SM55- Okay so no limited edition green. Will there be any choice as to the color of the actual unit? @Mr. Smoke No More - Whoever put down HydraTree will be given the option of which Tree they want, grid or not gridded. There will only be a limited amount of SG Gridded trees so if everyone who has already requested a tree wants a gridded tree, they are all accounted for. So if you are deciding between a gridded HydraTree or Showerdome....I would go ShowerDome.
BTW - there will not be any gridded ShowerDomes immediately. We do not have a schedule of upcoming HydraTubes except for the fact that we will have a HydraTube with pretty much every percolation type that you have seen from the trio of Sovereignty, StoneGlassWorks, and Vertigo.
One last thing - Like Minnesnowta and Hydrophilic were referring to, there is no "best" diffusion, it is strictly preferential. I happen to think the ShowerDome and HydraTree were two models that would appeal to the majority and then they can fine tune their tastes, more grids, less diffusion, more chug, less drag, etc etc.
This just gave me an idea for the next generation HydraTube....back to the think tank! The Cloud and the HydraTrees are just the beginning. This monkey has more tricks up his sleeves that will keep the Cloud fresh and innovative

The Cloud is available in one color at the moment. While we should have used a more creative password, I would appreciate it if no more questions were asked about the content on those pages. Our web developer is not a stoner, and doesn't know anything about vaporization. He merely just showed me how things would look like when we went down that path. The content that you saw has no relevance to our pricing strategy as well as availability of colors.
@bluntfaced - You could theoretically use it with a whip, my preference is HydraTube - I've been taking dry vapor hits this entire trip and it really makes me miss my water filtration.

Glad to have tried the stemline with the natty splashguard - too bad my custome VHW was right in your face when you used it but it did the trick. I just broke my gong joint before taking a morning rip which looks like this trip got infinitely more boring.
Can't wait to go home and fire up the new Cloud that PowerNerd3000 has been working on. I dream of Pillar!

That vid is ILLNASTY!!!!!I just grabbed a small SGW inverted showerhead tube to use with the cloud so I'm about to have vertigo and SGW
Definitely gonna snatch a pillar hydratube in the future

SM55 We'll be able to change our hydratube preference once they begin shipping right? When I preordered I choose the circ hydratube, now I'm thinking I'd rather go with a tree since they will be available at first. Is it going to be first come first serve for those that got their pre-orders in? Or are you guys gonna go in the order you received the presale registrations? Can't wait to get my hands on one of these! Keep it up guys, your doing one hell of a job!

Are there any pics of what the gridded tree from Sovereignty is going to look like?
What kind of power consumption can the Cloud be expected to draw? Could it (safely) be used on a 200W car inverter? 70W?
On the other hand, I'd just like to say that everything that you guys have done with the product and it's media image has been absolutely stunning, keep it up!

The gridded trees haven't been built yet. He had a picture of just the tree but not an assembled hydra tube. He said there weren't going to be many of them either. Monkey can probaly tell you more but that's what I know.
@badfish - I posted a picture of one of Sovereignty's gridded trees a few pages back, it wasn't assembled yet but it will resemble the ShowerDome but with a gridded tree instead.
200 watt inverter will also work fine.
@t00fatt - We were doing this to get a rough estimate of which would be more popular and where we should focus our production on. When you enter your credit card info, if there are any HydraTrees left, you can go ahead and order it. We'll be making extra of everything so barring any catastrophes, everyone should get their preferred HydraTube.
One last thing... Luke Wilson sent over some of the mini 10 arm trees from some super stealth HydraTubes we'll be working on.

Good stuff, I was just wondering if it will have the recessed style joint that is featured on the SGW HydraTubes rather than the extruding bottom joint like on the Vertigo Glass HydraTubes; I liked the recessed style a lot better.
Also, if we aren't able to pay as much as the defined cost is when the pre-orders finally need paid for, would it be difficult to cancel?

Raf - send me another email, when I replied, it rejected the email. But the short answer is "yes" - we can discuss closer to the December time frame.
Also, it was just poor grammar. We aren't accepting credit cards right now until people are ready to order so don't worry that there weren't any fields to enter CC info.
Lastly - Here is another video of the Cloud. I am using low, low temperature so I could hold it in my hands without fear of getting burned so you won't be seeing any huge clouds but will give you an idea of how I expect our users to be vaping.

Just sitting here enjoying the old vhw and daydreaming about the cloud...and laughing at the idea of these guys rippin the prototypes with oven mitts on, haha...
As far as the heat issue with the base unit, why not just insulate it (built in oven mitts, ha)...I would think this would serve two purposes as it would also increase your already sick heat retention. I'm probably too vaked to be offering up advice to the monkey masters.
