There is no chip shops here....
We used to have chip shops here in Canada, at least in the few places Ive lived. An order of fish and chips wrapped in a newspaper cone. Yum!

However, we do have lots of chip stands in Ontario and Quebec. They're everywhere. And they specialise in Poutine, a French Canadian fast food made from fresh cut frys, topped with gravy and fresh cheese curds.

@kellya86 - Do folks in the US find your accent interesting?

A few years back we hired someone from the UK and I was tasked with helping him settle in. Helped find him a place to stay and such. He wanted to stay in a nice neighborhood where many amenities are walk-able like the pub, restaurants, groceries, movies, etc.

After we checked out a nice one bedroom rental we left the car parked and walked a block or so to check out the area. We found a nice neighborhood pub and stopped for a few drinks and some pub grub. The bartender couldn't get enough of his accent and a few others found him and his accent interesting as well. The bartender was a friendly lady his age and by the time we left the bar I knew he was going to rent that one bedroom apartment. Every time we went out somewhere that accent of his was an ice breaker.

Yeah the accent definitely attracts some curiosity, but everyone seems to like the English here so far...

I think a british chip shop would do really well here.... food for thought....

Lot of people riding sportsbikes with minimal gear if any hear...
I believe they are called squids....????

I dont know why people would choose to not wear a helmet... ????
Apart from the obvious safety benifits, you can ride faster with face protection...

Oh I have been to the Farm. They have really good weed but they are really expensive. Their top shelf is $360 an ounce! Starfighter (hybrid I>S) is my favorite but I think that is way too much for an ounce so I don't go there often.

If you want some good deals in Boulder check out:

Magnolia Road (mom and pop shop. they had some really nice green crack and purple urkle the other day, really nice staff, good prices),
Fresh Baked dispensary (small shop. they have really good prices. $220 an ounce for top shelf. I really liked "Underdog (hybrid 26% thc) from there. Stay away from the Jack Flash. It says cannabis cup winner but it's not that good. also stay away from their "bronze" selection since their top shelf is so cheap)
The Station (small shop. Good sales and really really nice staff. Weed is pretty standard and some unique stuff as well)

And yes Colorado is fucking awesome. That is why everybody is moving there and traffic is so crazy now.

It's a dangerous place. Random acts of unkindness.

CO is dangerous, you've got the gorilla attacking hikers on Pikes Peak , hope kellya got by the gorilla band today.

We thought WY would be better, but nooooooo. No gorillas in WY but those damn killer jackalope. Once you give them some CO indica edibles , the jackalope ain't so mighty anymore. Picture from our vacation:

I just went on my first dispensary tour as well... in anchorage. I spent the night there before going to the doc and grabbed some assorted grams and pre-rolls as I sampled their best knockout strains. The 'big' purchases were made at the same place I stopped at first, and again as my last stop. I picked up a 1/4 oz of 'deep sleep' at AlaskaBuds after getting a 1/2-gram of 'blueberry klear' by einstein labs. I will definitely grab the klear again, they also make a cookies and cream option amongst others. I haven't tried the deep sleep yet, but the gram of flower I picked up when I went there the first time was a hybrid called 'cbgb' it was extremely potent. Other strains I have just now tried or will be trying for the first time, liked them all so far: 'creeper cobra', 'big mama herijuana', and 'blue angel'. It's great I love it can't imagine what Co is like!

We had what I would call a tornado a few weeks ago. It just hit certain areas. We had 90 mile an hour winds. This wasn't predicted, they just said we would have thunder and lightning in the foothills. I live in Southwest WA. Not tornado country. We sustained probably $16,000 in damage with a vehicle and our large shop. Thank goodness for insurance. We only have to pay $50.

I love my trees but they had to go. We took out 20 trees today. All are large fir trees. Feeling a little bummed but they had to go. The poor little squirrels, birds plus many other small animals. After that storm it weakened many of the trees. A few actually had some cracks and would have broken in half in the next wind storm. Some folks had trees through their homes in our area. We had trees down the road that were pulled up by the roots.

Combustion????

I met someone last night who decided to share some moon rocks with me...
(Grapestomper rolled in some oil, rolled in kief)...
An absolute waste if you ask me, but i wasn't arguing...

But the main waste was when he put in in a pipe and lit it up... then passed it to me...

I had one go, and it was awfull... what a waste of a very pricey product....

So i loaded up the vapcap with some keylime pie, sour diesel, and some agent orange budder, gave it a good few seconds past the click... and blew his mind....

He had never vaped before, and was under the impression that you get no visible vapour... he soon changed his mind....

He was amazed that you can actually taste the flowers.....
Then he was even more amazed by the lengthy, clean high....

I think i converted a local....

Happiness is playing a football game where your perfect season was ruined by a last second Hail Mary, then in the middle of the next game where you can't seem to make a single play... the computer freezes & you didn't save the game.

It was all a dream!
