Withdrawing from cannabis for awhile

Not out of concern, but because I'm leaving in 3 days to spend 3 weeks in Europe (2 in Croatia, then 1 in Switzerland.) So last night I decided to do a trial without medicating. I've been using it instead of Ativan and Ambien for the past 3 years successfully, and continuously every evening and night, for the past 23 months since my last trip to Europe. I'm not a big consumer - 0.1gm/day in 2 sessions, early (sativas) and late evening (indicas.)

Last night was "interesting." It took me 45 minutes to go to sleep and I woke up 3 or 4 times, at the end of every dream cycle and was awake permanently after 7 hours in bed. I'm hoping I sleep more solidly tonight. I felt pretty good today and am hoping it doesn't get any worse than last night.

Wow. i slept great last night. 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. So much for cannabis withdrawals.

I had a friend going trough this a while back for a whole month. He reported vivid dreams and good sleep ,but also complained of decrease sexual drive and premature ejaculation ahahhah.. My T-break record is 10 days(i think it happened only once voluntary. Me personally dont have problems dreaming ,although i have trouble recalling what exactly ..
I think your withdraw is easier cause you microdose. Try eating edibles often and do concentrates daily and you will see them .

Almost but we have to take in account,that his complains were varying at different time of process He broke with his gf few months back,and was trying to get back in the game,so he was interacting already with some girls. He shared that the first time had sex with a girl after his brake up was the first time he was doing not high since a long time.. So it wasnt clear for him if the t-break was the reason or the lack of sexual activity.. anyway this underperformance repeated with other girls.Later on (last week) he was complaining that things have gone to point of him not wanting to pursue this venue.
Forgot to say that the first of his complains happened 1 week into the T-break,and also that things got back to normal the moment he started using again ..
Just looked into Male Menopause and it seems that both premature ejaculation and decreaced sex drive are common and associated with low testosterone levels.

I got home 7/17 after being in airports or airplanes for 15 hours with a raging cold/cough. I've been tapering the cold meds and finally feel "normal" today and went for a 3.5 mile hike in the hills with my wife and dog. My dreams have been bizarre and repetitive with a theme of being lost at night and unable to find my way home. I think I'm ready to vape tonight. It's been 30 days. Woowhoo!
