Finally got these guys from Amazon today. Backordered on May 1, shipped May 10. Refilling went very smoothly following the Butane Quality / Lighter Refuelling Technique resource. Dynavap triple torch is back in business. Time for an M session…

I should probably put together a tips and tricks video for these suckers, quite a bit of cool stuff you can do with it.

I have been loving my Newport Zero torch for those fast and in your face sessions, especially outside when it's cold. Looks like overkill but the hot core flame can fit the entire width of the cap so it heats up quick!

With the M looks like the SS tip operates differently from the Ti tip so those with issues I would just say keep experimenting, you'll eventually get the right technique. If not maybe an upgrade to the Ti tip (if it fits) would be in order.

I'll say it again though if you haven't already tried whole flower through water with this vape you are missing out, best experience I've had vaporizing so far. I have not touched an electronic vape since February and use my Omni 5-10 daily, this vape has improved my cannabis regime better then any other piece of kit so far period.

This week I worked knowingly that I was gonna throw 110 to dynavap for a TI carbon fiber XL and Im gonna see if I can get a carbon fiber MP to complete it can't wait but wanted to ask how smooth is it compared to the M and ease of clean/ what to use will post pics asap
The M is a bit less smooth than the others. All are simple to clean.

Got this in the mail today ..

New @phattpiggie piece . I am so happy with this !! Performs and looks amazing ! The pic is not the best , but believe that this thing is impressive .
@little maggie , for me , I really enjoy @phattpiggie 's pieces without the carb . Both that I have got from him function great and the draw is easy , but not too light . Better than a standard vapcap with a closed carb .
They are beautiful. I have one that is similar but without the central design and it has a carb.

I'll heat either until or just before the first click, as soon as it's clicked I'll force the cool click and then heat to the click again before drawing on it.
Still got to keep trying it but so far it's had better flavor and vapor and 3 heat cycles.

I use a similar technique when using a bubbler. I heat just before the first click, then I let it cool down for around 15 seconds and then I heat 2 seconds past the clicks. Is the best way I found to achieve full extraction in a single hit. I'd say that maybe the first hit isn't as good as if you would just do the first cycle the usual way but extraction is definitely better.
I love how despite the click feature the Vapcaps still allow for some variations among individual techniques like the ather "manual" vapes.

As a 30 year UK user I have to say some of you people have got it so good, every time I see posts of concentrates my mouth waters, it's been a long time.
Oh to be @ccchase420's guest on Terpy Tuesday or drop in on @herbivore21, my tolerance is so low these days I'd be shit faced as soon as the terps hit me let alone any vapor

Yeah I feel you, seeing some stash pictures really leaves me with my mouth watering.
Good luck with your new hair straightener, it's definitely worth to give rosin a try.

All Vapcaps have the same cleaning requirements. The tip, screen and condenser are the parts exposed to material and vapor and are the only pieces that should require cleaning.

The midsection and mouthpieces do not need cleaning but if you are have goober lips you might want to wipe down the mouthpiece occasionally with a damp cloth. Wood bodies stems and mps all benefit from a light coating of hemp oil/beeswax or some other wood conditioner. I don't think that the carbon fiber requires any special treatment.

I pop out the screen from the chamber and put the condenser, screen and tip into the doob tube that it came with. I fill the tube with a hot cleaning solution (I use ZEUS Purify Cleaning Solution. http://torontovaporizer.ca/zeus-purify-cleaning-kit.html) and let the whole works soak for maybe half an hour. Then I use a Q-tip to swab any remaining residue away. Rinse in warm soapy water, lay out to dry and then reassemble. I don't always soak. Sometimes I just swab out the tip, screen and condenser.

When I clean my Omni I always find some reclaim on the condenser end that goes into the mouthpiece, probably because I adjust the airflow differently between dry or bubbler hits so when the condenser is recessed some goo builds up on the inside of the mouthpiece and gets smeared on the outer wall of the condenser when I put it back to the fully open position.
Anyone noticing something similar?

I'm noticing the same thing. I have my Omni pretty much fully choked and leave my vapcap standing in my water pieces after hits, (which I suspect is the main reason why I have resin around the condenser tip). When the vapcap is positioned vertically with the mouth piece down the hot resin is pulled down into the bottom of the tip.

I'm going to try putting my Omni cap down on a magnet from now on and see if there's a difference.

IDK, I have no problem with productivity on the first hit and can get a huge rip of a hit that tastes best of all the hits in the load. Especially if I'm trying to sneak one in and only have a limited time frame, like in Kohls changing room or movie theater bathroom stall before Guardians 2. :ninja: Do not combust in those situations.

I was waiting for the Ebony dynastash to come back but that Bubinga is looking really tempting! Does Dynavap source pretty cool bubinga?

The leopardwood looks nice but it triggers my trypophobia. :mental:

My 4/20 order is still held up at Spanish Customs :bang:..... since 5th May!. Apart from the now inevitable customs fees I'll have to pay, I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever be released :freak: Unfortunately though, one way or another, I don't think I'll be ordering direct from Wisconsin again :ugh: - No problems with DynaVap playing by the rules, no real problems with paying import taxes (although I'd rather not) but two weeks and counting held up at Customs has taken the fun out of it

So I have noticed my usage change over time with the vapcap. When I first got the vapcap I used more cannabis because I tended to overindulge before I left the house with the expectation that I wouldn't have a chance to vape when out and about. Because of this my tolerance climbed, and I needed large cloudy rips to get where I wanted to be fast.

When I first got the vapcap, I used it at hotter temperatures, and tried to get the cloudiest rips possible. It was great for that, and over time it became the only vaporizer I used. Since I could bring it with me everywhere, I felt less of a need to overindulge before activities.

As time has progressed, I find myself moving away from seeking cloudy rips, and enjoying smaller more conservative doses. It's amazing how well the vapcap performs with both. A few years ago the MFLB was good for me when I had a low tolerance, but as my tolerance climbed I found I needed more power, and switched to a SOLO (which I found difficult to do small, on demand loads with). The vapcap is remarkably good at doing both small and large rips.

So after thoroughly enjoying my TI XLS, I'm looking to pick up a second VapCap. And am looking at either a Woody-S or an M. Has anyone posted a good comparison between the Stainless Steel M Cap and the Titanium?

I've heard the SS takes longer to heat up and stays hot longer. This is a double edged sword as it likely ends up utilizing more conduction, but it also is better for concentrates and big rips.

The TI heats and cools faster which may mean more convection and terpene conservation.

Does the Ti tip have noticeably better flavor?

I'm trying to decide if the Woody is worth $50 more than the M.

Sometimes there is the OG Brick for a change, or the hopper for the road, if it must be discreet. Here is my whole lineup (without my FF2, I don't like the FF2)

At the moment I use honestly only the OmniVap and the M. Sometimes directly, sometimes with the small Bubbler in the picture.

The OmniVap I have since yesterday. I am really impressed. It is in all features / functions just slightly better than the M.

I have not understood the air regulation yet. If I want to close the air hole, I screw the mouthpiece slightly (away from the body), and then push it into the body with condenser. If I want to open the air hole, I pull out the mouthpiece and screw it until it comes back to the body. So it works perfectly, but I think it should work differently!?

No matter if hash, oil or weed, the VapeCap likes everything :-). For weed I take a triple torch, for everything else a single torch.

I am very glad that the VapeCaps were invented!

Thanks at this point to the community for all the suggestions, ideas and info's. I read here with pleasure. I would certainly write more often, unfortunately for me as a foreign language speaker it is not so easy (reading and writing takes much longer). But I am trying to improve :-)

If I had to do my VC progression over again, I would have added the glass S much sooner. Love this piece!
