So this is wierd. I have two orders from RBT coming that were both sent out June 24th. The actual Milaana order which is coming Wednesday - on the UPS shipping site it says under "Shipping information" that it's going to Belleville, Illinois...That's not the shipping address that I put in. Does this mean there is an error?
The other order is 6 basket screens and is coming Friday (2 days later) - On the UPS site under shipping information it says the correct address.
Best case scenario Belleville is just a stop before it get's to my address....I'm crossing my fingers that is the case. But then why would't the basket screen order say Belleville, Illinois as well if that was the case? It's also strange because they were sent out the same day. Why would one have a different route than the other?
I emailed RBT, but if anyone here can help me understand what's going on, let me know.

Yeah that's very strange. Consider calling them? Pretty sure they put a phone number up under the new progress update.
I think you can call ups and tell them the package needs to be redirected or just ask them what the final address of that package is.
Also not sure why he would ship them out separately...so odd.

Well, the good news is they emailed me back this morning. They told me they did put it one box together and that they put in the wrong tracking information. Then they didn't give me the correct tracking information....so I had to email them back asking for that information....
Then I called the number and it's not in service. I dialed 3 times to make sure I dialed the right number - it's not in service.
Hopefully, they'll email me back again.
EDIT: RBT emailed me back the correct number which is: 518-747-7281 (haven't tried it yet though). The one on the website is a typo.

Something is wrong with this. I'm under the impression that some of the more recent orders are going out (as in 2016). It seems like you and I ordered within a few months of each other and you should have gotten yours. Have you contacted Ryan?

SO...... I really have no idea of the timetable, but some of what is said in latest update and how it relates to my discussion with him last week, leaves me with some assumptions. Really not much more than guesses, but almost a hypothesis.
I think he is going to finish all the woodwork on all Zions except final finishing (wax and buff) first. I know he still has some final testing to do on what is expected to be final build with final components. Assume "Validate Zion assembly process" is making sure all of that works and setting up streamlined assembly. Following this theory, "Assemble Zion (5-10 week)" would mean final assembly and probably the wax/buff. More assumptions (answering my own questions above with no real knowledge!), but hopefully this will mean that those 5-10 would be shipping as completed, or at least 10-20 going out every 2 weeks.
Also think, "2-6 Months - Complete Zion Pre-orders in Q4" is ALL pre-orders, including those that were as late as April '17.
Like I say, I'm guessing, and trying to be optimistic as I can. As @AJS says, he's been off with time predictions before. Don't really agree things may be earlier than laid out above (
), but if he stays on or close to this schedule, I think we could see Zions going out in early/mid July. I'm not holding my breath, and don't suggest anyone else do either! And, not like we can really expect any of this to last through next update - whenever that is. Let's not forget that 2 updates ago we had schedule of more Zions shipping out by end of this month. But for me, this is a good bit better than no idea or info about anything - where we were between "June shipping" and here.Really hope I'm right with all of this, but have no idea if I am. Just putting together a few puzzle pieces and hoping for the best.

sorry for the double post. Just realized we were moved over here. After all that went before, it's pretty confusing. Wish either all of that was moved over, or none. Whatever.
ALSO would be nice to see something somewhere (especially on this end) saying these posts were moved here. You know, like mods have done for years when something is moved. Thanks in advance for doing so in future.
I don't think anyone's Zion that was ordered in 2016 has been shipped yet. The ones I tracked down (7 or 8 of last 10) all looked to be ordered from 1st to mid August '15.

While were giving the mods shit lets go ahead and give them more work to do when their probably not paid to do what they do here anyway. This thread is confusing as hell. It should be called RBT shipping because you got posts from Milaana thread and Zion thread here. Perhaps the mods can split or rename this thread of bastardized posts.

Ryan promised me he would have a batch ready by Sunday and it looks like he will be out on track to ship tomorrow. He has 10 in production and a pretty agressive goal for next week. Watch your emails for tracking numbers!
