@Alegre I'd recommmend an evo,milaana, Mvt, sticky brick jr or maxx even though those are torch powered. I may have one available as well for purchase

. If you want the best convection quick on demand a sticky brick is best then 2nd would be milaana and Mvt then evo just because you have to wait for a lil to heat up

Thanks Zow! I'm not looking for another butane vape right now but would love a milaana! I would need to sell or trade one of my current vapes for it though.

I'm very excited about this develipment!!

It'll be interesting to see that stem in the orbiter a few months from now. The patina on the copper should be well developed by then, closer to matching the copper on the orbiter.

This Copper and B20 Bronze 18mm VonG that I've been using for some time is now dark as an old penny.

This bad boy has always been king of the heap as far as milking my big bong.

Hi all,
I just got a Dynavap and am thoroughly enjoying it so far. I love it's compact size, materials, and no need to plug anything in. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase. One question (sorry if it's been discussed previously). Does anyone know at what temperature the click occurs at? I have the Ti Omnivap model. Thanks.

It depends....

Where you apply heat on the cap determines the chamber temps. The cap is heated until the two discs inside the top of the cap reach a certain temperature which causes them to buckle and create a clicking sound.

Heat applied lower on the cap will take longer to reach the discs and therefore your chamber temps will be hotter. Heat closer to the top for a faster click and lower temps.

Bad news for me on my 4/20 order. Retained by Spanish Customs and the amount of red tape involved is...Kafkaesque. I'm investigating how to "liberate" it myself, without contracting a Customs Agent. Further complicated by the fact that it may be considered "pharmaceutical device" which require a special import license. Contracting an Agent (if it can be done) + import duties + local tax will almost double the cost of my order, at a rough estimate. I might just give up on this one - let it rot in Customs, maybe eventually it will get sent back to DynaVap and I might get a refund. ¡Una mierda!

Someone on Reddit built another Vapcap Heater from a mod and coils. He posted a video. @VapCap maybe consider building a coil especially formed for the vapcap that can attach to a E-cigarrete Mod and sell it on the vapcap website - just an idea!

It's really not that bad on battery life either :rockon:

Don't get me wrong, I still think it works better with a good butane torch, but for those torchless conditions, I mean, come on

Well I had thought about this but never followed thru, I am going to have to try this one out now. I've been trying to get rid of my ecig stuff since finally quitting nicotine but I may have to hold on to a mod and RDA for this. Thanks for the link! I really want an alternative to the torch when I'm in public at a park or something.

No problem. I'm still not sure about battery life yet..I've done maybe 10 or 12 loads and have not noticed a significant drain. About the same as if I was vaping on my tank I guess. I will follow up when I have a better feel for it

Hi!

I just received my Dynavap 'M' today, and can't figure out how to safely disassemble it for eventual cleaning. Will I need to remove the rubber o-rings? Will I need to remove the condenser? How?

Not new to vaping, just new to this unit. This will probably see my Arizer Solo gathering dust in no time. The flavor is heavenly!

I remove everything and reassemble. Use the digger from the cap to push the condenser out from the end the tip was. Remove the o ring from the mp end. From here u can pull the condenser out and dig out the other o ring or push it out the other way. Hope this is clear, I'm not very good with giving instructions

Edit- I just reread your post and I think u might mean the high temp o rings? If so use some very pointy tweezers. Some very graceful individual once posted a video of how this was done but I'm also weak when it comes to memory, lol

Used a Q-tip with Dawn first, and Q-tip with some cotton removed to fit into the condenser. Q-tip came out with small black goop, probably a machining oil that you don't want to vape.
Soaked and rinsed several times in hot water. Reassembled.
Your choice on the O rings.
Always good to lube the O-rings after cleaning to help with their longevity. I used some coconut oil

U are absolutely right I don't always do this, usually I only ISO the condenser and swap the tip but I thought he said he just got it. I guess most or a lot of people don't completely disassemble and clean the first time they get a new vapcap like me but I'm especially neurotic

You dudes are awesome. Thanks for your help. I'm not gonna fuck with the tiny o-rings on the tip, but will remove the ones from the condenser should they appear grimy in the future.

I like to understand how things work instead of messing with them and damaging them. That's why my 2011 MFLB looks so pristine - I learned how to care for it and cleaned it properly and regularly.

as you learn about the M, those condenser O-rings should stay very very clean. They see no vapor as the air port hole lets in air which travels forward to the tip, reverses direction, and joins the vapor inside the condenser (to cool and moderate the hit). That's why I dislike calling it a "carb" as it's not like a bong carb.
Mine is quite new but expect the condenser rings to stay very clean. Enjoy your new M
