I have to back out of my evo hits just before they thin out, as the super dense tickly vapour irritates my throat due to the sheer amount of cannabinoids inhaled..... I then carefully release it, taking care not to cough a lung up in the process...

How can it hit harder than this.....?????
Im open minded....

Im gonna have to investigate this.....
Iv just started reading the thread.........
I hope it ticks all my boxes for material safety....
No air path to worry about I suppose...

But I bet it's a bitch to get one in the UK anyway....

There's nothing like a clean evo with a clean hydratube. The flavor can't be beat! Even if you were to spill iso inside of the electronics I doubt it would do anything as long as you let it fully evaporate and make sure it's unplugged.

I don't wanna derail this thread so take a look over at the Flowerpot thread when ya can and pm me if you have any questions at all . It hits harder and denser , materials are all 100% safe and you use your own glass . They have the highest grade of titanium being used.

Hi,

I am new cloud evo user (for 1 month) but already had one bad accident today. :(
I back blowed some water(room temperature) from hydratube into bamboo while unit was on 2pm dial

there was lot of hissing and steam coming from the bamboo.

I understand thermal shock may have damaged the bamboo. I cannot see any cracks and did several "blow tests" with covered side of bamboo to check if there are any air leaks and it seems air tight so far

I used unit several times since then and it seems it works the same as it did before but I can smell and see some burned residues at the center of bamboo

Since I cannot reach this place with q-tips I don't know if I should try to pour ISO here

I'm wondering if I got lucky or is it only matter of time when bamboo breaks after this incident

Anyone with similar experience?

The stuff of nightmares........

But it didnt instantly crack, so silver linings and all.....

I would iso it till completely clean...
Then inspect with an led...

Keep an eye on it for a while....

It will either break....
Or survive.....and the longer it does... the more your confidence will grow....

I bet you dont do it again.....

Hello all!! Proud owner for about two months, absolutely incredible!! It has reopened my world to flowers again(the taste!!!!) and the efficiency with concentrates is so key.

Welcome to fc and the evo thread.....

Doesnt move too fast here lately, but there are plenty of knowledgeable evo people here to call on, if you need anything...

I notice you seem to have 3 bomb ht's (1 mini).....
Not one for variety...????

Anyway glad your enjoying your evo....

Yeah I've been lurking on here for a long while...
the mini is Turbine, the bigger one is a DHGate and VXH actually sent me the normal bomb by accident and let me keep :) Also have a few honeycomb rigs from the past, that I've been using as well

Wow, I don't think that should be that easy to do.....do you think you had too much water in it? They don't take much.

Of course, take the EVO off and clear the HT before stopping will certainly eliminate this issue.

I just never happened to me with my Turbine HT.

I have hydrabomb and I was not fully focused on hit it was 100% my fault. Same water level like always.

I tried to clean it with ISO three times already.
Two times for 10 minutes and some shaking
Last time I let it soak for 10+ hours.

while top and bottom of bamboo is crystal clear. Middle has been cleaned only slightly so far.
I am not even sure if ISO reaches these areas properly due to some weird pressure when both protective red caps are attached to bamboo (iso does not seem to flow freely from one side to another side of bamboo but rather seems trapped in each section)


Looks like I need some tool that will help me clean that area manually.

edit: besides ISO should I try things like vinegar and baking soda?

I never seem to have any issue cleaning the middle of the bamboo....
And iv been a very greedy, messy boy with my overindulgence of concentrates...
Meaning iv had a proper messy bamboo...

For a start, I don't use the red caps, i use fingers, as this allows me to control the flow, so I can let some air and iso out the bottom to ensure full bamboo coverage....

I then agitate (lightly shake) it, for just a minute...
Then release the is and refill with hot water (not boiling), and repeat...

If this doesn't leave it completely clean, kust repeat again....
The hot water will have loosened any remaining residue.....
Making easier work for the iso....

Iv been evoing for a year now, and my bamboo is still spotless....

I think unheated ISO may not be powerful enough in my case. During that accident water dripped through herb basket full of herbs and residues are now hard baked on glass inside orifice. (Lot of droplet shapes with brown or dark brown color)

Starting to get very upset at Vapexhale. I feel like the quality of their screens has gone down.

AFTER ONE USE The top of the screen ripped and over time i'm noticing myself having to replace these bowls more often.

Is there another place I can buy them cheaper? I've been putting them in ISO.

You really should consider a "little/big brother" for your EVO as options are civilized ;)
A miniVAP to keep the EVO company would be an indestructible ally and at least equal
your EVO in taste and efficiency (IMO the only question is which one ranks 1% above the other).

And it does double duty as full desktop OR a battery powered portable with huge batt capacity.
You need to expand your horizons :)

P.S. The miniVAP has no glass innards as glass is uncivilized for long lasting vaporizers :cool:
Just planting the seed of VAS........
