Too bad that you seem to insist on selling the vxc with expensive glass (would much rather buy the Cloud unit on its own at a cheaper price)
I already own a glass piece and do not need or want another piece
I like the heating unit (expecting it to be heavy hitting and durable) and had hoped it could work like a "wand vaporizer" with the glass I have
I had thought of buying it to use with my existing glass and just sell whatever glass piece came with the unit but with the design, it seems that wont even be an option.

this thing is awesome man to put the tube on the unit is great man and it looks super, the hydra tubes are a bit like the aquavape but without the tubing.
deffenately consuidering getting one and i actually prefer a simpler one like the sgw but have to see with what else they come up with

It seems people are a little confused, from what I read in SM's post the Cloud will be completely compatible with your existing glass as long as its GonG, i.e. a wand style vape like the VHW/Herbo/Verdamper. Still, I think I remember hearing SM say that at least for the beginning the Cloud will have to be paired with glass, not that your existing glass is moot with the new unit.

The Cloud can be hit on a table or held in your hand, ala Purple Days.
The herb chamber sits in between the Cloud and the HydraTube. I'll show you a picture when my partner brings one by my studio, much easier to show than to explain.
As of now, the HydraTubes are 18mm but if you wanted to use it with your PD instead of the Cloud, I am sure you can find a 14.4 to 18.8 mm adapter, they are fairly easy to find.
Currently, there is no wait list and, it will be a first come, first served basis available at www.vapexhale.com
and yes, these are just the first HydraTubes, many more to come. Waffles, gridded percs, and many others are all on the roadmap.

@jasonjohnson - as far as efficiency goes, the VapeXhale Cloud should be on par with the other bigger hitters. Efficiency is a very hard thing to quantify when it comes to vaporization but rest assured, you can be making clouds with lower as well as higher amounts.
Official release date - TBD, sometime in June
@manchild - heat up time is less than 2 minutes, I would turn it off in between uses given the heat up time. With that said, our test enclosure has been on for 3 weeks now with no issues so far (knock on wood) but this is for torture testing and not meant to be actually used this way.
@raf007 - we would love to do a simultaneous global release but we will start with North America and then Europe, Australia shortly thereafter. As much as we have tested this thing and looked for problem spots, it would be naive to think we could catch them ALL before launch. If there are any immediate problems, it will be easier for us to address a local problem than a global problem.
Trust us, we are as excited as you to get our name out there internationally so we are pedal to the metal to get this thing up and running.

@sm55 - what does the Cloud use for a power source? is the power supply an external wall wart? or is the power supply internal and it just plug into the wall? (is that why it's so large?) are you planning on a battery pack?

that's gotta be the fastest heat up time of any vape I've used besides the Supreme, very impressive! I don't know if this has been mentioned but is there a possibility for worked HydraTubes down the line? Its looking like you guys might have some busy months ahead with the hype surrounding this vape

@nosmoke - Yes, for those with the desire and need for higher end glass, StoneGlassWorks will be releasing a Preston Hanna Series and Vertigo will have VertigoGlass Signature Series - when the blowers are competing with each other to make the most kick ass tube, everyone wins in the end
@hippie - we use an internal power supply on the machine. No battery pack in the future for the Cloud but we do have a road map for several more vaporizers to come to fit everyone's vaporization needs, which does include an all glass, battery operated, dome splitting portable (which will be compatible with HydraTubes).
