If it was SG and they brought something gridded that would be sick as AIDS. LW is a good guess, although maybe redundant with Vertigo. I wonder who it is can't wait to find out. Maybe it will be a heady artist?
@Hydrophilic - Luke Wilson is making the trees to go into our HydraTubes so he's already on board. He's making some very cool, low profile trees that will help us make our HydraTubes as stealth as possible.
Now I know how an athlete feels when they learn they got traded to another team by reading the newspaper. In this case, I got a text message from Chris telling me to look at the top of page 13 and to pack my bags and get on a plane.
This reminds me of Glengarry Glen Ross; getting the killer lead. Hopefully I can invoke the ABC "Always be closing" mantra so I can come back for some Starbucks since "coffee is for closers"
About to hop on the plane, send positive thoughts my way and I guarantee, when this guy joins our team, we will all be looking like this ->

See I just think they're only gonna deal with people that are more into functionality than anything else. And there's no reason that sg wouldn't be on because of Preston. There's no bad blood between the two. I'm really thinkin itza now. It's all speculation though.

I am guessing that since their will be a 100% glass vapor path that it will be easy to clean?
Does the outer casing disengage from the inner glass? -or am i at a loss as to how that part works...
Would the outer casing get damaged from iso or salt?
The ability to clean the entire device is essential, getting any vapor residue on internal gaskets or parts is undesirable.
But i am sure these are matters that you and your team have considered...

@lepstadder - the way the Cloud is made, there is no reason to take it apart to clean the internals. The part that will get the dirtiest will be the bowl that connects the Cloud to the HydraTubes.
That piece can be cleaned easily by letting it soak over night in some Simple Green or Grunge Off.
The aluminum housing for the Cloud can be easily wiped down with a cloth and will not be required to wash, soak, or rinse.

mine has seen 12 hours of use per day and died after 5 months
sending it in this week to get fixed
hopefully the cloud will have longevity as one of its desired traits
And the possible 3 year warranty sounds really good.

Yes, worked HydraTubes will be available shortly after launch... but in order to stock up for the launch, we only commissioned clear tubes for the first few months.

Got an eta for us yet.
MY Vrip died and i borrowed my buddies and cracked the cover on his and now im looking at half the price of yours to replace/fix when i could just get a CLOUD!!!!
