Here's the new mouthpiece.

That ring around the screen in stainless steel now (food grade)

A few parts from the inside have been removed and all the plastic material is PAES

I posted another pic and details on my blog

I also compared with the old one and vaped a test session in this video:


I mistakenly called the material PEAS instead of PAES. I was high.

It's great to hear there is progress on these new caps. I bought two of these units before realizing the cap had heat issues. Hopefully replacements will arrive soon as I've been patiently waiting behind the scenes.

I wish I could purchase the little green stirrer. I would glue it or affix it better this time. I lost mine before I knew it existed...

I have two alternate and two melted mouthpieces..

I can have two new mouthpieces on warranty ? I have buy it from heavengift..

Edit i have read now last post.....no warranty ? :( Heavengifts is not autorized to sell this but i have update this product on yours website and seem original....

It is not normal for me that a company does not offer the warranty for its products regardless of where they were bought ... I live in Italy and buy from us costs $ 40 shipping only

Contact heaven's gifts and they will replace them. It's just not vivant USAs sale. They are a USA distributor. I'm waiting on my heaven gifts replacement. They will be a few weeks behind in stock.

I don't know, when I contacted them they didn't seem very forthcoming. They didn't offer a replacement.

I STRONGLY suggest that you start dealing with Puffitup.com. They will support and help you. There is also another FC sponsor who has a website in Europe https://www.vaposhop.com

I don't think you can expect Vivant to support units that were not sold through them or an authorized seller. For all we know these units could have been stolen or clones.

Those new lids look great. I can't wait to get one. Sadly, I just got through a chat sesh w/ PIU and they said a couple weeks out. At least that was the note on my order. :cry: Looking forward to getting this thing up and running!

Still using my original Mouthpiece and CU from March of this year.
Used daily.... at 380º
and used 6-12 times a day.
No deformation or cracking here and at this point after a solid month at 380ºto 400º I doubt I will be seeing any damage.
I have gone ahead and ordered one of the new CU/mouthpiece assemblies to have it all up to date.
It will be a joy if this wonderful unit performs even a tiny measure better!

Heaven-gifts claim i getting fixed top cap for a replacement but mine is on the route, i can't confirm is same with rim and new plastic, because it isn't here, but i get my tracking in day when the Vivant post a info they are expecting new top caps on delivery, so i assume is there no coincidence. And they are from same place, but i have slower shipping method.

Yesterday, i've asked if he has the new mouthpiece, look his answer:

"the factory told us they have fixed the problem. But I didn't see the new one, if you want I will ask our warehouse send a photo, ok? could you contact us on Monday, since today is weekend , the warehouse are off work."

wait & see, stay tuned guys !!

Is the alternate able to use both flat top and button top 18650 batteries?
Can someone please try fitting a button top and report back? Also please state the height of the battery tested.

As any one done any battery testing if so what are the best battery's for this vape and how many sessions per battery are you getting I am getting around 4 per battery

Updates I would do would be
.heater temp during session where it reads ready
.pretty heat in standby mode so the vape pre heats to say 100c then heats from there when you hold down the power button but the vape would then need a auto shut off if left in standby
.to be able to change temp during session

I have had mine about 2 weeks and I really like the vape not had a problem with the CU.

Edit. I fell a vape heater temp read out should be where the Cound down timer is and the timer should be where it's says ready. Also if you they did add the pre heat in standby mode you should be able to choose your pre heat temp. This vape is really good and a few updates could make it even better
