fixed down the road...
